Visiting Zane

Why did I agree to this...

"Aaron? Hey!" Cathy waves, smiling sweetly.

"Aaron? Laurence? What... where have you been?!" Vylad exclaims.

"Who are they?" Xavier asks, staring at me and Garroth.

"Uh... my name is Andy." Garroth says, deepening his voice like last time.

"I'm Jess." I say, raising mine.

Zane coughs, staring at me. I glare back.

He's laughing at us...

"You... sound kind of like Garroth." Vylad says, staring at Andy.

"Uh... I'm a cousin..." Garroth lies.

"We-"

"VYALD, LET'S TALK OUTSIDE." Laurence says loudly.

"Uh, no thanks..." Vylad replies.

"What are you doing here?" Kim asks.

"Visiting Zane. Duh." I say.

"Why?" Cathy asks.

"Uh... I'm an old friend?" I say.

Zane nods quickly.

Vylad keeps staring at Garroth.

"Seems legit." Xavier shrugs.

"What are you doing here?" Aaron asks.

"Also visiting Zane. Duh." Cathy says.

I shoot a glare at her.

"Why are you wearing a hood?" Xavier asks.

"Uh... cause I like to wear hoods?" I say, "And so does Andy."

"And the mask?" He asks.

"Uh... cause I'm edgy. Like Zane." I reply.

Kawaii~chan starts coughing, and Zane glares at me.

"Wait a minute..." Vylad mutters, going up to Garroth.

Oh.

Sh*t.

Vylad grabs Garroth's hood, and pulls it off.

Everyone gasps.

"Ah!" Garroth exclaims in his normal voice, backing away.

"Garroth! What are you doing here?!" Vylad exclaims.

"Am I not aloud to visit my brother?" Garroth asks.

"Why lie about your identity?" Vylad asks.

I clear my throat, and point at the top corner of the room.

A camera.

"Oh." Vylad squeaks, staring at it.

"We'll hack into it later and delete the footage..." Laurence sighs.

Travis is surprisingly good at hacking things.

Incase you were wondering.

"Wait, if your Garroth..." Cathy walks up to me, and grabs my hood. I slap her hand away.

"Hands off." I say, forgetting to raise my voice.

"You sound different." She says.

"I don't know what your talking about." I reply, raising it again.

"Yeah well, there goes your hood." Xavier says, pulling it off. I hiss and slap him.

Everyone let's out a collective gasp.

"Aphmau?!"

A million things happen at once.

Xavier grabs me.

Aaron punches him.

Kim pushes Cathy to the ground.

Kawaii~chan grabs Vylad's hand and keeps him in place.

Garroth pushes Xavier away from me.

Laurence pulls out his phone, and calls Travis.

Zane coughs.

Everyone starts yelling.

"WHAT HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

"SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE!"

"TRAVIS, GET RID OF THE FOOTAGE!"

"DON'T LET HER HURT ZANE!"

"LEAVE HER ALONE!"

"BACK OFF!"

"LET GO OF ME!"

"DON'T HURT APHMAU~SENPAI!"

"GET OFF ME, I THOUGHT YOU WERE ON OUR SIDE!"

"STOP STRUGGLING!"

I cover my ears, whimpering.

Not again, please not again.

I can't deal with this again.

I can't run away this time.

Someone, stop this...

Not again...

"STOP!"

Everyone shuts up at the sound of Zane's voice. It's raspy, and cracks from sudden use. He starts coughing, and Kawaii~chan gives him water.

We all stare at him.

"Wasn't... Aph..." he manages out, coughing.

"What do you mean, wasn't Aph?" Cathy demands, "I saw her!"

"Liar!" Kim exclaims, "I saw you stab Zane!"

Everyone starts arguing again.

"SHUT UP!" Kawaii~chan yells this time, "Geez, can you all be quiet, and listen?!" Her voice isn't as high pitched, and she sounds angry.

Oh she's angry all right. Her ears and tail are stiff and straight up, while her eyes blaze with anger.

I'm actually scared. Never have I ever seen Kawaii~chan angry.

"Zane can barely talk, how is he supposed to tell us who did it?" Vylad demands.

"Zane, point at who did it." Kawaii~chan says gently, calming down a little.

Zane coughs, and raises his hand.

He points at Cathy.

"Laurence? Laurence what's wrong?" Travis asks, his voice ringing from Laurence's phone.

"Sorry Travis, don't delete the footage yet." Laurence says.

Cathy sighs.

"Y'know, this would've been so much easier if Zane had actually died. Curse my soft heart for letting him live." She says, pushing Kim off of her and standing up.

"Well, you caught me."

"Are you seriously surrendering?" Xavier asks.

"Hell no." Cathy replies, "Gotta catch me first. Oh, and by the way, Michael isn't very happy about Aphmau, and everyone escaping. So, hope you don't mind, but we gotta take her."

Xavier grabs my arm. I squeal and grab onto Aaron's arm. His arms go around me protectively, and he pries Xavier's hand off.

Xavier punches Aaron, surprising us both and he lets go. Cathy grabs me this time, and her and Xavier jump out the window, holding me. I scream.

"B**CH!" I hear Kim yell.

Xavier laughs.

I glare, and flip him and Cathy off.

Last thing I hear?

A very, very, loud roar.
