Lollie Parker

Noah gripped Lollie's shoulders, "Be excited! They're renewing their vows."

"I am excited," Lollie turned and faced him, "but Shawn and Katy are also having their wedding."

"Mom said that they were all doing it together."

"I think you should talk to Maya."

"Why?"

"She's your girlfriend and I'm kinda tired of telling her the same thing over and over again... she's worried about Shawn not being there for her or her mom."

"Oh-"

"Go talk to her."

Noah nodded and headed out the door, "Perk up."

Lollie nodded and faced back to her book.

Bailey came downstairs and sat with Lollie, "Do you want to come with me to go dress shopping?"

Lollie looked at her mom and smiled.

"What? What's wrong?" Bailey asked.

"Nothing." Lollie looked back at her book, "Why do people keep asking me that?"

"Because," Bailey started, "It has been about two hours and you've been reading the same page."

"It's a new book... I got to learn how to read it."

Bailey smiled, "This is the same book I had in high school; The Great Gatsby. You've read this like twenty times already."

Lollie sighed and closed the book. She didn't know what was wrong, but she was becoming more aggravated.

"Yes, I would love to go dress shopping, let's go."

Lollie got up from her seat and walked towards the door, "Are you coming?"

Bailey nodded and headed out the door with Lollie.
﹏﹏﹏﹏

The two of them had returned awhile ago, they sat on the couch as they watched a movie.

Lollie falling asleep on her mother's lap.

Finn walked inside with Noah following behind him, "Hello."

Finn looked down at Lollie and saw that her dress was set to the side.

"Maya and Riley want to know if Lollie could stay with them... but since she's already asleep."

"No. She's needs to go out." Bailey said, "She's been in this funk for the past two days."

Bailey patted Lollie's back, "Get up."

Lollie wined and put her face deeper into Bailey's lap.

"No," Bailey grabbed Lollie's shoulder and held her up, "go to Riley's, she's literally two floors down. Sleepover there and have a good time before the wedding."

Lollie pouted and marched her way upstairs.

Bailey sighed and ran her hand over her face, "That isn't Lollie."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lollie had her head rested on Maya's lap.

The trio were asleep on Riley's bed, more like the two out of three of them were asleep.

"Riley!" Maya whispered, "Riley Matthews! I am plagued by doubts!"

Riley didn't budge.

Maya gently lifted Lollie's head off her shoulders and began to pull on Riley's legs.

"Okay, get up. I need to talk to you."

Riley still didn't move.

Maya huffed and bent down towards Lollie, "I know you're awake."

"Then why didn't you try to talk to me first?" Lollie muffled.

Maya shrugged her shoulders knowing that Lollie wasn't looking at her, "Bay window right now."

Lollie rubbed her eyes and got up. She walked with Maya to the Bay Window.

"When good things happen do they stay good or does a little bit of good just bring a bigger disaster?" Maya asked, "Or how do you deal with a good thing? How?"

"Well-"

"How do you sleep?" Maya interrupted, "I've always been a light sleeper. Ever since my father left. Just 'cause I could always hear my mother crying in her bedroom. I'd try to go in and stop her from crying but I couldn't. So, I'd try to fall asleep next to her, but I couldn't. "Mom, would you stop crying if Daddy came back?" And she'd look at me and say, "We don't need anyone else, baby girl. All I need is you." She continued, "Too much responsibility. Can't sleep, Lollie. Been up since I'm four. I know it's right that she finally has someone. But I also know that I never want her to go through that again. And what's the use in having a wedding if you don't know if it's gonna last forever? How do you know it's gonna last forever?" She asked.

"You don't." Lollie said.

"Will I ever?"

"No. I'm the same." Lollie said.

"You're brother said you've been down lately." Maya said, "What's going on."

"I get you, Maya. Mom crying at night, me crying at night. I hated Finn, I hated him for a long time. I would yell at him for no reason and hit him, but look where I'm at with him. He's the dad that should have been in my life." Lollie said, "I think I'm worried about what's next? Will my actual dad get married? I really liked his girlfriend and her daughter, but they're all coming to this wedding and I don't want them there."

"Why?"

"My parents were never married, that could have been them up there, but it wasn't. What if he's just coming to see if that could have been him? Or what if he's just there to rub Alexa in my face. He's been a dad to her since she could remember."

"Lollie," Maya said, "I get you."

Lollie smiled at her.

"Thanks for listening." Maya said.

"Thank you for listening."

Maya smirked, "Wanna mess with Riley?"

Lollie smiled and nodded.

The two of them walked towards her bed and Lollie bent down towards her ear, "Riley, it's me... Liam Hemsworth?" She looked back up at Maya who gave her a thumbs up, "I wanna be a doctor and I wanna kiss your face."

Riley's eyes were still closed as she held her head up and kissed the air.

"Ew."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lucas and Lollie walked hand in hand into Topanga's

It was a quiet walk, it was unusual for them.

Lollie had a lot on her mind, that talk with Maya really had her thinking more.

Which, by the way, is unhealthy for anyone.

"You okay?" Lucas asked.

Lollie nodded, "Yep, just thinking."

"Wanna share?"

"No."

Lucas wasn't expecting that answer.

He reached for his back pocket, "Sucker for your thoughts?"

"You keep suckers in your back pocket?"

"Only when necessary."

Lollie sighed and grabbed the sucker, "So my mom is getting remarried... and my dad is coming with his new girlfriend and her daughter."

"So? What's the problem?"

"He left."

Lollie finally knew what was wrong, he left. Why come back now?

Lucas brought Lollie to the bench outside of Topanga's.

"But he's here now."

"So. He still left, even though his back he hasn't really been here. The last time I've actually seen him was when I visited him for help and even then he didn't help me, his girlfriend did."

"Lollie, what are you getting at?"

"Why come back now? He knew I existed. He could've visited me. He could've invited me over. He could've at least let me know he had this new "daughter" in his life. This could have been his wedding renewal."

Lucas still was a little lost, "He could have always been here, but he was with Alexa." She said.

Lucas finally put two and two together.

"And since he's been with Alexa the majority of her life instead of yours... you feel like he's only here because it's like a "job", like he's only coming to the wedding because he was invited." Lucas said.

"Yeah."

Lollie rested her head on his shoulder, "Why come if you aren't going to actually be here?" She asked.

"I can't change your perspective of him, Lollie." Lucas said, "But what I can say is, that you now have someone who is with you twenty-four seven. Who I can guarantee would dive into a pit of sharks to make you smile."

Lollie wiped her face, "You're right."

Lucas kissed her temple.

"The best thing I can do is talk to Finn right?"

"Right."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lollie rushed down to Riley's apartment, she said it was an emergency.

Once she got down there, Riley was knocking on the door waiting for an answer.

"Who is it?" Maya asked.

"Riley Matthews and Lollie Parker." Riley answered.

Maya opened the door and before Riley could say anything Maya spoke first.

"I'm doing this myself, okay? I don't need your stupid optimism. I only want reality."

She slammed the door in their faces and Riley opened the door again.

"Well, the reality is you forgot to bolt the door!" Riley said, "Ya-chow! Keys!"

"Ya-chow!" Maya said, "Let me see!"

Maya grabbed Riley's key and slammed the door on their faces again.

"Yeah. Well, now we're stuck good." Riley said.

Riley faced Lollie, "She definitely not gonna talk to us." Lollie said.

"Let me know how things go. I've got to go home and figure out my own situation."

"Hey," Riley grabbed Lollie's hand, "You okay?"

Lollie nodded.

Riley knew she was lying but let her go anyway.
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lollie opened her front door and inside was Lucas, Mariah, Noah, Bailey, Finn, Fran, Katherine, Alexa, and Zander.

"I'm sorry." Lucas said.

Lollie shook her head, "You have nothing to be sorry for." She sighed, "You can't be mad at me for feeling the way I do."

"We're not, we just wished you told us sooner." Finn said.

"I didn't know how I felt, but I do know." Lollie huffed.

"Lollie, we are all really happy about you're parents getting remarried." Katherine said.

"Great." Lollie said, "But it's not about you and I'm sorry that's mean, but it isn't. It's not about Noah or Mariah. Isn't not about Nona or Lucas. It's about me and how I feel for once." Lollie said.

Someone knocked on the door.

Lollie answered it and saw Farkle, "I'm emotional support."

Lollie let him inside.

"Now, he's never been there and he still kinda isn't. If I knew this was going to be a giant moving circle I would have never met him at Topanga's for a second time." Lollie said, "I didn't know about you, Katherine or Alexa until I went over there to talk to him about my boyfriend. He has always been there for Alexa. I saw all the pictures. All her kid pictures the ones of you teaching her how to ride a bike and opening Christmas gifts."

Lollie looked at Zander, "You were there when she was born. I barely learned how to speak before you left."

"You can say I'm being overdramatic or whatever but-" She cut herself off.

"This doesn't have anything to do with the wedding does it?" Farkle asked.

Lollie faced him, "No. It never was. I just finally understood- why I felt the way the I felt for a long, long time."

"Noah and Mariah's mom comes to visit every single day, she been there a lot for me too. I wish I could feel like they do when their mom comes, they're happy all the time and then there's me, the girl who cries because she's doesn't know how she feels and now I do."

"I know you never wanted me." Lollie said, "because if you did, regardless if you left or not... you still would've tried to be there and teach me things that Finn shouldn't have had to, but he did, because he's more of an actual father than you ever were. No matter what anyone says, he's my dad."

It was a lot to take in.

No one, not even Lollie saw it coming.

"Maybe if Mr. Matthews didn't let us do this forgiveness project. I wouldn't feel the way I feel. I'm done now."

Lollie sighed and smiled, "I feel better, but I'm still going to go in my room and cry."

Lollie brushed past Finn and headed upstairs.

Noah, Farkle, and Lucas followed her up.

"Well," Mariah started, "You can't blame her, she's been bottling this in since... middle school maybe forever. So don't be mad at her. She finally let it out. As she should've."

Zander ran his hands over his face, it was pretty wet.

"Have I've actually been that bad?" He asked.

Finn looked over at him, "Yeah." He said bluntly.

"I should go." Zander said.

"Are you stupid?" Fran asked, "You're going to make yourself go deeper into her bad side by leaving."

Bailey stood up, "We need to talk. In the kitchen."

The crowd downstairs heard footsteps and saw Lollie walk up to Alexa.

She was also crying, Lollie took her thumb and rubbed them across Alexa's face.

"I don't blame you and I want you to believe me. I don't hate you and you never did anything wrong. He was there for you and I'm glad he was. I was fatherless for what felt like a long time. I like you, Alexa. You've been a good daughter to him. I'm glad you've could've been that daughter figure for him."

Alexa nodded and wiped more of her tears away.

"I just wanted you to know that."

Lollie then returned back upstairs.

She walked into her room and slid against her door.

Noah sat beside her, "I hope you know, I'm very proud of you."

"I'm proud of myself." Lollie said.

"That's always an achievement." Noah said.

Farkle sat in front of her and Lucas sat on the other side of her.

Lollie grabbed Noah's hand and rested her head on Lucas.

"You know how I said I would be here for emotional support?" Farkle asked.

"Yeah."

"I really meant that."

"I know, Farkle. I love you. I love all of you and I thank you all for being here."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Zander bounced his leg repeatedly up and down as Bailey, Fran, Finn, and Katherine talked to him.

"I've should've stayed." He kept repeating.

"Show her you care." Finn said.

"How?"

"Go talk to her it's the only thing you can do." Bailey said, "If you've wouldn't of went out that door, not only would she never forgive you... I would've lost all my newfound respect for you."

Zander wiped his face, "You're right, you've always been right."

"She gets it from, Lollie." Finn said, "Yes, you've been absent, but if you want her to think you're actually a good father to her, you need to, one, start stepping up, and two, don't overprotect her, yeah she's a kid, but she's a different kid. She's a kid who is overly sensitive but doesn't cry during sad movies. She's a kid who will stand up for friends even if she loses some in the process. She's a kid who, no matter what will stick up for herself if she's pushed over the edge, but most importantly, she's Winter Juniper "Lollie" Parker, you want to love her? You have to show her and I don't mean by coming and fixing one or two of her problems and not checking on her." Finn said.

Zander nodded, "I see why she loves you so much. You really are a good guy, Finn."

"And you can be too," Katherine said, "Go talk to her."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lollie walked downstairs and saw everyone sitting at the kitchen table.

Zander looked back at her, "You and I got to talk." She said.

Zander nodded and follow Lollie into her parents' bedroom. They both sat on the edge of the bed.

"I don't regret what I said... and I never will." Lollie said.

"As you shouldn't," Zander started, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I left."

Lollie just sat there, "I know I've been there for Alexa, I know I've been there for her more, but you're my blood, you're someone who I've actually had." Zander said.

"I've should've been for the firsts you've had, but I wasn't. I- I just wish I could start over, I wish I could've been there."

"I don't." Lollie said, "Yeah, I wish you were there, but I really love Noah, Mariah, and Finn." Lollie said, "If you've never left, I would've never met them. That's literally the only good thing about this whole situation."

"I'm glad you have him, I'm glad you've got those boys with you."

Lollie nodded, "Regardless of that, I just want to see a change. If you walk into my life you can't just walk out that easily. Be with Alexa... but also be there for me."

"I'll be better, I promise."

"I don't want promises. I want commitment."
﹏﹏﹏﹏

Lollie stood at the ending for the rooftop with Maya, Riley, and Topanga.

Mr. Feeny turned around and faced the girls.

"Fee-nay." Topanga said.

The girls smiled, "Fuh-huh-"

"Who's that?" Ava asked.

"Mr. Feeny." Auggie answered.

"Who's Mr. Feeny?"

"I think he's my grandfather."

Lollie walked up to him, "You're a minister too?"

"Just go with it." He said.

"Okay."

"I am many things to many people." He said.

Auggie faces him with his arms spread, "Grandpa!"

"No." He said.

Shawn, Mr. Matthews, and Finn came out of the hallway wearing a suit.

"You can't come out with us." Shawn said.

"I'm giving you away!" Mr. Matthews said.

"Okay. Give us away."

"You're a good little boy." Mr. Matthews told him, "Well, you're her problem now. Bye-bye. Go get married."

Shawn walked up towards the arbor.

"Anything for me?" Finn asked.

"You seem to know more than I do. You've got this." Cory told him.

Finn smiled and followed after Shawn.

Katy and Bailey walked up to Mr. Matthews.

"May I give you away too?" Mr. Matthews asked Katy.

She nodded and the two of them walked towards the arbor.

Fran smiled at Bailey, "Since I couldn't make it to the last wedding... may I actually give you away this time?"

Bailey smiled and held her mother's hand as they walked towards the arbor.

"I'm probably gonna cry." Maya said.

"Baby." Riley said.

The door to the rooftop creaked opened and Katherine, Alexa, and Zander walked towards their seats.

"We are gathered here today to witness the joining of four souls: Bailey Rose Parker and Finnegan-"

Noah and Lollie smiled, "Finnegan." Noah whispered."

"-Dylan Parker. Along with Shawn Patrick Hunter and Katy Grace... Cleeterbooskay." Mr. Feeny said.

Katy corrected him, "It's Clutterbucket."

"Yes, I know. I'm just trying to give you some dignity."

"Well, then make me Hunter as quick as you can."

"I'll start with the renewing couple."

"I believe we have some vows to go over, Mr. Parker, you may go first."

Finn smiled, "Okay, um, you are the actual love of my life and I don't think I could ever let you go. You have a wonderful daughter and she's kind and sweet just like you. That's why I gave her that nickname, Lollie. You are a wonderful and beautiful lady and I would have never thought I could ever be with someone like you." Finn said.

Bailey wiped her eyes, "You are a great lady and you have a wonderful family and I'm glad I can be apart of it."

"Okay, That was really good." Bailey said, "You are really sweet and you're kids are wonderful, and glad I can call them my own. You have a very special place in my heart and you're kinda and wonderful and all of the above. You are the same man I met back in college and you haven't changed and I'm very very thankful for that and for you."

Mr. Feeny patted Finn on his shoulder, "Mr. Hunter, I believe you've also had some vows to share."

"He needs more time, Feeny." Mr. Matthews said.

"I mean, Finn's vows is the best thing I've heard ever. Even if I were ready I can't top that." Shawn said, "You got anything?" He asked Katy.

"Yeah." Katy smiled, "I was looking for a quote that applied to us, and what I found was; "Marrying for love may be a bit risky, but it is so honest, God can't help but smile on it." The lives we've lead until now have made us both wonder if like knows what it's doing with us at all." Katy said.

"Here's my life. My three best friends get married. One, who is also getting "married" today and the others who have a daughter who has a best friend whose mother is you." Shawn said, "I believe in life and in the long road that led me here to you. I promise I'll walk with you as long as you'll let me."

"I promise I will walk with you no matter where it leads." Katy said.

"As long as you're next to me this is our road." Shawn said.

"Who wrote that for you?" Mr. Feeny asked.

Katy faced Mr. Feeny, "We wrote it together."

"Oh. Well, Mr. Hunter, I always knew you had potential."

Auggie looked down at Ava, "What's the matter, Ava?"

"This reminds me of our wedding."

Lollie and Noah looked at Riley, "Don't ask."

"It's their time now, darling. We lived our lives." Auggie said.

"Do you, Bailey Rose, take Finnegan Dylan Parker to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

Bailey looked back at Lollie, Noah, and Mariah who all smiled at her.

"I do."

"Do you, Finnegan Noah Parker, take Bailey Chase Parker to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

"Now do you, Katy Grace, take Shawn Patrick-"

"Wait a minute." Maya said, she approached the two of them, "Before this happens. I'm with you. I'm jumping with you."

Shawn smiled, "Thanks, kiddo. And I've always been with you."

"Proceed."

Maya stepped back and grabbed Noah hand.

"To have and to hold until death do you part?" Mr. Feeny asked.

"Yes. Yes, I do no matter what happens." Katy said.

"And do you, Shawn Patrick, take Katy Grace to have and to hold until death do you part?" Mr. Feeny asked.

"I do." Shawn smiled, "Guys."

"I do."

"Then I pronounce you man and wife. You may-"

Mr. Feeny did have the opportunity to even finish his sentence before the couples began to kiss.
﹏﹏﹏﹏

"We did it!" Riley said.

The three of them sat at the Bay Window.

"Wait, is Shawn my father now?" Maya asked.

"Not officially." Lollie said, "He would have to adopt you first."

"Did Finn adopt you?"

Lollie nodded, "He adopted me when I was younger. My mom did the same with Noah and Mariah."

Maya faced the door, "Get on it."

"I'm all over it." Riley said.

"Hello, my wife." Shawn said.

"Hello, my husband." Katy said.

"Hello, my wife." Mr. Matthews repeated.

"What are you doing?" Topanga asked.

"Hey, where are you guys going on your honeymoon?" Ava asked.

"Shawn is taking me to Fiji."

"Take me to Fiji." Ava asked Auggie.

"You killed me, Shawn."

"You ready?" Shawn asked.

"For the rest of my life." Katy said.

"Am I your daughter now?" Maya asked.

"Well, it's how I'd like to think of you. If it's okay." Shawn said.

"That is the most okay thing that's ever happened." Maya said.
