I'm Adeline, I'm 17. I have blonde hair and blue eyes. I'm quite short for my age.

I love Harry Potter, Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural, Teen Wolf, Doctor Who and Batman!

I listen to My Chemical Romance, Panic! At The Disco, Twenty One Pilots, Beartooth and a little bit of PVRIS.

I'm almost finished with my senior year of high school.

I guess you could say I'm an outcast or geek. I get bullied because of my height and pretty much anything I do or say.

I like to sing but I won't do it in front of people because of my anxiety.

I have a very small group of friends which is okay with me because of the anxiety thing.

I've been single since 8th grade because I have trust issues and also commitment issues.

I just haven't found the right person to be with without fear of rejection.

There is only one guy I like. His name is Dalton. He's what people might call the "cool guy" he will never notice me.

Today at school Dalton's girlfriend Sara dumped him. I felt so bad for him that I wanted to beat the crap out of Sara.

Of course I couldn't bring myself to do it. He looked so hurt.

When I got home today no one was home so I went up to my room the draw.

I finish my sketch of Misha Collins and decide to watch some Grey's Anatomy on Netflix.

My brother Carter came home from lacrosse practice.

He came into my room and said "Mom's working late tonight so she told me to tell you."

"Okay thanks for letting me know Carter." I say.

My mom is a nurse and she is never really home so I'm used to making dinner for Carter and I.

Carter is my 15 year old brother who is captain of the lacrosse team.

I go downstairs to find Carter watching Supernatural.

"What do you want me to make for dinner?" I ask.

"Just order a pizza and we can watch Supernatural." He suggests.

"Okay" I say.

I call the pizza place and sit down in my beanbag chair.

The doorbell rings and I open it to find Dalton standing at my doorstep in the work uniform for the pizza place.

Oh shit. Please don't go red Della please.

"Hi that will be $22.75 please." Dalton says. "Hey do I know you?" He asks.

"Probably not I'm just a nobody." I say handing him the money.

"No you're not. Your name is Adeline right?" He asks.

My God he knows my name. Calm down Della.

"Yeah it is. How do you know that?" I ask.

"Well I do go to school with you. And I've seen your artwork hanging up at school. It's pretty amazing." He says.

Don't blush. Don't blush.

"Thank you Dalton." I say.

"You're welcome Adeline. Well I've got to go deliver more pizzas. I hope to see you again." He say.

Oh my god Dalton wants to see me again! Don't freak out.

"Yeah me too." I say.

"Goodbye Adeline." He says.

"Goodbye Dalton." I say with a smile as I shut the door.

Carter and I watch the end of season 2 of supernatural while we eat our pizza.

"Okay Carter I'm going to bed now." I say.

"Okay. Night Della." He say.

I walk upstairs and go into my room.

My room is where I go to escape from the world. My room is girly and artsy with a parisian theme.

I sit down at me easel and start working on my painting that I've been working on.

I'm painting Marilyn Monroe but sort of abstact.

When I feel like I've done enough painting I go into my bathroom and take off my makeup and brush my teeth.

I get in my bed and get my laptop off of my bedside table and out in my headphones.

I put on my nighttime spotify playlist and go on Tumblr looking for tattoo inspiration for my first tattoo.

I end up falling asleep at around 11:30. Tomorrow's Saturday so I can sleep in.

When I wake up I go downstairs and eat a bowl of lucky charms then go back upstairs to take a shower.

When I get out of the shower I decide I'm going to go to the mall today.

I blow dry my hair and I put on my red long sleeve v neck and black skinny jeans with my white high top converse. I put on my make up and grab my wallet and car keys.

I go and knock on Carter's door. I open it and say. "Hey Carter I'm going to the mall. Be back later."

"Okay Max is coming over soon is that Okay with you?" He asks.

"Yes of course." I say.

Max is Carter's boyfriend of 2 years so of course I say yes.

I take my phone of the charger and get in my car.

When I get to the mall I go into Starbucks and get a hot chocolate and I go and sit down at a bench.

When I finished my hot chocolate I walk into Hot Topic (A/N: Hot Topic is my all time favorite store!)

I was looking at band shirts and I grab the new Twenty One Pilots shirt and move over to where the Harry Potter stuff is. I find the Snape "always" shirt and grab that too.

When I turn around I get bumped into someone.

"Oh my gosh I am so so sorry. Adeline?" I hear a familiar voice say.

"Oh hi Dalton sorry I ran into you. Someone pushed me." I say.

"It's fine. Who pushed you?" He asks.

"Um I don't know I wasn't paying attention." I say trying not to blush.

"So why are you here all by yourself? Where are your friends?" He asks.

I look at the floor and say. "I don't really have any friends."

"That can't be true." He says.

"Well I have a couple of friends but not many who will hang out with me in public." I say looking back up at him.

"Well then I guess you need some better friends. I think my friends would like you." He says.

"Yeah I don't think your friends who are cool would like someone uncool like me." I say.

"You are not uncool." He says.

"Yes I am." I say.

"How about you hang out with me and my friends sometime and I'll show you how much they would like you." He says.

"Okay." I say with a slight smile.

"Alright how about we meet here next Saturday." He says.

"Sounds good." I say.

"Here give me your phone so I can put my number in it so you can text me." He says and I hand him my phone.

"Thanks." I say.

"I hope you will text me." He says smiling.

"I will I promise." I say.

"See you soon Adeline." He says.

"You too Dalton." I say.

He leaves and I go and pay for my shirts.

I spend the rest of the day shopping around all the while thinking about Dalton.
