Antonio's POV/ about 5 days later

"Boys, she's fading fast." The doctor stated saddly.

"I'll do it." Lovino stated walking past me. 

"No! We said I'd do it." He turned sharply. 

"I'm going to die saving the only woman I'll ever love."

I gapped at him as he walked into her room.

Lovino's POV

"(Y/N)?" I quetioned walking towards her. 

"Lovi?" She smiled weakly.

"I wanted to tell you something... Before you leave that is.." She motioned me to continue. "I love you." I whispered. She smiled, and I gave her a gentle kiss. "And that is why I'm taking your place." She gave me a look of horror as I walked away.

"Are you ready?" The doctor asked, I gave a short nod before following him.

Penn's POV

I was getting worried. Three. Three days absence. Did she finally succeed in suicide? But she's immortal?? Sash and Boone were talking among themselves when they turned towards me. "Are you worried? She almost ruined your life. Be glad she's gone." Sashi said. "I am." She finished. My blood boiled. She's just jealous. I thought. 

~Timskip after school~

I walked to (Y/N)'s house. My work can wait. I slowly knocked on the door, and it opened a minute later. "Oh, Penn.... Hey..." (M/N) sniffled.

"Where's (Y/N)??" I asked timidly.

"S-she's... in the hospital...." (M/N) choked out. My eyes widened and I automatically ran to the hospital.

"Patients name please." The lady at the desk asked monotoned.

"(Y/N)- (Y/N) (L/N)!" 

"Room 765. Floor 4." I ran from her and to the elevator. From there I went to her room.

"Hola(Hello)........" Said a sad Spaniard. My eyes watered. She can't be- My thoughts were cut off by the sound of a normal heart rate on the monitor.

I looked up at her to see tubes left and right, and an ace bandage wrapped around her chest. But she didn't know I was there.
