Thanks to the overnight lessons Hinata took, he got a passing two digit score in the test.

Yes! I passed! I'm going to show it to the others...

With that thought it mind, he dashed to find his friends, but he bumped into someone as that person fell on the ground.

"Oh I'm sorry, can you stand up?" He asked to the girl who fell, as she flinched.

"I-I'm so sorry...I didn't mean to bump to you!" She freaked out while she bowed down to him making him sweat drop.

"N-No it's my fault" Hinata said, as the girl was freaking out too much.

"Please excuse me!" She yelled as she ran away from Hinata.

D-Did I do something wrong?

He shrugged the thought and went to find his friends.

"Kisaragi-san!" He yelled as he spotted Arisu looking at the bulletin board.

"Hello Hinata-kun, how did it went?" She asked.

"It went well, I got 83/100 in Math, it's the highest grade I ever scored!" Hinata said as he cried in anime style that is thankful.

"Good for you, if you keep up that good grades you won't be kicked out of the club" She said.

"Yup, I'm going to the gym now, see you later" He said as she nodded in reply, then she watched him disappear from her sight.

Arisu walked back to her room as she bumped into a girl with short blonde hair.

"I'm so sorry, are you alright?"
Arisu asked as she squat down to her level.

The girl thought which made Arisu confused, thinking if there was something in her face.

"What's your name?" Arisu asked her, as the girl manage not to freak out.

"My name is Yachi Hitoka" She shyly introduced herself.

"Can you stand, Yachi-chan?" Arisu asked as she stood up and extended her hand to her, Yachi nodded in reply while she grabbed her hand.

H-Her hands are so soft!

Arisu smiled at her gracefully which made Yachi slightly embarrased.

"See you next time, Yachi-chan" She said as she waved goodbye to her while she did the same.

"Wow, that girl is a beauty!"

"I dare to you to say hi to her!"

"There's no way I could do that...I'm too shy"

Yachi heard some students talking about the girl who just waved at her, complimenting her looks.

"She's really pretty" She mumbled as she watched her walk towards her classroom.

I-I forgot to get that pretty person's name!

She was slightly disappointed at how shy and timid can she be, with this trait of hers, she seems to have few people she consider as friends.

Hinata's Pov.

We are practicing volleyball training right now, as Kageyama passed the ball to me and I spiked it perfectly.

"That felt great! Seeing that view from the other side is nothing you could compare" Hinata said as he looked at his palm that is red from hitting the ball.

"Do you have a minute?"Kiyoko-san said as she walked in the gym while we gather around her.

A girl with short blonde hair with matching hazel eyes walked in the gym nervously as she was the one who I bumped earlier.

"I-I'm Yachi Hitoka, a first year...nice too meet you" She said nervously as we greeted her knowing we respect her.

"I've asked her if she can handle to be a manager, she isn't an official manager yet" Shimizu-san explained as everyone nodded in reply.

"U-Um...can I go now?" Yachi-san asked as if she was terrified of the tall volleyball players, Shimizu-san nodded as she dash out of the gym.

She's really a weird girl, isn't she?

After the volleyball practice during lunch, me and Kageyama walked back to our classroom.

"Hey Hinata, did you passed the Math Exam?" He asked me.

"Yeah, thanks to Kisaragi-san's help I manage to pass!" I said cheerfully as I was really grateful of her.

"Hmm...why weren't you at the club yesterday?" He asked.

"I went to Kisaragi-san's place as we study there, before I knew it I fell asleep in her place"
I said as I scratched the back of my hair.

I turned to him as I saw him look at me, not just any look--he was glaring at me with hatred, it was my first time to see that kind of glare from him.

"What is it?" I asked nervously, he averted his gaze from mine, as he was kind of irritated.

"Nothing" He said.

Does he...like Kisaragi-san?

That thought crossed my mind, he was kind of irritated than usual.

We parted our ways in silence as I walked in my classroom walks in his classroom.

If they do get together....

I looked up from the ground as I saw Kisaragi-san talking to our classmates, while laughing.

The bell rung as it was finally dismissal, I finished packing my stuff in the bag and was about to stand when she spoke.

"Hey Hinata-kun, want me to tutor you again?" She asked with a smile on her lips.

"Thanks for the offer, but I have some things I need to do" I said as she nodded.

"See you tomorrow" I said with a smile on my face as she smiled at me.

"Yeah, see you tomorrow" She said.

I walked out of the room, I only said that because I didn't want to be a hinder to her.

I wanted to solve this matter by my own, so I studied by myself.

I walked through the corridors as something caught my attention, it was an empty classroom and there was one person inside.

"Yachi-san!" I called her, she turned to my direction as she flinched.

"W-Who might you be?" She asked nervously to the fact she hid behind the her table.

"I'm Hinata Shōyō, the one from earlier in the gym" I said as sweat trickled down my forehead.

"In the gym? Y-Your a volleyball player?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm a first year like you from 1st class" I said, then she stood from where she's hiding.

"Isn't volleyball suppose to be played by tall players, why is someone short as you...?" She trailed of when she noticed me being glum.

"I might be small, but I can jump" I said, disregarding her comment.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to offend you, don't kill me!" She said, as I was confused.

"Don't sweat it...and I won't kill you" I said, trying to calm her down.

Why is she so nervous?

"What do you need, Hinata-kun?" She asked.

"Do you like to study?" I asked.

"I don't hate it" She said.

"Perfect timing, can you help me study?" I asked as I walked in the empty classroom.

"Study...?" She asked.

"Yeah, I suck at it, so can you do me a favour and help?" I plead while I touched the crook of my neck.

"I don't mind" She said.

We sat on the chairs as between us is a table, we put our bags on the table and take out our notes.

I don't always want to relay on Kisaragi-san! I need to do this alone.

I'm sorta glad that she helped me study but somewhat a part of me feels empty.

Normal Pov.

Arisu walked through the corridors, she heard laughter pierced the air which caught her attention.

She peeked in a certain classroom as her hazel eyes widened as she saw the view, and she wasn't pleased.

So, that is what he needs to do...?

She felt a tingling feeling disturbing her chest, she clutched her shirt as she was hurting.

Before they can see her, she proceeded walking home alone.

This feeling is...irritating.

"Kisaragi!" A male voice called, she turned to the speaker and to see his crush.

"Kageyama-kun, you haven't went home yet?" She asked as the male walked towards her.

"Nope, we still have a practice to do, have you seen Hinata?"
He asked the girl who averted her gaze away from him.

"How could I know something like that" She muttered.

"Kisaragi?" Kageyama said.

"U-Uh, I mean--no I haven't...anyways, how did you do in Math?"Arisu asked, changing the topic.

"Not bad, I guess...? I got 70 mark thanks to your notes" He said.

"I see...I'm happy that my notes helped you, if you have some problems, you can talk to me" She said, as she flashed him a smile.

Suddenly, Kageyama grabbed her cheek and pinched it making her yelped in pain.

"I-It hurts! Stop it" She said as he continued to stretch her cheeks.

"That rule of yours is applied to me as well, so what's wrong?" He asked.

"I-I'll tell you, just stop pinching my cheeks!" Arisu said while flapping her arms.

He stopped pinching her cheeks as she massaged it with her hand.

"Speak" Kageyama said, demanding a explanation.

"I did saw Hinata-kun earlier...he was with Yachi-chan" Arisu started, as the boy kept listening.

"I offered Hinata-kun that I'll help him study, he refused and said he has something to do...then I coincidentally saw him with her"
She said quietly while fiddling with her fingers.

Kageyama just kept quiet and listened to every word she says.

"I felt kind of sad then" She ended.

"Wait here for me, Kisaragi"
He said.

"Eh...? sure" Was what she said, in a blink of an eye he disappear from her sight.

He's gone...

Then he appear from her sight, as he was wearing his school uniform and has his bag with him, panting.

It's surprising how you disappear and reappear in front of me...

Arisu thought, as she looked at the guy in front of her.

"Let's go" He said as he grabbed her by her wrist as he pulled her and run.

"W-Where are we going?"
She asked, as he dragged her with him.

"Somewhere we can talk your problems, trust me you'll thank me for this" He said.

...But what surprised me the most is you held me by the hand and ran away with you.
