Moon's POV

I'm not even sure how to describe what happened.

All of a sudden, it felt like the world was shaking.

No, our territory was caving in.

I quickly ran out as the caves crumbled down, I heard Dexter let our a cry as the area she was at caved in, swallowing her up.

Everybody was running trying to get out. Buildings collapsed, breaking the backs of some, others falling into holes, never to be seen again.

"EVERYBODY EVACUATE!" Lady Azura screamed.

Ser Patrick could only look at the scene in horror as the place he's lived in most of his life crumbled down.

Even if we do survive this, I realized. This is beyond repair.

Rain's face was pale. "This is bad," he mumbled. 

"Is everybody out?" Daryll asked.

"Except the ones who died," Azura replied. "Yes."

Kane... and Dexter.

I let out a shaky breath.

And so many more people. Killed in battle or swallowed up forever.

The hooded man looked like he was laughing. 

"Fools!" He said. "Soon, you'll realize that you'll never defeat me!"

"Who are you?" Patrick demanded.

However, the man just laughed before disappearing.

We all stared at the destruction.

"Now what?" Razer asked, looking worried.

Alex, Sheila and Kyle looked at each other, as they seemed to make a silent agreement.

"Follow us," Sheila replied. "Our kingdom can take you in."
