Devilish Mind - Horrific Sight Upon Awakening
Gaara's P.O.V
I smirked even wider at my siblings reactions, they were simply amazing. Temari was shocked as usual that I said such a thing with no care. Though, Kankuro on the other hand was afraid. He moved over to the side farther away from me. 'Hn, these two are so weak. Fear is a sign of weakness, they both have so much fear for me. If only they'd learn how to be useful for once, maybe then I wouldn't be so cruel as they say I am.' I mused, then released a small chuckle at my own stupidity. 'Who am I kidding? I would never show kindness to these imbecils, I don't need any weakness lingering in me.'
Temari cleared her throat, glancing at me with fear and shock still evident in her eyes. "G-Gaara, wouldn't it be a better option to use her as bait? We could lead her team to us and destroy their scroll, leaving them helpless." She offered, shifting around nervously.
I thought about it. Hm, seems like Temari may not be a nuisance after all. I could use the blue-headed girl to lure the rest of her team over to us, though mainly the Uchiha. He's someone I'd like to kill and watch slowly bleed to death as I suffocate them with my sand. Watching them scream and plead for mercy would be enjoyable. I licked my lips in hunger for his blood, quote honestly, anyone's blood at this moment.
I looked at Temari, hiding a sadistic smirk behind my emotionless face. "...Fine, we will do as you say. The girl will lure her teammates to us, once they are near us..." I said, monotone, smirking at Temari who released a sigh of relief. "I will kill them."
Temari and Kankuro gasped in horror, "B-But Gaara!" They exclaimed.
I shook my head, "It's either that or we will do as I desire.." I stated, with a dark glare aimed at him, telling him to shut his mouth or there will be deep consequences ahead.
He understood from what I could tell. Kankuro gulped and shook his head at Temari, she spared him a questioning look.
"What...?" She asked, raising eyebrow.
"Leave it at that, Temari. Either way, um, your plan seems more...painless." Kankuro stated, scratching his cheek nervously.
She sighed at him, "Got it. Let's get going then, we still need to get our scroll too." She said, glancing at Reina. "Gaara, bring the girl with you. Me and Kankuro will be up ahead looking for a team that has the scroll we need."
I nodded with my arms crossed, my sand appeared beside me with Reina in its grasp.
Temari glanced at me warily, then at Reina. Kankuro nodded her shoulder and they both disappeared in a swirl of leaves. 'Finally those pests left me alone.' I thought, sneering in distaste. I turned to Reina, and the pile of sand that was holding her up in the air.
I glared at her body, "What am is supposed to do with you?" I growled, walking on ahead upon realization that I now would have to take care of the hostage.
Of course, after being knocked out for some unknown reason, she didn't respond to my question. Leaping ahead, I managed to catch up with Temari and Kankuro right on time. At the moment they were facing two rain nin with umbrellas on their backs. I decided to hide behind a tree for the meanwhile, to see how they felt with this situation at hand. My chakra lowered to a barely noticable amount.
"Hah, it seems like we found our next weaklings, Taka." The rain nin on the left stated smugly.
The other rain nin paid no attention whatsoever, he instead, grinned and took his umbrella out from behind his back.
"Time to finally have some fun in this damn test!" The one known as Taka, shouted, tossing his umbrella up in the air. "Water Style: Black Needles!"
Temari and Kankuro gasped. Needles sprung out the umbrella into the air, going directly towards my two siblings. Temari was the one to react first by taking her giant fan out and swiping it in the air, pushing all the needles back at the enemy. The needles ricocheted, hurting the caster of the jutsu. The smell of blood filled the air, bringing that familiar feeling back to me. Hunger...for blood. My fingers twitched in anticipation to command my sand, to make my sand creep it's way over and kill them there as they are standing completely oblivious to my presence.
I knew what was going to happen next. These rain nin would die by my hands like all the others I killed with no mercy at all. All control over my bloodlust was gone. I smiled sadistically and appeared before their very eyes, with my hand stuck out, ready to crush them.
"Sand burial." I whispered, sand wrapping around their limbs slowly.

Reina's P.O.V
I woke up with a loud inhale of air, I gasped for any source of air to find its way inside me. My stomach went up and down rapidly. My eyes were wide as I looked around, scanning my current surroundings. 'Where was I? I remember being thrown across the forest by that man...what was his name?' I thought, suddenly realizing who. 'Orochimaru! That bastard must still be after them, I need to get back to my team fast!'
I try to stand up only to regret it, pain overcame me like a wrecking ball. Eyes wide and mouth wide open, my hands quickly wrapped themselves around my abdomen. 'What the hell?! Was I injured this badly by him?! How will I ever make it back to my team In time, for all I know that snake bastard could already be beating them with his dirty hands!'
Realization hit me, wait...where was I? This place looks nothing like the area I remembered I was in. The trees around here aren't a bit damaged or even destroyed. And why is there sand wrapped around my ankles, wrists, stomach, and a portion of me upper arms? My eye twitched. I was beginning to connect the dots. Sand. Different area. SAND!? Only one person could possibly have sand at arms reach... Gaara. I growled. How dare he take me from my team and--!
"Sand burial." I heard a faint voice whisper.
'That doesn't sound very good. Maybe I should help out.' I considered before running, well more like limping over to the noise. I spotted Gaara, the boy Kankuro and that girl with the four ponytails scattered around her head. There were next to each other, facing what I think are two rain nin. The rain nin were pretty injured, blood was seeping out their wounds and sand was slithering onto them. Gaara said sand burial earlier, right? What kind of Jutsu was sand burial?
Gaara had a crazed look in his eyes when the sand covered their entire body, his licked his lips a bit and clenched his hand together. What the...
Screams rang out, scaring birds in the trees away. My eyes were wide in horror at the sight in front of me. My dear Jashin! Now I understand the jutsu and the reason why he clenched his fist. Sand burial, it was obvious... It covered the foe in sand in an almost legitimate burial like state. Then they were squeezed to death. Everything inside of them was destroyed to bits, some of it even finding its way past the sand and by my feet.
My breathing was beginning to get labored, "Stop..." I muttered, inaudible. "Stop!" I exclaimed louder.
The three of them snapped their gazed to me, but Gaara was pretty shocked at my sudden intrusion.
I glared at him, then glanced at the now dead rain nin. I had completely forgot and pushed away what the rain nin had done to my photo album. "What the heck are you doing to these people?!" I screeched, wincing in pain from my wounds opening more. "They did nothing to you! Yet here you go killing them off like a pesky fly, you can't just do that!" I was more concerned at the fact that he seemed ti be enjoying what he was doing. At the face that his eyes were filled with nothing but joy.
Temari and Kankuro shrunk back away in fear when Gaara glared at me darkly. He walked over to me and raised his hand in the air.
He slapped me.
I gawked at him, as did his siblings. All I could do was give him a questioning but at the same time an angry glare. I glared back twice as hard.
I puffed out my chest a bit, "What?" I snapped, "Did you have a problem with what I said, Gaara?"
He growled, "I will kill you!" He threatened me, using the same four words.
I snarled in disgust, but nonetheless smirked. "Then why haven't you killed me yet! I'm still here, breathing fresh air!" I shouted, punching him in the stomach.
Gaara gasped in pain, he doubled over. Hah, he got what he deserves, that arrogant boy. Suddenly, my vision is going black. With half lidded eyes, I glared at Kankuro who happened to hit the pressure point at the back of my neck.
"D-Damn you, cat-boy!" I growled, then smirked in a mocking way. "I-I didn't t-think you were that s-smart to find the p-pressure point so quickly..."
The darkness then finished consuming me. I grinned sloppily. I feel like I've been through this situation so many times now.
