"Patton!" Virgil called from the other room, "are you sure you got everything?" Patton and Virgil we're moving out of their old apartment and driving from Georgia to Florida to start at their new college. "I triple checked kiddo" said Patton, the father figure. "I know moving is stressful, and that especially isn't good for you. Why don't you take a break?" Virgil walked in Patton's room, "But I just don't want to leave anything! I'll take a break when I know everything's finished." Patton sighed. "Okay, but please don't stress out over it, I'll make sure we get everything." Patton said while checking to make sure nothing was left behind. Virgil had a tendency to triple check everything, most likely due to his heightened anxiety. "Hey I saw this small diner that we pass on our way, why don't we stop there?" Said the bubbly friend. "I guess, I don't know" said Virgil figiting with is hoodie sleeves. "Don't worry kiddo, I know you don't want to see him again, but he's in jail for a while still." Virgil sighed. "I know it must be a lot, but that's why we're starting over" said the father figure.

"Okay, but his friends-" Virgil was cut off by Patton "I promise if anything happens, I won't hesitate to physically fight them!" Virgil, slightly startled said, "Okay okay, I'll go, calm down"

Patton jumped up and down with excitement. "YES! We're gonna have so much fun!" He hugged Virgil tightly which caused him to flinch. "Patton, I can't breathe-" Virgil said jokingly. "Okay kiddo, lets do our last checks around to make sure we have everything!"

They both checked each room and found that they had everything they needed packed up. "Hey Virge, make sure you grab some snacks for the trip in case you get hungry!" Virgil laughed. Even though it was slightly weird, he saw Patton as more of a dad than his own. "Okay Patt" is all he responded with before grabbing a granola bar and walking out.

[Meanwhile]

"Ugh why did we have to switch rooms again?" Roman complained. "For the last time, it's cheaper, closer to class, and it has a cafeteria. It was only logical to move." Roman sighed "but we don't know what creepy neighbors we'll have now!"

Logan was confused "You haven't even met them and you're sure that their creepy. That's a cognitive distortion known as jumping to conclusions. You have very little information, but you already have made a conclusion." Roman stood there in shock "how- what- I" he stood there stuttering. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to check and make sure everything has been packed."

Roman was still slightly confused, "okay, I'll look for a place for us to eat around here." And with that, he pulled out his phone to look for a place.
