"C'mon, William! We're gonna miss it!"
A (H/C) girl shouted, taking the brunette's hand and dragging him to a empty field.

William rolled his eyes, laughing,
"Alright, alright! No need to pull me!"

"Well, you're too slow, Will! We're gonna miss the lights if you don't hurry your butt up!"

Rolling his eyes at the girl, he let her pull him until they reached the top of a small hill.
Sitting down, the girl looked up at the sky eagerly.

"You're really excited for this, huh?"
William asked, getting comfortable in the grass.

"Duh! Every 30 years, the sky lights up with vibrant colors that truly light everything and I've heard it looks so beautiful.."
She smiles, not averting her gaze from the sky.

"Probably the second most beautiful thing I've seen compared to you.."

"What was that?"

"N-Nothing!"
The brunette ran a hand through his
hair nervously.

"Oh, oh! Look!!" The girl squeals, taking his arm and hugging it, causing the man to blush.

Looking up, a series of lights including, purple, pink, orange and red emerged, decorating the sky.

"Wow.." The two said in unison, causing them both to laugh.

"It's beautiful!"

"..."

The girl tilts her head. "William?"

William sighs, taking her hand. "There's something I need to tell you."

"Yes?"

"..Will you-"
He was cut off as they were suddenly surrounded in pink and orange lights, causing them both to gasp.

Standing up, their hands still intertwined, William stares at the girl, blushing as the pink and orange lights highlight her face beautifully.

"I-- Um.."

Smiling, the girl kisses him, causing his eyes to widen.

Pulling back, she blushes.
"..Yeah."

"What?"

She gives him a 'really.' look.
"This isn't some clique movie, I know you were gonna ask.. If I wanted to be your girlfriend.."

"Actually I was gonna ask if you could loan me a few dollars? My rent is coming up and I'm a few short."

"What?!"

Laughing, William hugs her.
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding! But, really? You'll be my girlfriend?"

"Of course, dummy!" The girl squeals, hugging him back.

Picking her up, he spins her around.
"Y/N L/N, you've made me the happiest man ever!"

Y/N L/N.

That's you.

That was the happiest moment of your life.

Until he changed...
