Emily wasn't exactly please when I told her i had called Takeda for help. But she understood and a refresher from him felt needed. I knelt at the side of the mat as Emily sparred with our sensei. Emily got him in a head lock and Takeda tapped her arm.

"You remember well." he commented

"One thing you can count on. I never forget." Emily replied

"Olivia." I was called forth and swapped places with my sister, bowing to him. He attacked and I blocked quickly talking him to the ground and having him pinned there. He tapped my hand and I let go offering to help him up. He took it. "How does it feel now that your targets are no longer than ideas, but flesh and bone?" he asked us but then his gaze was fixed firmly on me.

"How can you stand the touch of your enemy's son?" I faltered and he took that opportunity while my defences were lowered to bring me to the ground. I struggled underneath.

"The task in front of the both of you requires absolute focus." I tap out and he lets be go. I jump back to my feet and return to my sisters side. "If you let your emotions guide you, you will fail."

"We won't fail."Emily stated

"Good." he rose back to his feet "Prioritise the obstacles to your end goal. Eliminate them one at a time." I stepped back on to the mat to redeem the fail but we were even matched.

"Two of them. Tyler. He's simple or should be. Then there's Amanda, she's like a ticking time bomb." I attacked again but was placed in a choakhold

"Then you must stay clear of the blast." he told us.

"How?" Emily questions as Takeda and I continue to spar

"Engage your ultimate opponent to do the work for you." I elbow him and am released turned around

"Victoria?"

After being with Takeda, we had a new path to begin clearing our obstacles so that we could get back on track. Now the two of us were at Nolan's and in his office

"Liv, quick recap in case you've been too busy knocking boots with the young Grayson to remember what happened last week's episode of the Tyler Chronicles." Nolan drawled

"I know what happened. Em filled me in, get to the point." I retort

"Well, after Tyler finished apologising for taking my credit card on a petty theft crime spree he started google stalking one David Clarke. Take a look." he showed me the video that he and Emily had seen.

"Show her the browser history." Em told him and Nolan moved

"Have you wired money over to grayson global yet?" I wondered leaning over to look at the computer.

"As we speak, $20 million"

"Pull it back."

"I don't think thats a good idea." I look back at him "If I pull the money and crush Tylers chances of becoming a Grayson. Who knows what he'll do next?" I come back up to standing position.

"If he's a stupid as I think he is. He'll trying to blackmail Conrad with that speech." I smirk at him resting a hand on my hip.

"Oh I don't know. I thought you had bigger, badder plans for the Graysons."

"We do." Ems replied. "Lydia's speech contains information, not evidence."

"More importantly, thanks to your efforts Tyler no longer has it in his clutches, we do." I continue

"Thanks for the recognition." Nolan gave a shy smile

"He should have already been taken care of. You're more than capable of doing this on your own yet now we're having to step in. Don't get to excited unless you have your own reasons for the delay?" I folded my arms

"I'll call my business manager this afternoon." I took his phone and handed it over "Or I could do it now." he left the office to make the call. Emily took our the little whale cam and plugged it in

"What are you doing?" I asked her

"Nolan hid this, he rarely hides stuff so I want to know what's got him so sketchy." she answered. She loaded up the saved footage and we watched it play, there on the screen was a sex tape of Tyler coming onto quite literally Nolan. I snorted in amusement.

"I can't...that's both funny and gross. Ewww. I hope Nolan doesn't catch anything." I walked out of the office and drove home. Ashley was there with Daniel.

"Oh, hey." I greeted

"Perfect timing." Daniel rose to his feet as I rested my hands on the back of Ashleys chair. "Please join me for lunch today with my mother."

"Uh, sure. Just tell me when and where." I shrug. Daniel takes my waist and I kiss his cheek.

"1:00, Dumas' on Main. I'll modify the reservation for three. Bye." she left in a hurry making me scowl a little. Daniel pulled away glancing back for a moment.

"Thanks Ash."

"Is everything okay?" I wonder a little genuinely confused.

"It sounds like my parents are finally getting a divorce." Well, blow me down with a feather.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry Daniel. They seemed so perfect together." he scoffed a little

"Yeah, maybe a long time ago." he walks away

"It might work out. Who knows this might strengthen your relationship with both of them. That's got to be some solace." I offer joining him.

"Maybe with my Mom. You know, I think my Dad would rather have Tyler for a son than me. Well, it's hard to argue considering my Dad's been trying to land Nolan as a client ever since Nolcorp went public. I guess Ty's just got that magic touch." and just like that a opportunity waiting to be snagged falls into my lap.

"I'll say." I snort walk into the kitchen to make myself a drink

"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked now following me. I turned to him and looked hesitant.

"Olivia." I 'relented'

"You did not hear this from me. Promise." I point to him and Daniel nods "The only reason Nolan is investing with your father is because...Ugh Tyler is blackmailing him."

"Wait blackmailing him with what?" Daniel questioned not completely understanding him

"I shouldn't be telling you this. Nolan will ring my neck if he finds out. I promised." I shake my head and he turns me around.

"Olivia, spill." he insisted and I sighed

"A sex tape." his jaw slackened "Look, the only reason I found out is because I was being nosy, his house is so big and I was bored waiting for him so I snooped and well, he wasn't exactly hiding it. You did not get this from me, I'm out." I left and went to get ready.

Daniel and I arrived at Dimas' to have lunch with Victoria who just finished talking with someone as we arrived.

"Hey, Mom." Daniel greeted

"Daniel, I'm so glad that you could come." her gaze then turned to me "And I see that you brought Olivia."

"I hope you don't mind, Victoria. Daniel told me everything and we just really wanted to come and show our support." I took ahold of Daniels hand and gave both of them a comforting smile "I'm sure you must be devastated."

"Devastated is not the word I would use. And quite frankly my marriage is the last thing I want to talk about right now." Daniel pulled out the chair for me and I sat down as he pushed it in, then seated himself.

"Then let's talk about Tyler. Don't you think it's weird he's still living in your pool house?" Daniel questioned as I hung my bag on the back of the chair "Even though I'm staying with Olivia and Emily."

"Quite the opposite. With you gone, I rather like having him there. Tyler seems all like family to me." Victoria placed the napkin on her lap

"Okay, but he's not and he never will be." Daniel retorted copying his mother as did I.

"I'd rather have someone in the house than no one at all." I glance at Daniel "Unless of course you're telling me you're planning on moving back home?"

"No." Daniel answered and I rest my hand on his knee and he takes ahold of it.

"Well, then, as far as I'm concerned, he stays." she opened up her menu and I gave a apprehensive glance to my boyfriend.

I thought it was time I head back to the Stowaway and enter. I see Sammy who sees me and comes running over.

"Hey." I crouch down and pet him. Justice was my cat but not pert beat our first.

"both sisters in one day, something must be going on." Jack commented and I stood up

"Yeah, I wanted to come back and apologise for loosing my cool with Declan. I should have done it before now but, I'm not the best at admitting when I'm wrong." he laughed and nodded

"Declan not here right now. But how about a drink?" he offered

"Whiskey."

"The hard stuff, I figured you more for a cocktail lady." he placed a glass down and I sat myself on one of the stools

"Looks are deceptive, weren't you ever told?" I chuckle as he pours it out for me. "Thanks."

"Look about Declan." he began "He shouldn't have gone there."

"No I shouldn't have." I reply "Ems and I are twins and people can get mixed up. Like Daniel. He dropped by our house and thought that I was having dinner and drinking with you."

"But that was Emily."

"Exactly, we've spent so much time together that unless your looking directly at us or pay attention to our style, people get mixed up. Shall I let you in on a secret?" i narrow my eyes

"This should be interesting." I leaned over

"If you look from the back, we have opposite things. Pay attention." i stood up and turned around

"I have two items of jewellery you can see. Bracelet and anklet. Both on my left." I turn "Ems is on the right. Second." I took a heel of and held it up

"I'm a menace in high heels they will never be higher than two inches, are you taking notes?"

"Oh it's reverting." he joked

"I know I should have been a teacher. But most important of all. nine times out of ten no matter what I'm wearing or doing. My hair is usually up and it's longer. either way it's an easy tell. For your ears only." I tap my nose

"In a crowded bar." he remained

"Meh, apply them with alcohol and they'll forget." his gaze moves away and I turn seeing Amanda.

"Amanda, you remember Nolan's friend Olivia." Amanda comes over

"Of course."

"I was telling Emily that Amanda was one of the sisters that lived in your house. Sadly her sister passed away." Jack told me

"I'm sorry to hear that." I tell her

"Thank you. Though it does feel better that the house has sisters again." Amanda smiled

"Oh that reminds me, Emily invited you over if you wanted to look around." he handed her a napkin.

"We could go now, I'm heading home anyway?" I offer

"That would be great."

"I'll take your stuff onto the boat." Jack stated and the two of us left

"Please don't be mad, I didn't mean to tell Jack our secret. It just came out." she blurted once we were driving.

"Amanda, chill out. I'm just happy you've haven't gone complete rouge on us. You know we only have your best interests at heart." I tell her

"I know, but Ems isn't going to be happy."

"Neither of us are thrilled that your putting yourself in danger, theres a lot of stuff for your benefit we omitted." I sigh

"Like what."

"The car ride is not even long enough. Amanda, when we asked you and Tessa to switch names, it wasn't done so lightly. On either end I'm sure, Ems and I will tell you when were ready but just please be careful. Please." she took my hand and gave it a squeeze

"I promise." she vowed "How about you tell me dating your childhood crush. Tessa told me you know."

"It just happened. I tripped and spilled my drink on him then literally fell into his arms." I told her, get her on side by opening up

"Aww, so romantic." we talked about things until we pulled up and headed inside.

"Guess who I bumped into at the Stowaway." I say to my sister seeing her already home when we enter. "And there is no need for the lecture, she apologetic."

"I really am. Like i said to Liv. I didn't mean to tell Jack our secret it just happened." she strode in as I closed the door.

"I just don't want him to get hurt." Emily replied

"That makes three of us. Jacks the best thing ever to happen to me. Besides the two of you. I know Tessa would say the same if she were here ." I grabbed and apple and bit into it.

"He mentioned you have a hard time talking about your childhood memories." Em voiced

"Only because he remembers more than you actually told me." Amanda chuckled. Emily picked up two notebooks.

"What's this?" she wondered

"It's a couple of diaries from when Liv and I were in foster care . If you're going to be Amanda Clarke then you need to know absolutely everything, from both of us and especially about the Graysons." Em told her.

"What truth?" we couldn't answer her question because Daniel returned.

"Hey Babe." I turned to see him come in "I'm sorry. I didn't realise you had company."

"Daniel this is Amanda Clarke. Amanda, Daniel." I introduced

"Nice to meet you." Daniel seemed taken aback.

"Likewise." Amanda nodded "I was just leaving."

"Feel free to come by anytime." Emily offered and Amanda left. I continued eating, seeming unfazed.

"Amanda Clarke? As in David Clarkes daughter?" he asked

"As in Jack's new girlfriend." Emily clarified

"Why do you look like you saw a ghost?" I wonder "Wait, you're not talking about that David Clarke."

"What, you didn't know? He used to own this place. I knew his youngest daughter...Tessa." he replied

"Wow. Our realtor neglected to mention that." Emily sighed sitting down

"You knew them?" I wondered

"Like I said only the youngest, really. Amanda was older and their father was working for my father when all those people were killed." he explained

"How horrible for your family." I drawl sitting next to my sister and Daniel joined me so I was now in the middle

"Well it was a long time ago."

"Tessa and Amanda Clarke. Huh, Jack told me Tessa passed away. It came up when I went to apologise to Declan." I shrugged it off

"Thats sad. Tessa was always nice. In fact she was my first kiss. After what happened with her father, I never saw her again. Guess I never will." he placed away and I turned to my sister who raised an eyebrow.

"Anyway, how was the rest of your day?" I asked changing the subject

"Well, I decided not to tell my father about Tyler . He'll dig his own grave. The only way for me to truly beat him should be on merit." Was it super bad I was sad about the no drama of it all.

"I like that plan." I smile

"Great then I hope you won't mind joining me for dinner with Mr Takeda. I'm gonna need my Japanese translator." I chuckled

"Of course"

"You're amazing." he gave me a kiss "I'm gonna take a shower." he left the two of us.

"You told him about Tyler?" Em asked and I grinned speaking lowly.

"You should have seen it, I haven't lost my touch, you would have been proud." she tucked a stray hair back.

"Already am. Now about Takeda. Are you asking him to invest?"

"Yes, he'll be reluctant but if he's serious about helping clear Tyler out of our path and Daniels not going to do the fun way. I'm sure he'll help." I told her

Daniel and I sat down with Takeda, lucky for me Daniel could no speak a word of Japanese so asking for help without Daniel knowing would be easy. That and Takeda understood english anyway so there was no point in translating.

"Your crusade for future built on sustained, renewable energy is admirable and a cause I proudly stand behind." Daniel spoke and I 'translated'

"I need you to reconsider investing with Daniel. We are happy to reimburse the funds." I stated in Japanese.

"This boy is weak." he replied

"He says that his is impressed by your research and respects your business ethics." I lie

"Well, it's what he can expect on a daily basis should he chose to trust me with his business." Daniel assured

"Daniel's success at the company will bring us further to our ending. Access to his fathers files where proof of my father innocence surely lies." I conversed

"I worry, that your mind's quest is clouded by your heart. Was he not your sisters task? Agreed for your history. Don't let the feelings of your past with this boy grow true." he had some of his drink.

"I honour the worry you have but it is unnecessary." I assure him and he wipes his mouth

"Let us hope so." he rose to his knees and bowed then stood and left us

"So he's still on the fence?" Daniel asked not taking Takeda leaving well.

"No." I tell him

"What did he say?" and I grinned

"He's agreed to invest with you. 50 million." Daniel laughs and pulls me into a kiss. I blew out a small breath.

I was meditating on the beach, though I was aware of Emily standing next to me. She was planning to go for a swim.

"What. No synchronised swim for your secret sharer. Single white female told me the two of you invited her into the fold." I heard Nolan but did not say anything "I'm guessing this is a keep your frenemies close type situation."

"At least she's under control Nolan. Which is more than we can say for you and Tyler." Emily retorted

"Do you mind, I'm trying to meditate." I grumble

"About that. Well, operations Tyler hit a bit of a speed bump and...."

"Don't worry, I now have that under control. Goodbye Nolan." I say looking up then returning to my pose.

"Oh bestie in the dog house." Emily snarked then I felt her leave

Emily and I made our way back up to the house. Only to find Amanda and Daniel there.

"Everything okay?" I ask

"Your boyfriend here is trying to throw me off your property for looking for something that belongs to me. Well my sister, you remember Tessa...right." Daniel scowled at her

"It's okay Daniel. Why don't you come back tomorrow morning and we can help search for what your trying to find." I offer and Amanda nodded she tapped Daniels arm with the driftwood.

"Told you she was cool." Amanda left

"That girl makes me nervous." Daniel confessed

"She just seems a little lost to me." Emily voiced "Imagine growing up the way she's had to."

"Just be careful wit her." Daniel headed inside and I turned to my sister

"sea glass" we both stated.

Emily had made herself scarce for the evening while I had dinner with Daniel, he was unusually quite.

"Something's bothering you, hope it's not my steak." I joked

"No, no. Dinner was perfect." he assured me "But I think I should go home."

"Why?" I wonder

"There was something about how Tyler was acting today. I just wanna make sure he leaves town without torching the place. But thank you for dinner." he took my hand

"It's okay." we stood up and I walked him out

"I'm sorry you have to deal with all of this as long as I still got you at the end of the day." I wrapped my arms around him and kissed him goodbye. He went home and i watched him go.

"You're in love with him." I jump slightly and turn around seeing Takeda.

"Of course I'm not." I say recovering. He walks over

"When you and your sister came to me, you were just little girls. So much rage, so much betrayal. I did not want to train you because your emotions destined you to fail." he admitted

"I'm not that girl anymore. I separated myself from those emotions."

"You're lying."

"You know I could never lie to you." I reply, staring at the man who I held in such high esteem even admittedly above my own father.

"Then your lying even to yourself. I can do nothing more to help you." he slipped on his coat.

"Please." I plead "Don't abandon us. Don't abandon me." I felt myself become teary eyed

"The decision was yours. The two of you are on your own." he went back to his car leaving me there. I went inside and sighed, I grabbed the bottle of whiskey and poured myself a drink. Half an hour later Emily returned.

"Liv?"

"You know I loved Dad, the memories I have, were him reading to me, carrying me on his shoulders as you played with Jack and Sammy." I admit "When he was ripped away from us, it was out literal nightmare."

"Did something happen with Daniel?" she asks and I scoff

"No. Takeda." I tell her as she sits down next to me with our opened infinity box "Turns out disappointing him feels a lot worse than disappointing Dad." I laugh hollowly

"He left saying and I quote. 'I can do nothing more to help you' then just walks away and I feel like I've let him down."

"You crossed the line, Olivia! How could you do that to me?" Nolan storms in upset and it takes me a moment to recollect what he could be talking about.

"The recording of you and Tyler. Ugh." I push myself up "You'll thank me one day. I did you a favour. Now if you'll excuse me. Right now I genuinely don't give a fuck about you having a fuck with the enemy. He's all your sis." I drag myself upstairs and change the crash out on the bed.

--3rd Person--

Daniel rang the beach house and Emily answered after Nolan stormed off. She took a breath.

"Hello." she answered

"Emily?" he asked checking which sister

"Yeah, hey Daniel."

"Did, I just see Nolan leave your place?" he wondered looking down from his mothers tower.

"Yeah, he just got a pretty scary visit from Tyler. He thinks Nolan got him fired." Emily replied "Olivia told me that she told you."

"I had to drag it out of her. But heres the thing. My Dad didn't fire him." Daniel admitted

"Really. Do you have any idea why?" Emily wondered

"Who knows? I've just had enough of my fathers lies. Look, if Liv asks, can you tell her I'm staying with my Mom. If and when Tyler shows up I don't want her here alone."

"Of course." the conversation ended and Emily looked through the window up to Grayson Manor
