Recap - As Mason and shayra were on the plane to Greece, In the morning, when shayra woke up and didn’t see Mason on her side, she became hysterical & started thinking that, what if all this was her Imagination, She tried to find him in every business class in plane but was unable to find mason, But after sometime mason returned from washroom and shayra was calm down. She was happy that everything was real and not her wild imagination.

Mason turned his head towards Shayra, who caught his attention by giving him a wink. With this subtle gesture, Shayra was able to communicate her message to Mason without uttering a single word. It was as if her eyes were speaking to him, and he understood what she meant perfectly. With a hint of amusement, Mason realized how crazy his sweetheart could be at times, but he loved her for it nonetheless.

Captain - "Ladies and gentlemen, we kindly request your attention for a moment. Please ensure that your seatbelts are securely fastened, as we will be landing shortly. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the rest of your day."

After the announcement was made by the pilot, they landed in Santorini airport, Upon hearing the pilot's announcement, Mason and Shayra gathered their belongings and proceeded to exit the plane at Santorini airport, eager to begin their new adventure together.

The convenience of a private car made their journey to the airport hassle-free. Upon arrival, they navigated from the runway to the terminal with ease and retrieved their belongings from the conveyor belt promptly.

After collecting their belongings, Mason and Shayra came out of the airport and just when Shayra was going to book a cab for them, Mason took her phone from her hand and said,

Mason - Sweetheart when I am here, you don’t need to worry about anything, I have already asked my assistant to send us the car, See it’s there to pick up.

Shayra - Okay, I didn’t know, you have already planned it.

Mason - So shall we go ahead, my lady?

Shayra - Yes my prince, why not.

Upon nearing the car, Shayra was taken aback by the presence of the recently launched latest model of Audi Q8 E-Tron . She said to Mason in an astonished voice,

Shayra - Mason is it by chance Audi Q8 E-Tron? Please tell me it’s not a dream.

Mason - Sweetheart Of course it is Audi Q8 E-Tron Did you like it?

Shayra - Yeah I love it, But when did you bought it?

Mason - I will tell you everything, But first, let's sit inside because it will take at least 45 minutes to reach our destination.

Shayra - Okay, Yeah.

The driver helped them to put their luggage in the car, Once their Luggage was put inside the car, They sat in the back seat and the driver started the car.

Finally, they are on the way to the Penthouse of Mason, As he already knews that shayra will be visiting here, he already bought a penthouse there for her. But shayra doesn’t have any idea that they aren’t going to the hotel but to Mason’s Penthouse.

Shayra started shooting the videos of the scenery as they were passing by the lanes of Santorini, capturing the beautiful pictures of this city, she was mesmerised by the beauty, everything was so beautiful, she didn’t take her eyes off the window, and continuously capture the breathtaking view.

Once she was satisfied with the videos that she had taken, she turned toward Mason and said,

Shayra -  This city is so beautiful, isn’t it?

Mason - Not more than beautiful then my sweetheart.

Shayra blushed because of his comments and said,

Shayra -  You always make my heart skip a beat with your sweet words.

Mason - Sweetheart you didn’t know, how much you make me go crazy just by looking at you. This sweet smile whenever you see something new, capturing the moments in your lens, and always showing your love for me, Is just too much for me you know.

Shayra said in a flushed tone,

Shayra - Mason, we are outside in the open, you can’t say something like this.

Mason - So what we are in open, No one is here to hear us, Even If they do, It’s good they will know, How sweet my girlfriend is.

Shayra - "You and your sweet talk will never change."

Mason - This is exclusive for you my sweetheart.

Shayra - Okay Fine, No one can beat you in flirting, So I want to ask, why are we going in the opposite direction, because just now I noticed that, Our hotel is on the other side direction.

Mason - I know sweetheart, but we are not going to the hotel.

Shayra - So where are we going?

Mason - Well you will know that once we reach there.

Shayra goes towards Mason took his hand in her's and asks him like a child who is interested in his new candy and wants to know exactly where it is,

Shayra - Tell me, where are we going, tell me, babe.

Mason - Sorry sweetheart, It’s a surprise. I can’t spoil it though.

Shayra said to him in a low voice,

Shayra - Okay.

Mason - See here, we already reached in our destination, don’t be sad, It’s a surprise for my sweetheart, That’s why I don’t want to tell you, but let you see it with your own eyes.

Shayra tried looking outside the window, But Mason had already turned up the window and put the curtains, When she was busy asking him about where they are going.

Shayra - When & Why did you close the window? And put the curtains?

Mason - Well As I said, that it’s a surprise, so I want you to wear this blindfold first, then we can go there.

Shayra who wasn’t ready to put the blindfold, said in a little sweet voice to convince Mason for not to put the blindfold,

Shayra - Baby It is not necessary, Please can I directly go without this blindfold pleaseeeeee.

Mason - Nope Sweetheart, It’s a surprise, Please let me put this blindfold first and we are good to go.

Shayra  who wasn’t ready at first for this idea of the blindfold, still agreed to put it,

Mason tied the blindfold in Shayra’s eyes, after securing the blindfold, he took her hand in his and came outside the car.

He took her inside the penthouse which is located near the beach and it’s a 2  storey Penthouse. which speaks the luxury and expansiveness, Everything is perfectly organised and in the living room with decoration, and there it is written in bold letters,

‘ WELCOME HOME SWEETHEART ’

So Mason took her is the living room and slowly removed the blindfold from shayra eyes.

Shayra POV

My heart thumped like a drum solo in my chest as I fumbled with the blindfold. When I finally ripped it off, my vision swam for a second before everything came into focus. My mouth fell wide open.

This wasn't some hotel room. It was a...penthouse? It looked like it had two floors, with a glimpse of a staircase peeking up at the corner. Everything was fancy furniture and comfy-looking things, but what really knocked the wind out of me was the giant banner hanging across the whole living room wall.

"Welcome Home, Sweetheart," it boomed in big, bold letters.

Tears welled up in my eyes. Home? What in the world did that even mean? I scanned the room, my gaze landing on a bunch of framed pictures hanging on the wall. Some were from way back, like five years ago, capturing moments from when Mason and I were just starting out. Others were from my travel blog!

A wave of emotions crashed over me – love, pure thankfulness, and complete and utter shock. How? When? Where'd he even dig up those old photos?

Before I could even think of a question, I was flying at Mason, wrapping him in a hug so tight I think I might have squeezed the air out of him. "Mason," I choked out, my voice thick with everything I was feeling. "How did you pull this off?"

He chuckled, that deep, familiar sound that always made me feel safe. "Let's just say I have my secrets, sweetheart. So? What do you think? Did I nail the surprise?"
