"Now Villains. I'm sure we'd all like to end this as soon as possible." All Might spoke, supporting that smile he always wears.

"Keiichi." Shigaraki glanced at my brother. Kei analyzed All Might. "He still has a large amount of power left. We're in a bit of a bind now aren't we?" He mused.

There's still smoke from his attack, so it wasn't the easiest to see All Might. "What's wrong? You said you'd 'clear' this or something right? Come and get me if you can." All Might threatened.

I stared at him a bit. He's bluffing. He can't fight anymore. Anymore and he'd endanger his life. That steam isn't just from the punch. It's the same steam that comes when he transforms back.

He probably can't move anymore. "Kiri! Midoriya! We should get out of here now! It'll be worse if we end up getting taken hostage instead!" Kirishima called.

I glanced at Izu, who was staring at All Might intently. He knows it too.

"Who will be taken hostage? I wouldn't be taken so easy." I called back, trying to calm their nerves a bit.

"Well, what's wrong?" All Might asked. Shigaraki stepped back, a bit frightened by him. However the warp and Kei narrowed their eyes slightly on him. Shit. They know he's bluffing.

Taking a deep breath I concentrated. My shadow then increased in size and began to slowly move forward. I was keeping a close eye to make sure no one would be able to see. My shadow moved and connected to All Might's, seizing him. He tensed slightly.

I won't be able to use this long. It's not my Quirk. There's a limit to how long I'll be able to use it for unless the person who gave it to me enhances it.

I felt the stone embedded in me throb in pain. The stone that's letting me use this Quirk. Much like the gems Kei has embedded in him.

Except mine are mainly gone.

My shadow moved, making All Might move forward. The shadow can only make his bluff seem real. If he were to move with his own strength he'd probably change into his true form. But if something was doing the moving for him it'd work out.

I made All Might step forward a bit. "Shall I come to you?" He threatened, catching on to it.

Izu glanced at me, figuring it out first. He then moved in front of me, hiding me from the enemies sight.

Shigaraki began scratching at his neck fiercely. "If only I had Nomu. That guy would've been able to go up against him without thinking about anything!" He grunted loudly, scratching more intensely. "Please calm yourself Shigaraki Tomura." Kurogiri spoke.

"Looking carefully, I see that he was definitely weakened from the damage of Nomu's attacks. Besides, the children appear to be frozen in fear. We still have underlings who can be used. There are likely only a few minutes left before reinforcements come. If you, Nozomi Keiichi, and I work together we still have a chance of killing him. Right, Nozomi Keiichi?" He turned to Kei for reassurance.

Kei tilted his head to the side, staring at All Might. "I have only lost a fight twice. And one was when I was a child the other was against my father. I don't lose. All Might is as good as dead."

My fingers twitched as I commanded my shadow to make All Might crack his knuckles and stand intimidating.

My breath halted as I strained to keep the shadow on him, keeping up the charade even as I felt the stone cracking.

Just a little more. Reinforcements should be here any second. Gotta hold them back until then.

"Yeah. Yeah, yeah. That's right. That's right. We have no choice but to do it. I mean, we have the last boss right in front of our eyes." Shigaraki murmured creepily.

I glanced behind to see some of the beaten villains stand. It has been a bit since their fight with Aizawa-Sensei. "All Might will do something about the main bad guys. Let's go help the others." Kirishima hardened his arm into a pointy weapon. I turned my gaze back to All Might.

Their little villains aren't much. And those three are probably the best to go against them. They're merely small fry, not worth much. "Midoriya, Nozomi?" Todoroki questioned.

"Kiri-Nee, how long can your shadow last?" Izu whispered to me. I bit my lip. "Truthfully, not long. But I'm able to push past my limits with ease. The only problem is, I don't know if I can fight with my shadow possessing him." I admitted.

Since it's not my true Quirk, there's only so much I can do with it. Which is why I rely mainly on hand to hand combat and then my true Quirk.

I can already feel the Quirk Stone breaking down and slowly diminishing within me.

The three of them lunged to him. Izu, using his Quirk, jumped into action. "Midoriya!" The guys shouted.

Shit! I released my shadow. Izu pulled his fist back, ready to punch.

Shigaraki moved his hand as the warp created a hole for him to move his hand out, inches from Izu's face. "I won't fall for that again!" Kurogiri declared. I used my speed and appeared next to them. "What about this?" I asked, grabbing Shigaraki's wrist. "Break." I spoke menacingly as I snapped his wrist.

Shigaraki let out a shout of pain and agony. Keeping hold of his wrist, I pulled. I'll tear it off!

As I pulled, Kei appeared in front of us, grabbing Izu's wrist to stop him and his other, poison covered hand, heading for me.

Before anymore could be done, a gunshot sounded, and Kei's hand was shot, forcing him to jump away to immediately hide from the scope of whoever shot.

Izu began to fall to the ground, his legs broken from using One For All. I quickly grabbed him and landed smoothly, keeping hold of Izu. "Are they here?" All Might whispered. I turned towards the entrance where the bullet came from. More shots rang out.

There, standing in line, were a bunch of heroes. "Sorry Everyone. Sorry we're late. I gathered all who were immediately available." The principle spoke, riding ontop of one of the heroes shoulders.

Amongst them, I immediately recognized Midnight and Present Mic.

The villains who had stood began to run towards them, ready to battle. Present Mic stepped up and took a deep breathe. "YEAH!" I winced as he let out his Quirk in that scream.

The heroes then split up and began to take care of the villains and save the students.

"Aw man, they're here. It's game over now. Shall we go home and try again later, Kurogi-" Shigaraki was interrupted as he was shot a few times in his arms and legs. Kei jumped in front, creating a barrier between them.

"Let's go Kurogiri. Grab Shigaraki." He ordered him. "Yes." The warp covered Shigaraki, making him vanish. The warp kept a portal open for Kei.

Kei turned, heading towards it. I placed Izu on the ground. "Wait! Kei!" I stood and ran over to the barrier.

He was half way in before turning to me and smirking maliciously. "I'll see you soon. Kiriya." The warp wrapped around him and they vanished, along with the barrier.

I stared at where he once was.

This is far from over. This is the beginning.

As people spoke and heroes began the rescue, I continued to stare at the spot he disappeared. I can't believe I let him get away.

"Kiri! Midoriya! Are you alright?!" Kirishima's shout brought me out of my thoughts.

I turned back to see him running towards us. I glanced over and my eye twitched.

All Might had transformed back into his original form. The only thing shielding him from everyone's eyes is the quickly disappearing steam.

Uh-oh. "K-Kirishima-Kun wai-" Suddenly a wall of cement cut us off from him. Cementoss stood at the end. "We want to make sure that all the students are safe, so please gather in front of the gate. We will deal with the injured here." He told Kirishima.

"That makes sense! Roger that! Hey! He said to gather in the front of the gate." Kirishima's voice shouted excitedly.

I couldn't help the sigh of relief leaving me as well as Izu's and All Might's. That was close.

All Might collapsed and sat down, covered in sweat and injuries. "You saved me, Cementoss." The hero fiddled with his hands. "I'm a fan of yours too." He told him.

I turned back to where they disappeared. His barrier disappeared as soon as he did.

I sighed again and ran a hand through my hair. The memory of his escape played through my mind.

He'll see me soon, huh?

"Let's get you to the nurses office while keeping you hidden. But man, you act recklessly every time huh?" Cementoss questioned All Might. "If I didn't act recklessly I would've been killed. That was how strong the enemy was." He admitted, wiping his cheek of blood.

He's right. Nomu was created and given many Quirks. He was designed to kill All Might. And for some reason, Kei is involved in it.

No. If Kei's involved, then he must be as well.

This is a dangerous game to play.

I was seated in front of Midnight, telling her of the situation with Kei. Of course it had to be done after Recovery girl removed the poison in my body and healed up mybstab wounds. There were only two. Not too terribly bad.

She sighed, staring at the table. "What could they be doing with them? And that Nomu guy. She's still hidden, right? How could they do something like that without her?" She murmured.

I stared at the table as well, the scene replaying in my mind. Truthfully I don't know how it was done.

She is the only one who knows how. She is the abnormality.  Otherwise it's impossible. "I want to see Izu." I whispered.

She looked up, staring at me intently. "I want to see Izu and Kacchan." I said again, clearer. She sighed, but smiled lightly. Reaching over, she ruffled my hair.

My temple throbbed and I smacked her hand away in annoyance, making her chuckle. "Okay. Go on ahead. I'll come to you if I have anymore questions."

After she spoke those words I immediately jogged out. We were in the school already, so I was headed to the nurses office where Izu should be. I moved faster and quickly opened the door. "Izu? Ah."

There was the detective in the room as well. "Ah, the other student who was injured." I gave him a blank face. "I wasn't injured." I stated. Izu and All Might sat up. "Yes you were!" They shouted.

I scoffed at the two. "It was just a flesh wound." I reminded them. "You were stabbed in the shoulder and poison was running through your veins." All Might stated.

How many times have I had the exact same poison in me? Enough to where I can handle it for a certain amount of time before it becomes a problem.

Instead of telling them that, I went to Izu's side. "You going to be okay?" I asked. He smiled lightly and nodded. "Yeah. Recovery Girl fixed me up, now I'm supposed to rest." Good. I was worried. Ah.

"What about Aizawa-Sensei?" I asked, surprising Izu since I've never really cared about others well beings.

And to suddenly start is going to make him suspicious. "They said he's stable now." He informed me. Good.

So it is Aizawa huh? Things just got more complicated.

Izu stared at me a bit longer before swallowing the lump in his throat.

"Kiri-Nee . . . that man, Keiichi. He's your brother?" He asked tentatively. I could feel the detectives, Recovery Girl, and All Might's gaze on me.

I looked out the window at that evening sun as an array of oranges covered the sky.

Kei's face flashed through my mind. "Your mom's going to flip over your injuries." I stated, not ready or willing to touch that subject with anyone other then Midnight.

He took the hint and dropped the subject. However I continued to stare at the bright sky. I never believed that I could escape my past. I never believed that I could escape my brother, and I never even dreamed I could escape him.

And now that Kei is aware of my feelings towards Izu and Kacchan . . . they'll use my feelings against me.

I need to protect them. They won't take them away from me! I won't allow it! No matter the cost, I'll protect them.
