THIRD PERSON'S POV :
The night sky was looking like the most beautiful art, alive with in raw energy. Which was always a welcoming sight, Just like a mysterious magic appearing after each sunset.
Stars were glistening as sugar spilt over black marble or like snow-flakes in the night, yet appear still, like an old photograph. Saad smiled sadly, feeling the wind blow his hair and took another puff of his half burnt cigarette. Letting the smoke disappeared in the air, he turned to find out Rimsha sleeping on the sofa, she was covering herself with her dupatta, and looking damn beautiful in the dim light.
He Never thought of a life like this, he had an idea about Rimsha's disappointment but today he saw hatred in her eyes. He already knew, Rimsha was not happy with this marriage but he didn't want to hurt her.
Looking at the moon he smiled sadly. "You're also like me, all alone!" Sharing his pain with the moon, he opened the box to lit up another cigarette but the box was empty. He throw the empty box out from window and sat down on the bed. Rimsha was only few inches away from him but there was a big dig in between them. Feeling helpless, he picked the mobile from side table and connects the earphone to that before playing a song.
Dard Dilon Ke Kam Ho Jaate
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jaate
Kitne Haseen Aalam Ho Jaate
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jate
Tere Bina Na Aaye Sukoon
Naa Aaye Qaraar Mujhe
Door Wo Saare Bharam Ho Jaate
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jate
Ishq Adhoora Duniya Adhoori
Khwahish Meri Kardo Na Poori
Dil Toh Yehi Chaahe
Tera Aur Mera Ho Jaaye Muqammal Ye Afsaana
Har Mushqil Aasaan Ho Jaati
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jate
Dard Dilon Ke Kam Ho Jaate
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jaate
Main Aur Tum Gar Hum Ho Jaate
=============
Rimsha woke up in morning and found Herself covered with blanket, which wasn't on her frame when she was consumed by slumber. She didn't notice the magic as so magician. Glancing at the clock she found seven past ten. That wasn't usual for her to wake up so early but due to uncomfortable bedding she was unable to sleep properly. Examining the room she found it empty, Saad wasn't in room. Throwing the blanket carelessly she made herself stand and went towards bathroom.
Stepping inside the bathroom the first thing which made her heart clenched was her wedding dress which was still hanging there carelessly.
"Why with me? What was my fault?" repeating the same question she closed her eyes and some tears again rolled down from her eyes.
After spending more than half an hour in Bathroom she stepped out with puffy and red eyes which were clearly indicating her crying state.
"Rimsha," Saad utter her name and stepped towards her. "Are you alright?" He asked but got a deadly glare in reply.
"Don't forget one thing... We are nothing to each other!" She said, still glaring him angrily and walked towards the side table where her mobile was laying since last night.
Picking up the mobile she dialled a number and wait for receiving the call.
"Reach to Saad's home within half an hour." She ordered someone and hanged up the call
"Rimsha mummy is waiting for both of us, get ready soon." She didn't even pay attention to Saad and whatever he told her. Ignoring his presence she sat down on the edge of the bed. "Rimsha," Going closer to her he sat beside him.
"I know you are not ha..." holding her hand he started to say something but Pulling her hand from his grip she glared at him. "Don't you dare to touch me or talk to me. I have agreed to marry with you, it's enough for us, you may stay happy with this marriage but never expect anything from my side." She said in full of rage but in whispered.
"Rimsha you are making your life more difficult," Saad tried to make understand but he forget who was against him. Rimsha. The most stubborn girl of this world.
"Saad, I'm not interested in your lectures, you may get lost." Rimsha said while glaring him, but Saad grabbed her hand, but before he could say anything both heard a knock on the door.
"Come in," Saad grant the permission loudly, and Rimsha tried to freed her hand but he didn't let her hand go.
"Saad bhai, Bhabhi mummy is calling both of you for breakfast." Simra entered in room and said, Saad nodded.
But Simra's gaze travelled towards sofa where a pillow and blanket was laying carelessly. She suddenly looked at Saad then Rimsha after realising the reason behind pillow and blanket on sofa. Saad detected her gaze examining the sofa.
"Simra, you go. We are coming."
"Okay, but come soon." Faking a smile Simra she left the room. "Rimsha get ready." Leaving her hand Saad demanded.
"For what?" She asked rudely as if she didn't hear what Simra told them.
"For breakfast, many guests are waiting to meet you." Saad said while getting up from the bed.
"I'm not interested in being a showpiece, and why I have to complete all your demands?" she expressed her anger and abhor through her words. But she didn't know, her each and every word was working like a dagger on Saad's love filled heart.
"Just for some days, then no one will force you to do anything. You will be free to do everything according to your choice." Saad said while kneeling down in front of her.
"And why you think that I will tolerate anyone's forceful nature." She questioned in a rude matter, making sure not to glance at him.
"Rimsha how do I make you understand that you have a good life ahead. Why are you averting your eyes from a good future? I'll be the best husband, I promise." Saad said and Rimsha suddenly looked at him on his last word.
''I don't believe in promises, they are just words, anyone can broke them.'' saying that she made herself stand, then headed towards washroom to change herself in presentable clothes.
"Sometimes not people but destiny break promises, which hurt most." Saad mumbled and went towards sofa, he folded blanket and put the pillow on bad. "Useless," mumbling that she pulled the flower stripes which was dangling from ceiling to bed and throw all of them on the floor.
"Clean my room," going towards the living room, he said the maid.
_____
Rimsha was sitting on the chair in front of mirror, she picked the lipstick to apply but couldn't. Her hands didn't had enough energy to got ready for someone else except Maaz.
"He still loves me, I know. He also loves me, even he love me more than I love him. He can't do this to me. He can't betray me like this. I love him, only him. I love only my Maaz, but he broke my heart... He broke his promises. Why Maaz?" Rimsha was fighting with her ownself.
"Bhabhi" She heard a knock on door and Samra entered on the room
"You aren't ready yet! Give this to me, I'll do your makeup," Taking lipstick from Rimsha's hand Samra applied that on her lips.
"Bhabhi apply kohl by yourself, then I'll do your eye makeup." Samra said,
"I don't..." Rimsha stopped in between as she knew there weren't any benefit of that. She applied kohl in her eyes And Samra complete the remaining makeup.
"You are Looking beautiful," Samra said happily but one thing which was making her feel odd, nothing else but Rimsha's behaviour. She was not behaving like a happy bride and Samra was quite surprised due to this .
After an unpleasant make up show-off, Rimsha headed to the living room where many guests were waiting for the new bride.
"Saad, your wife is very beautiful," Someone told him and he replied with a smile. But Rimsha's face was seems like untouched by smile
"Bhai what happened to bhabhi? When I was doing her makeup she was sitting like a statue and now she isn't even smiling!" Samra discussed with Saad in hushed tone. Now it was Saad's responsibility to balance everything.
"Nothing. She must be tired, but you did her makeup very well." Saad tried to made his younger sister agree with his point but failed to some extent.
"Saad why are you sitting there? Come here and sit with your wife." Someone said and Saad nodded with a smile.
"Both are looking perfect with each other"
Saad looked at his wife who was sitting beside him but she wasn't looking perfect with him.
"Mummaaa..." a cute voice came from the door way of living room grab everyone's attention.
"Come here my baby," Gesturing zain to come near, her Simra said. And a sleepy Zain jumped in his mother's arms.
Rimsha was feeling angry and disappointed due to sitting down there silently, she was totally lost in her own world without thinking about the presence of others.
"Rimsha, aunty is asking something." Saad whispered in her ear but she was totally lost.
"Rimsha." holding her arm Saad said in whispered and she jumped on her place.
"Where are you lost? Aunty is saying something." Saad said in same whispered
"I'm not interested in listing anyone's talk." She replied rudely, but thankfully in whispered, no one heart it except Saad.
"Mami" A small voice came to Rimsha's ears and she looked at the source of voice, a cute little, chubby boy with curly hair and gray eyes was standing beside her. He was zain
"Come beta, you sit with me." lifting him in his arms, Saad made him sat on his thigh.
"No mama I'll sit beside mami." Zain said and Saad shook his head as he knew Rimsha will treat the small innocent kid in same manner.
"No, you are my cute baby, you will sit with me only," Saad said and planted a sweet kiss on Zain's cheek. But the stubborn kid jumped out from Saad's lap and sat between Rimsha and Saad.
"Come for breakfast," Simra said and Saad nodded, everyone moved towards dinning table except Rimsha.
"Bhabhi sort-out your personal matters inside the bedroom, don't make that a matter of gossip for others." Simra whispered and Rimsha looked at her, then rolled her eyes like a taunt.
"My whole life is a matter of gossip." She mumbled with broken heart but Simra listened the same.
"Nothing like that, don't overthink, and come for the breakfast." Saying that Simra held Rimsha's hand and marched towards the dining table. Saad dragged a chair for his mother then for Rimsha, took his seat beside his wife. Everyone made themselves set and stated having their breakfast.
"Bhai feed bhabhi with your hand," Samra demanded excitedly and Rimsha looked at Saad with sharp sight.
"No need to do all these show offs," Saad replied and again focused on his meal, he already knew that Rimsha would not like that.
The day passed away in the same manner. Rimsha wanted to go somewhere, far from Saad and her new home but due to numerous guests and her mother-in-law she couldn't.
"Rimsha you go and take rest" Foziya (Her mother-in-law) said and she headed towards her room. That was the first sentence Foziya said to Rimsha in whole day. She was noticing Rimsha's behaviour towards Saad and she was disappointed with her son for his stubbornness and wrong decision, but what could a mother do if her only son show full stubbornness to marry a girl who love someone else? Rimsha went back to her bedroom and Foziya jerked her head, she was already disappointed in Saad.
"Saad, are you both happy?" Foziya asked and he nodded with a smile, but from inside he was broken due to Rimsha's hatred. "I'm very happy," he added But a mother understands the hidden meaning of the words.
"Go and take rest." his love was more stronger than her hate.
.................................
Holding the prices of her broken heart she was blaming her fate, and hating Saad. Her mobile rang one more time, she wait for almost a minute to increases the number of missed calls showing on the mobile screen. She looked away from the screen of mobile when it rwng again. "I hate Saad, I hate Dad" she mumbled and wiped away her tears, she didn't receive her father's call because she didn't wanted to talk to them, who married her off without her will.
Putting down her mobile beside her, she laid down on the sofa, but it was very uncomfortable. Even after changing her sides many times she didn't feel better, Sitting on sofa she glanced at clock that was showing 8:20 pm.
"Saad will not come back soon," she mumbled and lay down on bed. In no time she was consumed by slumber, she was supposed to woke up after an hour, but slumber clenached her in his arms tightly.
Saad enter the room at almost midnight and found her sleeping on bed without covering herself with blanket. Turning off the lights he sat othe n bed beside her, he was watching her continuously without blinking.
'This is my destiny... When Maaz was in her life she wasn't with me and now When she is with me Maaz is still in her heart and thoughts. But I love you Rimsha, I don't know why I love you this much but I love you' He said in his heart and leaning towards her kissed her forehead. She was in deep sleep so didn't wake up. He covered her with a blanket and lay down on the sofa and closed his eyes to sleep with this thought that One day Rimsha will understand and accept the reality, just like Maaz did.
