–Error–

It had been about ten minutes and I was already tired of this party. Oh so badly I wanted to storm up to that room and just burst out cursing those small skeletons(of course not my small Inky). I'm the paranoid type, especially when it comes to my shorty. He's too precious to lose. I also wanted to leave, but the thought of my squid here with the two sanses bothered me. I mean, here without me to steal Ink away from Dream and Blueberry if they start to hug him too much? No thanks. I heard a snarky chuckle come from Fell, but I was too caught up in my thoughts to care about that until he purposely did it again to catch my attention. I rolled my eyes looking at him. "WhAT'S sO fUnnY?" Fell shook his head at me.

"Envy isn't a good look on you."

I wanted to slap that damn smirk off his face. "Not to make your jealousy worse or anything... but," my attention was fully on him now at those words, "I'm pretty sure that Blueberry likes your friend. I don't even know what he sees in him..." He mumbled the last part with a pouty face(luckily Classic wasn't around to hear that). The way he said that gave me a suspicion. Could he like Blueberry?

"rEaLLy? BLuebErRY liKeS MY 'frIEnD'?"

"Yeah, your friend."

I clenched my fist into a tight ball. "I nEEd to gET thAT aBNormALlY smALl sANS awAY FRoM hIm tHen!" Fell began to laugh some more seeing my anger begin to flare again.

"Psh, yeah, good luck with that. Blueberry is probably going to want to spend his whole birthday party with his best friend and possible crush~." Fell was a friendly acquaintance to me, yes, but he could rattle my bones at times. Sometimes I wish I could break his bones a little, besides, it's not like he's anything I can't handle. He uses too much of his power when he fights. He gets extremely tired in a short period of time which is his flaw. It's because he always uses it even when he doesn't need to. 

"GoDDaMmiT. I'M goInG tO Go GeT INK thEN." I blurted out on my way to the stairs when Ink came down with his little friends again. He smiled at me, "I-iNK!" I stopped in my tracks as I loomed over my shorty. 

"You okay?" That sweet smile of his. God, what I would do to see that cute smile of his all day every day. I nodded, hugging him tightly. I never wanted to let him go. He giggled burying his face in my chest. "You sure you're okay Ruru?"

My heart melted with his warmth. His sweet voice sounded like music. "YeAH. i'M FiNe...I JuST-UhM," saying that I was jealous and didn't want him to hang out with his best friend could ruin his mood and I doubt that he'd stay with me the whole party if I told him that, "I FeEL...unComForTablE...." I simply hoped that would be enough to get him to stay with him. 

"Why? What's wrong babe?"

"I JusT...I'm GETting weIRd loOKS.. I.. CaN yOU stAY wiTH Me?" He nodded walking down the stairs with me now. We sat at a table with Fell who was still waiting for classic to come back. As we sat, I turned to see Fell with a shit-eating grin on his face. 

He sat down next to me while Dream Sans and Swap Sans disappeared somewhere into the party. There was no doubt in my mind that they would come back though. I sat there with him for most of the party. We were having a pleasant conversation when as I guessed, those two came back. They just had to, huh? Having a wave of envy wash over me again, I pulled my small squid onto my lap. "Ruru~ You're so cute." He giggled again until turning to the two friends. 

"Hey Inky, do you want a cupcake?!" Dream asked extending a hand with a cupcake. It was messy, I don't know how Ink took that from him. The cupcake's frosting was falling over his hand, it was all over his hands! Ink though happily accepted taking the cupcake from him. They took a seat next to Fell, starting a conversation. Inky turned his head offering a bite of the cupcake. 

"I'M fINE...ThANkS ThOUgh." 

"Please Ruru~?"

"O-okAY, FiNE.." I tried taking a bite without getting too messy, but of course, I couldn't. The frosting sat at the corner of my lips. Small pieces of bread slipped down my face falling in my lap. I'd brush myself off later. 

"Isn't it good babe?"

"YeHFf." My voice was slightly muffled. I finished the cupcake putting my cheek up against his back. I heard him humming lightly. "InKY."

"Yeah?"

I picked my head back up, kissing his shoulder, "I loVE yOU... a LOt. YOU knoW THAt, riGHT?"

"Of course I do. I love you too, Glitchy."

Eventually Blueberry and Dream left. The party went on without me being disturb which I was quite grateful for until I felt Inky move in my grasp before he gasped trying to get out of my hug quickly. "Oh my stars, I have to go," I whined tightening my grip on my Inky.

"WhY?" I pouted trying to seduce him into staying. I began kissing up his nack making him shiver, but it did me no good. He was still trying to get out of my grasp. "plEaSe Don'T gO."

"I have to give Blueberry his gift."

"whAT? yoU diDN't lEAVe It AT tHE tabLE lIKe evEryONE elsE?"

"No!"

"WHY noT?"

"Because I'm going to take him to Outertale! Remember?" I froze.

"LikE... You AnD hiM... alONE?"

"Yes, why? He's always saying that he wants to go there, but that his brother is too lazy to take him there himself and he doesn't trust anyone to protect his brother." 

"O-oh... M-mAybE I coULD gO tO KEEp yoU tWo SafE?" Just you. Swap could die for all I care.

"No, it's fine babe. I'll see you back at home, okay?"

"HoW lONg Will You BE gonE?" 

"I don't know. Until Blueberry wants to leave. I'll see you later, I really need to go now Error." I hesitantly let him go. "Bye, I love you."

"LoVE yOu toO." I mumbled watching Ink search for Blueberry.
