Meanwhile back in Rivendell

Y/n had finished helping Lindir as she had promised him that morning,and now she is unsure what to do with her self. Lunna is busy doing something but didn't say what and Y/n isn't sure she wants to see Marwin again,incase she has Kolvar with her. She didn't like that elf,at first he just seemed like a loner but then when she learnt what he thought of Elrond,her opinion on the dark haired elf changed. Although whilst Y/n is trying to decide what to do she is stopped by Harwin.

"Just the elf I'm looking for" Harwin said
"Now what?" y/n asked hoping he actually wants help for a change
"I just wished to let you know that my interest in you is over" Harwin said
"Took you long enough to learn I didn't like you that way" Y/n told him
"Anyway have you seen my sister around?" Harwin asked
"Not since before when I saw her with Kolvar" Y/n told him
"I don't like him,he is too full of himself" Harwin said
"I know but I think Marwin has a thing for him" Y/n said.

"Typical Mar,she has to always have a crush on the moody loner" Harwin said disappointed
"If she likes him she likes him,just be there for her incase he doesn't like her back" Y/n told him
"That's wise of you Y/n" Harwin said
"I borrowed those words from a wise elf" Y/n told him
"Okay well if you see Marwin,tell her I'm looking for her" Harwin said before walking off
"Finally I can be left in piece" Y/n said.

I decided to head outside to pass the time and to also help me think. Elrond is right taking a walk can really help you think,well sometimes. Other times my mind just won't focus on something and no matter what I try I can't decide what to do. Thankfully this isn't one of those times, although my mind is full it's not full of things to do. It's just full of Elrond,it's been like that a lot recently. I guess that's what happens when you really like someone and then you find out they like you back. I sat on one of the marble benches in the grounds of Rivendell,I could hear the distant sound of running water.

I liked it here,no one ever comes here but me or so I thought. I hadn't been sitting down to long when I am joined by the elf that is occuping most of my thoughts
"So this is where you are hiding" Elrond said sitting beside me
"I'm not hiding,I just come here to enjoy the piece. It also can help me think"I tell him" How did you know I was here?"
"A wise elf never reveals all his secrets" Elrond said
"You saw me from higher up, didn't you" I ask him
" What's on your mind?" Elrond asks, ignoring my question.

"Oh just the usual stuff"I say
"Anything you need help with?" Elrond asks
"The cause is also the solution"I say
"So I'm what is on your mind" Elrond said
"Yeah with a couple other things,but there not as important"I say" Oh and Harwin just told me,he has finally given up on me"
"That's good to hear,I never liked that boy" Elrond said
"Since when do you refer to people as boy?"I ask him
"I don't know I just don't like him,he always seemed like had something to hide" Elrond said.

"He never seemed off to me,but then again people can act differently around other people" I said
"True like you when you first arrived here" Elrond says" You weren't very open nor trusting to others but when you where with me,you seemed more your self."
"I just felt like I could trust you,even from the beginning when I didn't know you. You just have this...I don't know how to discribe it." I tell him
"I've been told I'm very trustworthy" Elrond tells me
"I certainly trust you"I say taking ahold of his hand.

"I know you don't trust to often,but I'm glad you trust me" Elrond said
"Being very handsome did help"I say
"Just because a person is very handsome, doesn't always mean they have a good heart" Elrond told me
"True but you do" I say
"Thank you Y/n" Elrond said,he then leand over and kisses me on the lips.
