Len POV
"That whenever someone is happy, another one is suffering."
"Wha-"
'Just forget it, it's just something I made up just now. Can you come over if you can? I need help on my homework."
"Uhh, sure. I'll be over in a bit." I replied to the girl, getting up from my bed and changing my clothes. I put on simple jeans and a gray t-shirt, putting a jacket over my shirt. I looked outside my door before running down the stairs and grabbing my shoes, sprinting out the door. The door shut behind me and I sat on the porch. I tied my shoes and walked off the porch and to Rin's. "Thank God I'm out of there." I murmured under my breath. To be honest, I don't like my parents and I never did. They annoy the crap out of me and they do things without my consent.
For example, me dating Luka, I like her only like a friend and nothing more. Our parents set up an arranged marriage without telling us until 4 days ago, or when Rin was at home still. We both like someone else and we don't want to be married or engaged, so we fake everything and we refuse to kiss. I don't even remember if I even kissed anyone yet. While I was thinking to myself, I walked up to Rin's house, knocking on the door. It was quiet outside for a while until Rin opened the door, giving me a friendly smile and opening the door wider. I smiled back at her and walked in, looking at the petite small girl. "So what do you need help with?" I asked her.
"The math, I don't seem to understand it well." She explained, sitting down on the couch next to her backpack. I walked over and sat next to her, looking at her homework. I helped her with the one's that she needed to answer and corrected her worksheet, it was fast and easy. The rest of the time was awkward in between us, and I had to say something to ease the tension. I turned my body to her and sighed, she seemed to notice and looked at me, her blue eyes shining in the light. "Rin, I'm sorry for this morning. I should've pa-"
"Payed attention and noticed that I was next to you beside drifting off into space or dreaming about your new precious girlfriend." She finished, anger rising in her voice.
She's pissed. I thought to myself, knowing that this wasn't going to be easy as pie. "Rin, I have a reason, okay? I was busy over the weekend and I-"
"Were to busy with your girlfriend-"
"Rin!" I yelled, looking at the pissed girl next to me. Rin looked like she was about to cry, and I knew exactly. I thought of another way of how to get out of this and an idea all of a sudden popped up in my head.
"Just tell me why you just had to ignore me? Why did you have to-" I interrupted her again, but without any words. I cupped my hands on to her cheeks and I slammed my lips against hers, getting up from my seat and slightly pushing her back. She didn't push me away nor did she move, she sat there for a while. I pulled away and looked at her, Rin's face was redder than a ripe apple. She didn't know what to say, instead she just stared at me with wide eyes and her face red.
"I didn't say anything because I love you, Rin." I spoke clearly.
"But what about Luka?"
"We aren't actually dating, our parents set up an arranged marriage that we don't want to be in. So she is doing the same as I, just acting like we're dating when we're treating each other like friends." I explained clearly, watching the red blush slowly fade away. She didn't look like she didn't understand well, so I told her the whole story. About when we started, what our plan was to escape, everything. Rin slowly started to understand more as I explained the whole story. Once I finished, I watched her to see what she'll saw about it. "So you and Luka aren't dating, your just covering it up so it looks like it?" She asked. slightly relieved about everything.
"Correct, we only like each other as friends and nothing more." I clarified, looking at the fully relieved girl. Rin reached up and hugged me, smiling a bit and rested her head on my shoulder.
"Hey, Rin. Do you want to run away with me after graduation?"
"Yes, I do." Rin replied, not letting go of me. In short, we fell on the couch, Rin was on top and I was in the bottom. The only thing bothering me was the zipper of my jacket.
??? POV
I walked into the house with my husband and our friends. It was quiet, I was just thinking that Len was being himself and locked up in his room talking with some of his old friends. "Len! I'm home!" I called, but no answer. "Len?!"
"I can look for him, Mrs. Kagamine." Luka, our friend daughter, said stepping up a bit.
"Can you please, Luka? Thank you." I thanked the teenage girl, watching her go up the stairs.
"That's so sweet of her." My friend, Iroha Megurine, said while smiling at her daughter.
"It sure is." My husband replied. We all sat down on the couch and chatted, but we stopped after a while. All of us realized that Luka nor Len had come down yet and we started to get worried. Iroha suspected that they were doing something inappropriate, but I interfered and said that we would be able hear them from the living room. All of us got up and went up to his room, finding it unlocked. When I opened the door, I gasped and covered my mouth, stepping back a little.
The window was wide open and on the wall said 'Goodbye Bitches' in black spray paint, not to mention that most of Len's stuff was missing out of his room.
