Max Sees (Y/N)

Max, Ross, and Tim drove to SkyMedia, comfortable silence filling the car. Max was sitting in the back of Tim's car and he stared out the window, feeling the sun's warm rays radiate off the window onto his face. Ross was in the passenger seat looking through paper work while Tim was focused on the road.

"So did Adam find someone who could work in the offices?" Ross asked out of no where. He didn't lift his eyes off the paper work.

"Not yet. He said there weren't any applications sent in for the past couple days." Tim replied taking a turn into the parking lot of SkyMedia.

Max said nothing, the feeling of no motivation still fresh in his system. When Tim parked the car and everyone heard the engine turn off, the three best friends stepped out into the lot, walking into the doors.

Once they went though the door and up the stairs, Em was sitting behind the counter clicking away.

"Hi Em." "Hey, Em." "Hi, Em."

"Hey guys. You know what to do." Em stated still locked on the computer. Em pointed to the notepad on the counter labeled 'Name, Time Arrived, Time Left'

After Tim and Ross signed in, Max lazily picked up the ball point pen and messily scribbled his name in the box. He then placed the pen back onto the counter and sighed tiredly, walking away.

Without him looking, Em quietly turned around in her chair looking at Max. She felt something different about him. Em didn't want to say anything, but she hoped it would brush off.

Max sat in his computer chair, smiling a little at his wallpaper of the cast of Undertale. He loved that game, and he still does. He plays it hours on end and he finished the game with all the different endings. Max never got over that game, which was surprising to some people at SkyMedia.

"Hey Max!!" Adam's voice bouncing off the walls. Max turned around in his chair and saw Adam approaching him.

"Can I see the video we're gonna post in a week?" Adam asked. "Yeah sure, it's almost done." Max turned back to his computer, typing and clicking to open the file.

As the two watched the 10 minute made video content, Max sat there kind of awkwardly as Adam watched the computer over his shoulder. Max still has a little bit of chills whenever his boss is next to him. He's only been working in the offices for 3 weeks now and he has already fit in so well, but the fact that the big guy was next to him made him uneasy, besides the fact that Adam is the most laid back guy—Max knew that.

The video ended and Adam patted Max on his left shoulder. "Nice work, man. When will it be finished?" Adam asked looking down at Max.

Max propped his elbow on the chair arm and thought for a moment. "Uhh, I can finish it by the end of the day." Max shrugged hoping to please Adam.

Adam smiled and nodded towards Max. "Sounds great. Keep up the good work!" Adam was soon gone from Max's view, which made him turn back onto his computer. Max opened a video editing software and began to finish cutting and adding assets to the video.

*time skip to lunch*

The guys decided on going to the mall for lunch. Everyone walked, since it's only two blocks away. Their food choice was Johnny Rockets.

Now the guys were waiting in their table, about to order their food. "Max what are you getting?" Barney asks Max with his foreign accent that you couldn't miss. Max stared at the menu board and scanned it, pursing his lip as he tried to decide.

"Maybe just a burger, I don't know. And some fries." Max shrugged looking forward again, placing the menu down. Adam and Red were debating about which burger was healthier because Adam mentioned about dieting, Ross and Tim were sitting next to each other quietly, and Barney, who was sitting next to Max, also sat quietly, reading his menu.

All of a sudden, snapping Max out of his quiet mode, the restaurant door opened and the bells jingled. And who walked in caught Max's eye.

It was a she.

And Max thought she looked pretty. Love at first sight you know what I mean?

Max was out of his own control at this point. He watched the girl go up to the counter and ask for a table. 'She looks like she's alone. Why?' Max thought quietly as he watched the lady being escorted to her one person seat. Max would not stop looking. It's like he was captivated by her.

Maybe it was because Max hasn't really had a crush in so long, or a girlfriend in that matter. He didn't know why staring at the girl who just walked in would change any of that.

"Yo, Max. You awake?" Ross asked Max, waving his hand in front of his face. Max jumped, blinking rapidly. Ross turned to where Max was looking, and he knew.

Ross smirked, pointing at the lady with his eyebrows. "You were staring at her, weren't you?"
