I gave her the gift straight to her.

I was trying to be smooth and started by asking her for advice on giving someone a gift.

She started asking me who it was and I panicked a bit. I just decided to tell her that it was her and pull out the gift from my bag.

She was pretty surprised and she liked the dinosaur part the most. A small dinosaur toy was attached to the cardboard pun and honestly I loved that.

She felt guilty that she didn't get anything for me but I really wasn't expecting anything back. I only cared about how she felt about it all.

Besides, I wanted it to be a surprise.

The next period (we're still in the same class together) she asked me "Since you gave me the gift, does this make you my (insert word?"

And don't worry, it was a joke. Her friend was the one asking about that actually. I just shrugged and said I didn't know. I mean, it's really her decision because she never told me how she felt about me.

I'm not sure if she has read the letter I wrote but hopefully this doesn't make things more awkward. I tried to be friendly as possible and not too obsessive.

I gave everyone else Kisses and even my teachers, especially my history teacher who seems a lot more stricter that people dislike.

I mean, I hope just a small piece of candy made her day because really, she's just doing her job.

Anyway today was a good day. I felt reconnected with a few of my friends and teachers even from last year.
