after we killed the redneck crazy gun toting lunatic and the gun shop Cordelia packed up on guns and I do mean a lot to got at least three sidearms, a hunting rifle, two sub machine guns and at least three other guns in a bag she's carrying around along with all the ammo she could possibly need and then some to which we consider to be the trophy of that kill I know it sounds crazy but it's taking stuff from crazy people when we killed them can feels like an accomplishment I know that sounds crazy but let's be honest if we didn't kill those guys they probably kill more people than the zombies if anything were doing a public service

anyway doesn't matter where walking to the next stop on finding Rosalind we are planning on heading to the food court may not sound like we are looking for Rosalind but in actuality we are we figured if she has been taken by a cold or some big group they're most likely going to need a lot of supplies and what better place to get all of that then the food court of mall so hopefully we can maybe catch one of the ghost face rip-offs and get them to talk

Cordelia interrupts my train of thought: a handsome I know that it did then to judge your genius when it comes to, weapons but don't you think that's a little... Basic to mention it can feel redundant

I look at my weapon true it's not as creative as my previous ones but I needed something that could fight close range and long range adding a shotgun with a pitchfork seemed like a good idea like having a bayonet is just heavier and can shoot more shoots

Juliet defends me: Cordelia you know better than to judge our brilliant boyfriends genius

I appreciate what she's doing but I can defend myself: no now it's fine I get where she's coming from me nicely and completely sold on this being a good weapon either but it has its advantages ever want to I can impale a zombie and should guts out with the shot gun and I can fight close range and long range may not look pretty but it's quite practical uses

Cordelia nodded in understanding: okay whatever... Changing targets though so there's some government agent as halls who are snooping around here probably trying to find out what caused this apocalypse and they seem to be looking for an old man that you two saw the entrance but then lied to them about

Juliet: yeah the old man was being  a dick but apparently the agents want to which means we wanting too (the older sister looked at the younger sister weirdly for a moment)... No not like that we want him to tell us what's going on here because this eight like my birthday these zombies are down and uncoordinated which means they were created with magic

Cordelia: okay I get that... But hear me out we hunting a cot that apparently going to use our youngest sister for some sort of ritual are we sure they got nothing to do with the apocalypse here 

I shake my head: unlikely, I think that this group I just a bunch of religious people who think the world coming to an end and this is God's retribution so they banded together to "cleanse" the world of impure blood to try and save it or something but then again I'm just guessing me thinking about it zombie apocalypse happening to an religious group probably would seem like God's retribution or maybe the work of the devil

Juliet: you know wrong maybe it's not the first time we come across a religious group that went nuts when an apocalypse happened near them they started worshipping the undead as halls like they were gods thankfully we were able to sort the whole thing out with just asked town of gasoline and a match and for the record thick coat members were already dead when we did that they called it the offering which in translation just meant let's feed the zombies with us

Cordelia: okay so not the work of the people that took Rosalind so this might be some sort of government experiment testing out new biological weapon

I shake my head again: it's highly unlikely but we shouldn't scratch their off the list it could be any number of reasons this could have just been an accident or on purpose regardless that old man knows things and we need to find him preferably before the agents do

certainly someone interrupted us and go private while pointing a gun it was the female agent from before: I knew you two were up to something!

Oh crap she must've followed us and probably heard everything we talking about none of us raise our hands in the air because a we've got her outnumbered and be the best marksmen in at least three counties is on our side

Cordelia pulled out two pistols: a lady in the suit put the gun down now and keep your voice down there are zombies around

the female agent didn't listen: no you listen to make it you're going to put your guns down and your chainsaw I saw you when the cameras are not civilians, it had training you know exactly what you're doing in your staying calm under pressure that's not normal... So who the hell are you!

Juliet: none of your damn business suit now let us buy before you hurt yourself

she walks closer to the agent the agent fires off a shot but Juliet using the chainsaw to the Flex the shot leaving the agent stand giving my gorgeous girlfriend a chance to run up and keep the agent in the stomach putting her on the floor and kicking the gun away from her hands

we go over and join Juliet as the agent tries to get to a feet but Juliet keeps her on the floor: I am federal agent jessica mccarney you will release me this incident you are committing a federal offence!

I act like I care: oh no really Juliet you better get off her she can arrest us, in case you haven't realised Jessica... No wait I'm gonna call you Jesse for short, is the zombie apocalypse you think will really gonna understand authority when the outbreak happened in our hometown one of the first people that ran the cops no one came to rescue worse that we needed rescuing but we've come to understand that when it comes to stuff like this the government really doesn't give a shit about who dies

Jesse looks at me frowning clearly angry with me: I'm sorry what happened in your hometown you can't blame that on me I had nothing to do with it and the government had nothing to do with either we still don't know-

Juliet interrupts: we know exactly what happened some punk ass emo guy that I honestly get members own name decided to get back at everyone who bullied him so he opened a portal to another dimension unleashing the literal gates of hell upon us and guess who had to clean it up us ... Before you ask how a couple of teenagers and a young adult could do that just paint a picture for you you really think this is the first time is only about lives happened and yet the first time that one is affecting the entire town other than our hometown but there have been zombies for millennia

Jesse looks confused: what are you talking about there's no records of that happening ever government would-

Cordelia: lady the government it doesn't know about any of this because you blatantly ignore it that's where we come in we zombie hunters well more pacifically where monster hunters but zombies were the first monsters that started appearing and by the time werewolves and vampires were noticed it was a bit too late so we just decided to call ourselves zombie hunters

Jesse looks at us like sheep expects us to be joking but we look at our dead serious she seems to now grasp how good we are: so wait you guys aren't zombies for a living... Is that why you are here you knew this was gonna happen so you came here to stop it

I shake my head: unfortunately no we were on a road trip a break from our last adventure we never intended on coming across this place just it just kinda happened. Juliet I think you can let her up now

Juliet hesitantly put a foot of the agent allowing her to get up: okay if you really are... Zombie hunters or whatever you must tell me what you know

Cordelia growled: oh hell no we are telling you anything you threatened us with a gun when you tell us everything you know

Jesse: that's against protocol I can't

Jesus Christ you'd think the apocalypse would get everyone to be a bit more talkative but no row still holding onto secrets that I would be happy to share anything we have with Jesse mainly because she is kinda hot and I think she would look better without the suit but it is not gonna share what she knows with us we have no right to tell her what we... Where you a minute

I realise what's going on: you don't actually know what you doing here either do you Jesse you just told to pick up an old man that was living in the area weren't really given a reason you just did as you were told just like you've always done

Jesse looked flustered for a moment and I could tell that I was right: alright fine... Me and my partner Brad Garrison was sent here on a mission to extract a doctor named Dr Barnaby they told us that he was part of some secret projects that was based in Mexico somewhere but that's all they told us that's all I know

interesting so the old man is a doctor probably retired one and I'm guessing whatever the secret project was probably got something to do with why there are zombies in Willamette this mystery just keeps getting deeper and deeper. Well since she told us everything she knows we might as well spill the beans on our end

I begin to explain: okay so here's what we know these are zombies are not like the ones in the previous outbreak that we were part of believer not those zombies were smart they had leaders and they were coordinated even created bombs drove cars even a helicopter these ones don't seem to be capable of doing such a thing so we got that working for us the problem that also leads us with a disadvantage

Jesse raises an eyebrow: what do you mean not intelligent zombies sound like a dream

I shake my head in disappointment: someone that's very pretty you're not exactly very smart... No offence it's just in the last outbreak we took out the zombie leaders the others are zombies just fell apart we can do that here because there are no leadership so unless we take out all zombies in the county which I'm assuming is a lot

Cordelia: technically handsome over 50 million but that's the overall population

Jesse was still blushing over my previous comment: okay so we care makes this the way you did last time so the only option is the bomb but we care leave without Dr Barnaby we need answers

on that I couldn't agree more the last thing we want is idiots creating their own version of the zombie virus and personally I Wanna find out how some old geezer managed to create a scientific way to resurrect the dead

Jesse hesitated for a moment: what if... We work together I can assure you that we can get you anything you want money authority anything if you help us 

I look at the girls for a moment they all nodded in agreement: okay fine we can work together and will discuss the finer details of the deal after it all sorted out heading over to the food court now we think it's a leads to finding our missing friend

Jesse: that's a coincidence I'm heading over there now , my partner called is being attacked by some guy with a machine gun at the food court

Juliet: well could be a lead finding Roseland I say we let her tag along but first

Juliet then got on her hands and knees just below Jesse's skirt line and began tearing the dress on one side the agent screened: are you crazy this is designer!

The three of us roll our eyes issue we really worried about her sense of fashion right now Cordelia backs up her younger sister's actions: what you're wearing is in exactly made for running and also argument will take those high heel shoes off you just slow us down run barefoot it may sound weird but it's your best chance of survival high heels are just a real problem what you think we are all wearing sneakers besides what's more important your clothes or your life

Jesse flustered is read as she blurts out: both are!

Something tells me I'm going to need to babysit this little federal agent as I mind she's pretty hot I think we might have a new addition to the team after all this is over because I have a feeling that the government is responsible for all of this and judging by Jesse's reaction and her belief in the government system she's not gonna like it when it was revealed she's probably gonna need our help to get through that which I think we should give help I can already see in her eyes she is a fighter like us only differences she's decided to deny who she truly is on the inside maybe we can help her unleash the the animal she truly is

narrator's point of view

the three zombie hunters and the newest member of their group found their way another area of the mall which they could cut across the hologram was there were swarms of zombies

Jessica (now nicknamed Jess against her will) was concerned as she looked down from the upper balcony where there were tons of zombies blocking their way to the door and even after the door there was still a horde waiting for them on the other side: okay zombie hunters what's your plan

izuku taking charge: easy me and Juliet will go down there and kill as many zombies as we can make a pathway to the door meanwhile you and Cordelia give us covering fire again ready to go!

The cheerleader and the mechanic jumped down from their high vantage point and just started slaying zombies Juliet using the chainsaw and izuku using the pitchfork and the shot gun to just mow down zombies

the female agent was actually impressed and a little intimidated by the teenage skill: holy shit their maniacs

Cordelia getting her sniper ready: I'll trust me insincere when I got more and open space they are just incredible together... You can be like that to

Jessica looked at the woman confused: what are you talking about I'm not like them their crazy could have some sort of mental disorder

Cordelia: now you're like us I can tell in your eyes you got an animal that's just waiting to be let loose on now is the perfect chance to do it there are no consequences round here you have bottled up this feeling of wanting to be free for so long haven't you I can tell

the female agent hesitated for a moment, she felt like she was being looked through on things that she didn't even realise were there she began to realise more and more that when this whole outbreak started she wasn't afraid she wasn't upset there was a level of... Excitement rushing through her mind when it happened but it quickly got buried by her sense of duty to complete the mission

she lied about how she was feeling: I don't know what you're talking about your crazy not like you lunatics

Cordelia began shooting her sniper rifle at the zombies making sure to cover her boyfriend and her younger sister: whatever but I guarantee you know what I'm talking about and you know that I'm right to you want to unleash this beast you want to just rip off this façade of you being this authority figure you just want to be free the reason why you became an agent ability while the sense of authority an important to hide the fact that you truly just want to run wild like an animal face it lady just like us you want to be free and to do that you've got to unleash the beast within trust me you won't regret it

the agent wanted to protest but she remained silent she hated it she hated the fact that he was being examined by a bunch of teenagers and the worst bodies on some level she knew they were right even though she was denying to a self didn't have much time think about it though because the path to the door was already cleared so the two at the top joined the other two at the bottom and they stepped out into the garden area of the mall where there were already more zombies waiting for them

Juliet cracked her neck: all right you know the drill let's do this!
