((Emma's pov))

I ran out of the hospital. Killain followed closely behind.

"Emma where are we going?" he asked when he finally caught up to be.

"Somewhere. We need to find her heart" I said.

"How?" he asked

"Regina should know." I said

I ran to Regina's and knocked on the door.

"Hello Emma." she said once she opened the door.

"Regina. We need your help. Noel has taken out her heart and we need you to help look for it." I said panting.

"Okay." Regina replied and got on her coat. "It's probably in my vault. I'll go check and you guys check her room."

Regina went to her vault and me and Killian went home.

I went into her room. I searched under her bed, in her closet. Everywhere.

"Killain did you find it?" I asked walking out.

"No" he said softly.

"It must be in the vault then." I said and ran to her vault.

"Regina you find it?" I yelled once I was in the vault.

"Yeah" she said and picked up the box.

"Thank you" I said taking the box from her.

I went back to the hospital with Killians arm around me.

I walked into her room.

"Emma be careful. And be gentle this time that really hurt when you put mine in." He snapped.

I looked at him and put her heart back in.

Silence filled the room. You couldn't hear anything but the heater going on and off. The lights flickered and turned off and everything went completely quiet.
