The Ghost crew had been walking through the plains of Lothal for a while. It eventually reached to the point where Hera hitched a ride from Kanan making the Jedi have to do much more work, but it would be worth it. During the long walk Zeb made sure to stay far ahead of the couples since he didn't want to get involved with their business. Ezra had held Sabines hand the entire way looking at the plains smiling at all of the fun times he had with his parents when he was a little boy.

9 years ago

Little Ezra was running through the fields jumping around and rolling in the grass giggling as the grass tickled his face. Out in the distance he heard his sweet mothers voice say "Ezra where are you" making Ezra giggle as he hid in the grass. Mira looked around for her boy trying to find where he was so she could catch him. The more Mira got closer to Ezra the more he giggled hoping he wasn't too loud. He was becaude the next thing Ezra heard was "got you" from Mira as she chased after him. Ezra ran away laughing as his mother was right behind him. What Ezra didn't know was that he was heading for a trap. Ephriam was waiting for him in the field with Mira leading him right to him. It was too late for Ezra to notice his dad because Ephriam jumped out from the field and grabbed Ezra. Ezra tried to struggle out of his fathers grip, but when Mira caught up to them she began tickling Ezra's sides making the boy laughing insanely. Ezra did everything he could to escape Mira's fingers but no matter how hard he shook he always felt fingers poking at his sides. It felt like Ezra was going to die of tickles, but at the last moment Mira pulled back from her assault letting Ezra be a giggling mess. The two parents watched in awe as their little boy kept giggling, they wished that the smile that Ezra was giving would last forever. They knew however that with the Empire raining over Lothal that would never happen. It would be up to them and one day their some to free Lothal. "Alright Ezra its time to go" Ephriam told Ezra getting a "no I want to stay and play in the field" from Ezra. Mira smiled at her son saying "well if you don't want to come home then I guess the tickle monster will have to play again" wiggling her fingers at Ezra. Ezra pushed back into his fathers chest trying to escape the incoming fingers, but Ezra couldn't move any farther from the fingers as the attacked his sides making the little kid squeal in laughter. As Ezra kept being tickled Mira and Ephriam giggled along too at their son. After a few more minutes of tickling the poor kid Ezra yelled "Okahahahahy lets gohohoho hahahahaha" freeing himself of Mira's fingers. Once Ezra no longer felt fingers attacking his sides he yawned and rubbed his eyes as he began falling asleep in Ephriams lap. Mira adored Ezras cuteness as he slept as Mira picked up Ezra carrying him back to their home with Ephriam walking beside them.

Present

"Ezra....Ezra....EZRA" Ezra suddenly heard Sabine yell snapping him out of his thoughts. Ezra shook his head looking at Sabine saying "yes Sabine" getting an annoyed sign as she began saying "I was asking you what were you thinking about?". Ezra smiled at Sabine saying "I was thinking about when I used to be on the streets and how I would sometimes play in the fields to calm myself" not ready to tell them about his parents. Sabine said "I'm sorry Ezra" getting a "why are you sorry Sabine" from Ezra concerned about why she was apologizing. Sabine said "I'm sorry that you had to live on the streets Ezzy" getting "well I'm with all of you now and I'm grateful for that" from Ezra making Sabine smile and kiss him. The two kissed for about 15 seconds before Zeb yelled "hey love birds come on or your gonna miss the party" getting the two of them to separate and run to where the others were. When Ezra and Sabine caught up Zeb turned to a man that was sitting at the table. The guy must have been waiting for people to pay to get in because when the crew walked up to him he said "10 credits each" holding out his hand for the credits. Everyone was shocked because no one was informed that they had to pay to get in. Luckly there was a Jedi with them who waved his hand saying "you don't want us to pay you" making the other guy say "I don't want you to pay me". "We can go right in" Kanan added getting "you can go right in" from the man at the table who let the 6 in the party. When the 6 saw the party they couldn't wait to have fun. There was rides, games, a soccer and basketball area, plenty of free food, and a dancing floor. Everyone was so excited that the only thing Kanan said was "have fun" letting the 4 sugar filled kids run to do what they wanted. Hera and Kanan smiled at the 4s excitement as Kanan asked "shall we dance love" getting "lets" from Hera as she walked Kanan to the dance floor.

The first thing that Ezra, Sabine, Zeb, and Chopper did was head to the games. The first game they played was test your strength. Zeb was the first one to go, Zeb grabbed the hammer looking at the red lever imagining it was Chopper. Zeb gave a huge swing making the metal thing reach all the way to the bell. The game sponsor gave Zeb a fluffy toy as Ezra went up next. As Ezra grabbed the hammer hoping he would impress Sabine. Ezra took a deep breath and swung the hammer hard on the lever. It just wasn't hard enough, Ezra was only an inch from hitting the bell. This really hurt Ezra because he wanted to show Sabine what else he was cappable of. It was Sabine's turn to hit the lever. As Ezra handed her the hammer she gave Ezra a resurring smile taking the hammer and focusing all of her concentration on the lever. Sabine brought the hammer to her head closing her eyes so she could visualise what she was going to do. As Sabine stood there Ezra and Zeb wondered what she was doing along with what she was thinking about. Every second Sabine didn't make a move both of the boys curiosity grew. Chopper left after Ezra had gone to play Sabacc. As Sabine kept her eyes closed all around her she heard random noises of the party and people having their own conversations. Within that Sabine didn't let her focus unwaver even for a bit. She kept on her feelings, a dark shadow inside of her building up with rage until she saw a fire start. When Sabine saw that fire she opened her eyes and gave a huge yell fighting everyone as she swung the hammer with all of her force. The motioned happened so fast that in a matter of seconds everyone heard a *ding* as they all looked at Sabine. Suddenly Sabine's emotions changed to her looking up at the bell smiling. The sponsorer gave Sabine her toy saying "h-h-have a nice night" backing away once Sabine got her toy. Sabine thanked the man and turned towards Ezra and Zeb who looked at her shocked as she walked by saying "come on guys". The two soon snapped out of it and followed Sabine. The next place they went to was the ball in the bucket game. Now you could already tell that this game was rigged because the hole was too small for the ball, but Sabine insisted on playing it anyways. The three went up to the counter with Sabine saying "we would like a try at it Mr." getting a "you only get 3 chances, after that you got to pay" from the sponsor as he handed them each a ball. Sabine went first looking at her target imagining how she would throw the ball. As she did Zeb and Ezra backed up as a precaution.  Sabine tossed the ball making it in the middle of the bucket, but since the bucket was smaller than the ball it bounced right off. "Dang it" Sabine said to herself as Ezra went over to her saying "Don't worry vine, I'll make it in" being overconfident. As Ezra stepped up he closed his eyes and let the force guide him on what to do. After a few moments of concentration Ezra threw the ball, sadly the next thing Ezra started hearing was laughter from Zeb and Sabine. Ezra opened his eyes to see that the ball he threw only landed a foot away from him. Ezra began to blush at his embarrassing action as Zeb patted him on the back saying "Don't worry champ, *whispers* be ready to grab a plush toy once I throw the ball" getting a nod from Ezra. As Zeb stepped up to the counter the sponsor said "your the last one, you better be confindent you can win" getting from Zeb "oh I'm gonna win this" as he readied up his hand. Zeb brought back his hand to have extra power as he threw the ball at the sponsorer. This sudden quick event shocked Sabine as she yelled "ZEB" making Ezra and Zeb laugh. Luckily there wasn't going to be any long term effect for the sponserer, just a lesson about cheating. Ezra grabbed a plush toy running off with the other 2 behind him still laughing.

Once the 3 felt like they ran far enough from the game they all stopped to take a breath. After a few moments of breathing Zeb said "Alright you two I'm going to find that rust bucket. You two go....eh....do whatever you want" running away before either of them could say anything back to him. After Zeb was out of sight Ezra and Sabine looked at eachother smiling as Ezra asked "want to go get cotton candy Sabine?" getting a kiss on the cheek followed by a "yes".

Hera and Kanan had been dancing for a while and were both very tired. Kanan took Hera over to a table and sat her down while sitting right next to her. Hera lied her head on Kanan's shoulder getting a "hm, you did always like doing that when we first meet" from Kanan. Hera smiled at Kanan as she thought back at when they first meet. "I know you were so cute back then. Except for your hair, I could have done without how short it was" Hera said making both of them smile. Kanan then told Hera "I'm really glad we got to do this, its been a long time" getting her to look up at Kanan. The two looked deeply into each others eyes as they leaned in to kiss each other. The kiss was brief, but as they separated Hera began to say "Kanan..." still looking into his eyes. "Yes love" Kanan asked waiting to hear what Hera wanted to say. "...I love you" Hera told Kanan making him smile more saying "I love you too" putting his head against hers. At that moment they both felt truly at peace in the universe. As lovely as it was their peace was short lived with Kanan opening his eyes and looking at the horizon. Hera looked in the same direction seeing nothing so she asked "Kanan what is it" getting "I hear firing" as Kanan continued to look. Then in the distance they both saw green laser shots coming from TIE fighters as they were trying to hit.....the Ghost. Hera and Kanan couldn't believe what they were seeing. The Ghost was getting shot at by 3 TIE fighters. The ship flew in a straight line for a few moments then suddenly diving down towards the ground. This caught Hera breathless as she saw her baby about to hit the ground. Luckly the Ghost pulled up just in time before hitting the ground, but not enough to avoid flying straight over the party sending multiple people flying including Kanan and Hera. The party soon turned into chaos as everyone began rushing towards the exit as the TIES flew right over them. Kanan's comm soon went off with Sabine saying "you guys saw that too right" getting "yeah we did. Meet us at the front entrance" from Kanan. The last thing they heard on the comms was "will be there" from Sabine as the connection was cut off. Kanan then looked over at Hera saying "lets get going Hera" getting a "right" from her as they both ran towards the entrance as Kanan tried to contact the Ghost.
