I'm sorry to say but Lookism just isn't my thing anymore. I used to love it so much and look forward to it, but now I forgot it existed and it feels more like a task to read it all.

For me PTJ's plot has degraded. I liked it more when the worst we got was the street gangs. I loved the school setting, the teenagers just hanging out, rebelling, and facing realistic issues.

It was great to be able to see a character and relate to the insecurity or whatever issues I possibly also had as a teenager and see how these characters deal with it and help each other.

It's nice that we fleshed out characters, but at the same time I didn't care about some of them. But that's personal bias as I know others did. I like that we got Gun's backstory, but at the same time I liked the mystery and just the clues we got. But, again, personal opinion as I like mysterious characters and to make up my own stories for how they got where they are with the clues we are given.

Also just too much information. Needing to wrap my head around all the stuff they keep spouting is just aaah. When I read webtoons I'm here to relax and turn my brain off, not put it into overdrive. So I end up just scrolling past all the info stuff. But hey, that's also more a preference thing since some people love lore.

When I close the page I also forget all I read so half the time I can't even follow the overall story anymore, whereas in past I would still be remembering it after closing or even rereading.

This is not to say I don't enjoy the webtoon from time to time anymore. I just finished 537 and I DO look forward to the fights and got that excitement again, but I simply preferred like the middle half of the webtoon when we had a nice balance of everything. 

Seeing the first gen fights and such will always make me excited.  Taesoo being my favorite 1st gen, I think. 

I won't end the book officially, but, as noticed, regular updates most likely won't be a thing. I'll just pop in every now and then to drop a sudden scenario then vanish.
