(3rd person's pov)

"Are you excited for your date today with Sting? I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time.", Yukino cheered.

(Y/n) saw through her friend's false smile and glared at her. Turning to Yukino with her hands on her hips she scolded the silver haired mage.

"Baka!!! I'm not stealing your crush from you. I'm taking you with and I'ma get you to admit to him. It's a perfect setting for your first kiss.", (y/n) cheered.

Yukino exploded into a huge blush. Currently you were acting like Erza when it came to relationships. (Y/n) giggled at her poor friend and hugged her.

"Awww come on you two have been voted #1 hottest couple in Fiore in the latest Sorcerer Weekly!! Just suck it up and tell him.", (y/n) cheered.

Yukino, still a blushing mess, accepted it. Little did (y/n) know, Sting had actually invited a few friends of his own.

(Mini Skip!!!!! At the carnival)

"Holy cow this place is huge. Man now I wish (y/n) was here to play at the stands with me.", Happy cried.

Team Natsu had decided to relax at the crocus carnival before heading back home to magnolia. Natsu, still injured from his self harm, just walked around with a bored expression. Eventually though he joined in when he and Gray started having contests.

"They are total slobs.", Lucy sighed.

The boys were having a food eating contest while the girls sat quietly, a table over, and enjoyed a drink.

"Mmm the food here smells delicious.", Yukino smiled while sniffing the delicious air.

"It does. I'm getting hungry let's eat here!", Sting cheered.

Natsu immediately stopped eating and slowly looked over. He knew about the date so he decided to watch over (y/n) in case something happened. Natsu was only greeted by Rogue, Sting, Yukino, and the two exceeds. The saber tooth members sat with the fairies and enjoyed a good talk.

"Yukino-san where did you get that giant bear?", Wendy asked cheerfully.

"Sting won it for me at a game stand. Isn't it cute?", Yukino blushed.

Sting broke into a small blush seeing how cute Yukino was. Natsu noticed and grew a bit irritated.

Everything was going fine until Yukino screamed in fear. The boys looked over and terror took over their bodies......., just kidding.

The giant bear plush was cuddling Yukino. Yukino's screams turned into laughter as the giant moving bear tickled her. Erza noticed a zipper in the back of the bear and pulled it down. The bear stopped moving and (y/n) poked her head out with a mischievous grin.

"Heehee (y/n)-nee! That's where you've been hiding.", Frocsh cheered.

(Y/n) removed the costume and put the stuffing back in. She handed it to Wendy and broke out laughing.

"Yu- ahahahahaa you should've seen you face!!! Hahaha it was priceless!!!", (y/n) teased.

Sting pulled (y/n) over to the boys table and sat her next to him. He lightly pecked her cheek and smiled at the cute affection. Natsu grew more and more agitated, Sting shouldn't be touching her.

After eating the Sabers and Fairies headed to the river back to see the magnificent firework display. (Y/n) and Sting snuck away to talk while the others stayed behind. Happy quietly followed after them.

(Y/n's pov)
"Do you really think I should tell her? I mean...I...I really like her bu-but", I cut sting off and turned him around. Yukino came looking for us and he blushed when he saw her.

I quickly hid behind some bushes and watched. It's time for StingYu to be official. As I watched Sting stutter to his crush, I noticed the scent of a certain blue exceed. Quietly stalking him and grabbing him. Covering his mouth I returned to my hiding spot and watched.

"Yu-yukino....I....I guess what I'm trying too say i-is I-I, Yukino I love you with all my heart!!", Sting shouted in embarrassment. After confessing he pulled a shocked Yukino into a loving kiss. I smiled, he finally did it. As the fireworks went off I quietly snapped a photo of the new couple and walked away with happy.

"So you are tellin me that Sting asked you on a date to get Yukino jealous?", Happy asked after I explained everything, lightly I nodded with a happy smile.

Me and Happy walked back to the other and watched the rest of the show. Natsu was sitting alone by the bank and it just didn't feel right seeing him all lonely. I walked up him and placed the red dragon, that I won earlier, on his head. He looked up at me a bit surprised as I sat next to him.

"Hey it's not Igneel but at least you got something that reminds you of him.", I smiled laying on my back to see the fireworks.

Natsu joined me after placing the red plush on his stomach. I didn't know that he continuously stared at me instead of the show. Happy noticed to but he didn't say anything. After all those years this was the first time I actually felt comfortable around the dragon boy of my past.

"These lights they're really beautiful.", he said.

I gave a small look his way abd then back up at the sky,
"Yeah they remind me of the Fantasia parade."

We didn't speak again after that but I think we both knew that we had so much more too say. Sadly all of my Fairy Tail friends would be leaving in two days, and I would be staying here to say only say goodbye.

Our paths did meet again but they'd separate sooner than I'd want them too. I don't want to let go of anyone, not yet. All the flashbacks and memories of Fairy Tail came back and the tears didn't hold back. As the loud fireworks continued I sobbed to myself thinking about my old family. This time I knew Natsu was staring at me but he didn't want to disturb me so he just pulled me into a tight hug. That night it felt like I was pulling out my own heart.
