" Ashton get down fast!" I yelled, tapping my foot impatiently. I looked at his room door with a huff.

Now tell me, who made the myth of women taking longer to get ready? I totally disagree now! Ashton has been inside his room for almost an hour. God knows what's taking him so long to get ready.

I feel like strangling him right now, I hate people who are late. I let out a frustrated sigh and looked backwards where Macey and Nick were busy eating chips.

" Coming! " I heard him yell back, I groaned.

This has been going on from an hour now, I walked near both of them and sat on the sofa with a huff.

" I wonder who is the girl here, him or you " Nick mumbled, munching on his chips.

His voice came muffled because of the content filled in his mouth, I shook my head disgustingly.

" Ewww... Stop talking while eating" Macey scolded, making a disgusting face.

He gulped down his food and looked at her with puppy eyes, she huffed turning her face the other direction. Her strawberry hair bounced as she turned.

But my attention was on my first love.

My food.

Junk food.

I snatched the packet of chips from which both of them were eating.

" Hey! My chips" both of them protested together, I ignored them and munched on one of the goodies.

Hmm..... This is actually good, I really wonder why all calorie containing foods are delicious. But then, who gives a damn. Not me, obviously.

" Don't forget this is MY house " I said, stressing the word 'my' and continued munching on my chips.

Suddenly the packet was snatched away from my hands.

" Hey!" I protested and looked up to see the face of thief.

There stood Ashton Johnson, looking at me with eyes narrowed and a disappointed look on his face.

" You have to eat healthy Alaia, doctor has recommended not to eat these oily and junk food" he trailed off and I pouted.

I batted my eyelashes at him eyeing my first love which was clutched in his hands, he groaned grumpily and looked at me.

" Stop making such faces and you are not getting any of these " he said, sternly and I heard some giggling sound behind me.

I turned around and saw both nick and Macey biting their lips to refrain from laughing. I grumpily sunk down into the sofa, crossing my arms.

I could feel something slumping down beside me I did not even needed to turn because I knew, it was Ashton who sat down beside me.

He held my palms softly and made me look at him, I gazed at him and eyed his whole look. I almost gasped seeing him.

Oh. My. God.

He looked handsome would be such an understatement to describe this man's beauty. I wouldn't even disagree that God took his own great time to sculpt this beauty.

With his black tee which formed like a second layer of skin, it complimented his pigmentation and made his muscles look more prominent.

A snap of fingers got me out of my LA LA LA land and I shook my head, trying to cover up my blush that just creeped on my cheeks.

" Check me out some other time, let's go for now. " He said, eyeing me with a teasing smile. I ducked my head down in embarrassment and bit back a smile.

" Hey don't hide your blush from me, you look cute. " He winked and if possible, my cheeks might have turned redder.

" Aww..... I would have loved to hear those mushy talks of yours but I am sorry, it hurts for a single like me" A fake girly voice cooed from behind.

I turned around and glared at Nick who just spoiled our moment, if only,  I could use him instead of my punching bag.

He leaned closer to us and snatched the bag of chips from Ashton who glared at him but was royally ignored by Nick and continued eating.

" OK let's go now," Ashton trailed off and got up from the couch.

Caressing down his T-shirt, he gave me a hand to stand up. I was about to give my hand when suddenly something striked to my mind.

" Ashton what if media catch us together! I am still your PA in eyes of world. If I get caught roaming with you then what will happen? They will make nonsense theories" I panicked.

He looked at me wide eyed and quickly kneeled down in front of me, grasping my palms tightly.

" Relax.... Relax Alaia " he cooed, rubbing back of my palms.

" Take deep breaths" he said and I glared at him.

" Here I am thinking of the consequences and you are telling me to take deep breaths" I snapped and he smiled a little.

" Has something gotten in your head? Here I am getting worried and you are all smiley " I said irritated, his smile etched wider and he giggled a little.

I glared at him with my eyes narrowed. What the hell is wrong with this man! He pressed his lips to not laugh.

" OK fine, I am telling you. So I made sure no media is present in that area and also since I flied to Paris at such a short notice, very less people are aware of it and about us hiding our identity then there is thing called mask" he said and I looked at him gaped.

OK.... This guy has really got some brains.

" I know I have brains, now let us go " He said, and got up.

I shook my head with a chuckle and gave my hand to him, looking at him lovingly. He held my palms softly and helped me getting up.

" Bye bye, guys.... Enjoy!" they said in unison.

I turned back and saw both bidding us adieu weirdly, I scrunched my face looking at them. A piece of chips playing in between their lips, shaking their hands like a kid.

" You two really need to grow up " Ashton said from behind and I nodded my head instantly.

I couldn't agree more!

" I gave you so much respect but then, you love getting insulted right? Asshole " Nick muttered munching on one of the goodies.

OK, we really need to leave from here before I snatch that bag from him and run away.

" Lizard " Ashton muttered and was going to walk but nick heard it and.....

There we go....

" Pig "

" Whale "

" Turtle "

" Cat "

I banged my forehead, cursing both of them inwardly. I went near Ashton and tried pulling him but, he did not bulged from his spot.

" Monkey "

" Ape "

" Gorilla"

" Goat "

I gave up and sat on the sofa with a huff and looked at Macey who was looking at them amused, as if enjoying.

" Sea horse "

" Horse "

" Kangaroo "

Now that was enough...

" Mr Ashton Johnson and Mr Nick Peterson if you two don't stop right now then I will make you both do all the house chores without anyone's help " I yelled, looking at them furiously.

They stopped immediately and Nick shrinked back into the sofa, trying to hide. Ashton looked at me wide eyed and gulped visibly.

Quickly muttering a goodbye to them he held my right hand, literally dragging me with him.

" Oh my God! Ashton, it is so cute " I gushed over, looking at the turtle in front of me with complete awe.

It was so cute and beautiful, the shell was almost white colour which made it look even more unique.

" What the hell is cute with this tortoise! All fat and ugly " He muttered beside me.

I gasped, looking at him horrified.

" Firstly, It is not a 'tortoise' but a 'turtle', there is a lot of difference between them and

I said, glaring at him.

He gulped visibly and walked ahead, looking at different fishes. I matched his pace and held his hands, he flashed me a smile and interlocked our fingers.

We reached the middle of the aquarium where few tanks were kept, with their heads open. I peeped over his shoulders and saw many star fishes, sting rays, a tortoise too!

" Hello, this is our touching exhibit. You can touch the animals, if you would like " the keeper said as we walked near them.

" Is it safe though, what if the shark bites me or sting rays sting me?"  Ashton asked, a little hesitant.

That keeper shot him a smile and shook his head with a chuckle.

" No it's totally safe, come here" he said gesturing him to come near the tank.

I did not knew if he was afraid or something like this but I followed that guy excitedly and stood beside him. I was genuinely excited.

" Just put your hand like this and they will swim by" he said, drowning his hand in water.

I drowned my hand in water and just then a shark swam by, my fingers touching it's rough skin.

" Did you see that?" I exclaimed, not caring if I sound like a 5 year kid right now.

A smile spread across Ashton's face and I grabbed his hand, wanting him to also feel it. I could feel he was a little hesitant so I squeezed his hand giving him assurance.

He smiled softly looking at me, I guided his hands with mine inside the water.

He drowned his hand and just then a sting ray passed by and he started smiling like an idiot too.

I smiled and saw a tortoise seated in the corner, pulling my hand out, I walked over and touched it, it's skin was so rough.

Touching turtles were not allowed but here, in touching exhibit, we could touch tortoise and star fishes too! I could feel myself smiling like a cheshire cat.

I then walked towards the star fish which was stuck to the wall of tank. Reaching my hands in I felt it's rough skin , and it moved slightly under my touch.

I could feel hot breath fanning over my shoulder, my breath hitched as I felt a warm touch on my arms.

I looked at him sideways, Ashton kept his chin in crook of my neck and dipped his hands in water, touching the same star fish. His finger brushed against mine.

I smiled and leaned on his chest, breathing out happily.

"Did you see the way that shark looked at me" Ashton exclaimed as we walked out of he fish tunnel.

" that thing definitely wanted to adopt you as your dad, did you see the way it kept following you with those creepy eyes" I pressed my lips together to not burst out laughing.

He looked at me horrified while I walked a bit faster to hide my smile. He matched my pace and I slowed down a bit.

" Ashton..." I trailed off as we walked together, near the exit gate.

He hummed and looked at me with a small smile.

" Thank you for today " I whispered and stopped in my tracks.

He stopped just in front of me and eyed me with an amused smile.

" I genuinely enjoyed today " I said and held his hands, planting a soft kiss on back of his palms.

He smiled and side hugged me. Turning his head towards me, he gazed at me with uttermost affection.

" Did I ever told you that you have got a beautiful smile? " he said, and leaned down to kiss my nose. I blushed slightly and my smile etched wider.

" As far as I remember, no. " He pouted and twitched corner of his mouth.

" Then let me tell you this. You have got the most beautiful smile, Alaia. " He said, and kissed my cheeks softly.

" It had to be beautiful, after all, you became my reason to smile again. " I said and his smile flattered.

" Never say that, Alaia. Never. I am not reason of your pretty smile, neither make me that. I might have made you smile but never make me reason of your smile. I do not want you to give me this place in your life, do not make your happiness dependent on me. " He said, caressing my cheeks and I felt my eyes teary.

This is what I had exactly done with Ian. I loved him too hard. I shouldn't have done that. I made him reason of my happiness and that was my destruction. He destroyed me. But Ashton, he made sure I do not repeat the same mistake again.

If Ian was my ruin then Ashton was my rise.

" Back to earth, Alaia. " I heard and snapped out of my thoughts. I shook my head and looked back at him, tears brimming in corner of my eyes.

I was so in love with this man.

" So should I count it as out first official date? " I asked, grinning slightly.

" Of course! Our unique first date.... At an aquarium" he said and laughed slightly, leaning his head on my forehead.

The first date is the most beautiful part of any relationship, it's purity is unmatchable. The way those raw feelings captures the entanglend heartbeats...

They had their unique date in their own way.... Something thoughtful, something different and something beautiful.
