To see Wendy that way was too horrible a sight.
Her body was mutilated, there were scars all over her body.

"Leave us alone Wendy," I screamed at her.

Just then I could feel my feet rising above the ground but I had no control over myself.

Within a second, I was being tossed into air and I fell down with a loud thud.

I could feel my head bleeding. I tried to get up but I couldn't.
Everything just blacked out.

I woke up after some time which felt like eternity.
I was in the Winston's house, in the drawing room.

My legs felt like jello, making it difficult for me to walk.
I somehow managed to get up.
Riley was sitting on the couch.

"Riley?"

He didn't look towards me.

"Riley?"

He didn't even react a bit.
There was a vase kept on the table.
I threw it on the floor.
He immediately got up to see the vase and looked confused as if he couldn't make out how the vase fell down.

That was when I realised that he couldn't see me anymore.
My legs felt like jello because I could no longer feel my body.
Because I was no longer a human.
When Wendy threw me all over the bathroom, I was severly injured.
I wasn't unconscious.
I was dead.
