♡Samantha's POV♡

Looking around the cave was hard since
  the only thing i could see were the  light blue scales of the- now sleeping- dragon

'What am i supposed to do now? Just accept my fate?' I sighed as i tried to get more comfortable and closed my eyes, enjoying the quietness of the room and the slow and steady breathing of the immense dragon

'It isn't attacking me... i should be thankful' not being able to rest, i got lost in my thoughts

'Where even am i? From what i see, this is no longer earth - or the one i know, that is.'

Opening my eyes again, the light from outside the cave hit me like a truck

'Fuck- this shit is brighter than my future!' Closing then again and blinking multiple times for them to adjust to the light

Looking around for the dragon, i noticed that i was alone again, but a freshly killed deer(? Was that even a deer at this point?) Was placed almost at the exit of the cave

Walking towards it, i noticed that there were also some scales near it and some white hides

'... Honestly, who would be dumb enough NOT to take what a dragon, who seems to protect you, gives you?' Sam thought as she kneeled down near the deer and gently took one of the scales, getting to work on cutting the deer open

'Would what im doing right now be considered as though im insane?' She glared at her now bloody hands 'nah' shrugging she continued her chopping

Sounds from the cave's entrance caught her attention. Looking at it, she saw that the dragon landed outside the cave and put something down

'Is that stone?' Raising an eyebrow, she got up from her work and walked towards the dragon slowly to see what it brought

The dragon only watched her as she walked slowly towards it

'Wait- it has water inside!' Looking at it, it kind of looked like a bowl, and it also had water inside of it

Sam looked at the dragon, then back at the stone bowl.'What am i supposed to do with it?'

The dragon, seeing that she had a confused look on her face, looked like it sighed, then picked her up,

"W-What are you doing?" Sam started shaking as she saw the dragons tail pick her up again, and then it threw her into the water

"HEY!" Coughing up some water sam moved her now wet hair from her face and looked at the dragon with narrowed eyes.'Was that a sign saying that i stink?' Sighing, she glared at a random tree and started rethinking her life choices while the dragon tilted his head

After a somehow awkward bath - and her trying to make the dragon look away - she was finally clean and was now wearing some hides since she had to wait for her clothes to dry

◇Sam's Pov◇

'Now that i think about it... is there even a way to get back home?' flickering my eyes from the fire in front of me to the dragon who looked like it was sensing something

'Haaa! I hate it!' Sighing in frustration seemed to attract the dragons attention, seeing as it looked at me with its eyes narrowed

'This kind of reminds me of those wattpad stories i read... but...' i grabbed my hair and pulled a bit.'THIS IS NO ROMANCE FANTASY!!! I HADN'T SEEN ANY HUMAN AT ALL THESE PAST FEW DAYS!'

Stopping what i was doing, i glared at the ground 'okay that's it... im going insane... what's with those thoughts?!'

Feeling a heavy thing on my head, i looked up and saw that it was the dragons paw(do they even have those? Is that what this is?) Petting me

'Am i that miserable that even a dragon is trying to comfort me now?...'
