Lollie Parker

"Nature. Makes us sneeze, puts us in the infirmary. Nature." Mr. Matthews said.

He had a long ruler in his hand and hit it against the board.

"What's he got against nature? Isn't he running the Nature Club?" Maya asked.

"He's only running the Nature Club because it was either that or the Ski Club." Riley said.

"So why didn't he choose the Ski Club?" Lollie asked.

"He can't run the Ski Club because of what happened at the Mount Sun Lodge when they were our age." Riley said.

"Nature. The only place a bear can kill ya from. Nature." Mr. Matthews said.

He hit the ruler against the board again.

"Well, what happened at the ski lodge?" Zay asked.

"A mountain girl kissed him." Riley said.

"I didn't kiss her back." He defended.

"Nature." Maya smiled and slammed her hands on her desk.

"How 'bout I throw you back in the street where ya came from, you waif." He suggested.

"That's not nice." Lollie said.

"Those were very bad times for Cory and Topanga, but everything's fine now, except we can't ski ever or say "ski" or walk downhill." Riley explained.

"So why is he all upset with nature?" Farkle asked.

"Guess where the hike is." Riley said.

"The Mount Sun Lodge." Smackle said.

"Nature." Mr. Matthews said.

This time he broke the stick.

"What are you doing, Dad?"

"The ski lodge was almost the end of Cory and Topanga, America's sweethearts. And now, I know something's gonna happen there for you. So, I am preparing ya for nature."

He threw the stick at the board.

"We're just going up to see the leaves change color." Lucas said.

"Nature puts on a great show when it wants to." Noah said.

"Indeed, Noah. The leaves seem to scream out, "Hey, look at me!"" Smackle said.

""You think I'm pretty!"" Farkle said.

""But I'm actually dead."" Smackle said blandly, "The preceding was brought to you by the Smarkle Corporation."

"Explaining big concepts with little words for you." Farkle said.

"All right, before we get on the bus, I want to talk to you guys about the other kind of nature. The humankind." Mr. Matthews said.

"Here it comes." Zay muttered.

"They teach human nature in high school?" Lollie asked.

"Ohh, I've been on these kinds of trips before." Mr. Matthews said, "We made our plans, we had our blueprints. Well, you know what's gonna happen to all your little teenage plans? Nothin'!"

"Why not?" Smackle asked.

"Because I am gonna be your chaperone, and I will be doggin' you every step like a dog." He said.

Lollie looked at Noah who shrugged his shoulders.

"What makes you think we're like that, Matthews?" Maya asked.

"Get a load of Yogi and Darby over here."

Yogi was sitting in Darby's lap.

"They go by Yoby now." Noah informed.

"Yeah. Didn't you see their ad in the school newspaper?" Lucas asked.

Mr. Matthews smiled, "Well, it's not Yoby I'm worried about anyway. Yoby's forever. It's this three-headed, creeping triangle that won't die that concerns me."

Riley sighed, "Why do you have to-"

"Bring that up-" Maya continued.

The two looked back at Noah.

"Oh!" He exclaimed, "For?"

"Because the triangle is going to the great outdoors. So, we are gonna need some great chaperons." Mr. Matthews said.

"We got this completely under control, Matthews. My human nature is completely under control and there's nothin' or nobody who could ever change that." Maya said.

Lollie smiled, "Besides, who would you have gotten to chaperone this trip?"

Mariah and Josh both walked inside.

"Hey, kiddies." Josh said.

Maya started to laugh nervously, "I'm wrong."

"You're our chaperone?" Lollie asked.

Topanga, along with Finn and Bailey followed inside the classroom.

"I invited him." Topanga said.

"I love you!" Maya shouted.

"We're coming too." Bailey said.

"I invited them. I'm smart. We'll be watching over you." Mr. Matthews said.

"My name's Josh, and I'll be with you all day and all night, so no monkey business."

Maya started to imitate a monkey.

"Bailey! Where's the classroom?"

Noah looked over at Lollie, "Did you tell her?"

Lollie shook her head, "No. I made sure not to say anything."

Fran walked into the classroom with all of her luggage, "Nana Andrews is here!"

"I didn't invite her." Mr. Matthews said.

"I did." Topanga said, "She's like a second mom. She helped me when I was in high school."

"Oh my, God! It's like a family vacation! Only with some random kiddies. So exciting!"

"Yay." Noah and Lollie sarcastically cheered.

And before you knew it, they were off the ski lodge.

Riley made that mistake.

They followed off the bus, one by one.

Lollie grabbed her bag and was instantly pushed off the bus by Riley.

Lollie just laid on the ground.

"Oh my, God!" Bailey said.

The class rushed over towards the girl.

"Lollie, I'm so sorry." Riley said.

Lucas bent down towards the girl, "Are you okay?"

Lollie held her thumb up and attempted to stand up.

Lucas took ahold of Lollie's hand and lifted her up.

As Lollie went to stand up on her left foot, she cried in pain.

"Hey, hey, hey. You're going to be okay." Lucas said.

"Lollie, I'm so sorry." Riley apologized.

Lollie didn't say anything.

Finn took Lollie out of Lucas's arms and put her back of his car.

"We'll be back."

After awhile Finn walked inside.

"Is she okay?" Bailey asked.

"Well-" Finn started.

Lollie walked inside with her crutches and saw people looking at her.

"At least I'm not dead." Lollie joked.

She saw Noah, Riley, and Maya all sitting at the bay window as Josh walked inside.

"Hey, Boing has nothing to do with this, okay? He's just a fantasy. You don't go out with a fantasy. You only think about him all the time. What's the matter with you?" Maya asked Noah.

She grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him close.

Noah smiled, "Yeah, I'm real messed up."

Maya let go of his shirt.

"When's the first nature hike, dreamboat?" Smackle asked Josh.

"Smackle, do you even know who this is?" Farkle asked.

"He's Maya's Boing." She said.

"Then why would you call him dreamboat?"

"Look at him."

Lollie rolled her eyes.

She hobbled over towards the rest of the kids as Josh began to speak.

"He's not even that cute." Mariah said.

Fran slapped the back of her arm, "Just because you and that Thor wannabe broke up doesn't mean Josh is not cute. Move on."

"Okay, while Cory and Topanga are checking us in, let me welcome you all to Mount Sun Lodge, where we are here to turn our thoughts away from our indoor relationships and towards our relationships with the outdoors." Josh said.

"Yeah, I don't think so, Cub Scout." Zay said.

"You brought them here on Couples Weekend?" Topanga asked.

"Of course I did." Mr. Matthews said.

Lollie looked over at the stand where it read, ""Nature Sez: Tree's A crowd.""

"Huh."

""Moonlight Walk: Triangle Trail."" Smackle read.

"Huh."

Farkle stood up and faced the others, ""Riley, Maya, Noah: Enough Already!""

"Huh."

After a while, the others went on the hike.

Since Lollie had little to no movement she stayed behind.

"And so, I was shocked. Mr. Sheffield, I mean your grandfather, he was just you know, from money and you know I was from Flushing and he was you know, rich." Fran said, "I was working in a bridal shop in Flushing, Queens. When my boyfriend, at the time, kicked me out in one of those crushing scenes. What I was to do? Where was I to go? I was out on my fanny. So, over the bridge to Flushing, to the Sheffield's door, I was there to sell makeup, but your grandfather saw more. I had style, was there, and that's how I became the nanny."

Lollie only nodded and continued to stare out the window.

"Who would of guess that the girl I described, was just exactly what the doctor prescribed. Now, your grandfather found me beguiling, watch out C.C., you've met her right?" Fran asked.

Lollie nodded again.

"And the kids, you're aunts and uncle, we're actually smiling, such joie de vivre, which means-"

"Joy of living." Lollie said.

Fran smiled, "I was the lady in red when everybody was wearing tan. I was the flashing girl from Flushing. The nanny named Fran."

If you could, you could almost hear sounds of cheering and joy.

Topanga and Bailey walked up to Lollie.

"I'm sorry you had to miss the first hike, Mija." Bailey said.

"Oh, so am I."

The door of the ski lodge quickly opened.

"You two stay away from each other." Mr. Matthews said.

He pushed Darby to one side as Finn carried Yogi inside.

Lollie stood up and grabbed her crutches, "How was it?"

"Oh, just like you'd think." Noah started, "Farkle wandered off the trail, and Maya broke the rules and went after him."

Lollie wasn't surprised Maya broke the rules, "Maya, you broke the rules?"

"Yeah. She always breaks the rules, but this time, she could have been killed." Noah said.

Lollie knew Noah was only concerned about her.

"Farkle." Maya said.

"She saved my life."

"Wait, what happened?" Lollie asked.

"I was chasing a rare Achemon Sphinx Moth for my collection." He said.

"I have one." Smackle said.

"He was flying around like he was taunting me, and no one taunts Farkle!"

"F-lehh." Smackle said.

"F-lahh!" Farkle shouted, "I grabbed him out of the air, looked him in the eye, and said, "Achemon? Ache-mine!""

"Now tell them what really happened, honey." Smackle said.

"He tricked me. He flew over there, and I went after him and slipped off the edge of the trail. I was hanging on by a tree branch. I was hanging by my fingertips." He said.

"Maya tears off, jumps up, and saves him." Zay said.

Lollie faced Lucas, Riley, and Zay, "What were you three doing?"

"We were saving Smackle." Lucas said.

"What happened to you?" Lollie asked.

"I was all, "Help, Lucas and Noah. Help."" She said.

"All while Farkle was hanging from a tree?"

"No, every chance I get." She said.

"So where were you, Riley?"

"I was watching from a distance with Zay."

"Come on, Noah. You're not really mad at me. You like when we tangle. That's what you like about me. You just don't want to admit it." Maya said.

"I like you for who you are, Maya. I just don't want you hurt." Noah said.

Zay, Farkle, and Smackle walked off.

Lollie sighed and walked back towards the bay window with Noah, Maya, and Riley.

"You okay?" Noah asked Riley.

"Yeah. Yeah, I was just sitting here and this leaf blew in. You ever see a color like this? It knew it had to leave the tree and become something else. It knew it had to leave the tree and become something else. It knew it was time." She said.

Noah smiled, "You're always such a romantic."

"I am. I love romance." Riley said, "This triangle has to die right now."

"What? Why?" Maya asked.

"How? We've tried before." Noah asked.

"Yeah. But this time, there's something stronger. Seasons change. It's nature. And nature knows that it's time for the triangle to die." Riley said.

Lollie felt someone sit beside her, she looked over and saw Lucas.

"You okay?" Lucas asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just watching them figure out what they're doing with their lives."

"Sounds exciting." He said
sarcastically.

Lollie smiled, "Best things that's ever happened."

"And we have to get those two back together." Riley whispered.

Later that night Riley, Maya, and Noah were still talking.

"Movie night!" Josh and Mariah said.

"Movie night!" Noah repeated.

Riley and Maya stood up, "Coward!"

"I know."

"All right, we got a bunch to pick from, so let's see what we got here." Josh said.

"I want a spy thriller. Two spies in love with lots of danger." Maya said.

"Why does it always gotta be danger with you?" Noah asked.

"Romance! I want to cry my eyes out! Boy meets girl, boy stays with girl, nothing bad happens. The end." Riley said.

"Okay, so dangerous life with you and crying my eyes out with you. That's what we got here? No other choices?" Noah asked.

"You could just be single." Lollie said.

Farkle moved up from his spot to let Lollie sit.

"You're fine, Farkle."

Farkle sent a curt nod and slid over so Lollie could at least sit beside him.

"Oh, believe me, the story of your lives is better than whatever we got here." Mariah said.

Noah looked over at Lollie, "What do you like, Lollie?"

"Right now, I'm living for drama."

Fran hit Lollie's arm as she walked past.

"In all seriousness, I really like mysteries."

"Okay, well, if we're actually gonna decide this, then we should imagine what our lives would be like together." Noah said.

Maya stood up, "Okay. Here's ours."

"The man lives by the rules, But all she does is break them. He always keeps his cool. She's the one who shakes him. They call him Bond, Noah Bond."

Maya and Noah looked ever so dashing as they walked down the stairs.

"All right, let's go over the mission." Noah said.

"The Purple Cat is evil. She must be destroyed or she'll destroy us." Maya said.

"Got it. Careful. We're in Purple territory now."

Noah faced the door as Farkle opened a little slot.

"The cool cat howls at the moon." Noah said.

"Purple is the color of midnight." Farkle said.

"The triangle is sharp and pointed, and somebody will get hurt." Noah said.

"Why we talkin' like this? Just say "meow" and come in." Farkle said.

Farkle shut the slot and opened the door.

"Meow and come in." Noah said.

"Welcome to The Purple Cat Club, where the world is yours and there's only one rule: Don't open that curtain! Other than that, have fun." Farkle said.

Farkle ran off.

"Well, looky here, ladies and gents. Two new players." Auggie said.

"They call me The Bomb." Maya said.

"You got a real name?" Zay asked.

"Yup." Maya said.

She faced Zay and shot him with a toy gun.

"I'mma call you whatever you want." He said.

"Wise choice." Maya said and faced Auggie, "And what do they call you, handsome?"

"They call me Crybaby." He said.

"Why?" She asked.

"I don't know. I wish they'd stop." He wined.

Smackle appeared into the view,
"What's your name, gorgeous?"

"The name's Bond. Noah Bond."

"Smackle!" Farkle shouted.

"I'm with you in this too?" She asked.

Lollie walked around the corner, "He's with you everywhere, sweetheart."

"Gorgeous, is with me, chipmunk. We're the power couple of the world and there's nothing that could ever tear us apart." Maya said, "Who dat?"

Josh and Mariah walked in with their arms linked together.

"The name's, Parker. Mariah Parker and I relate to nothing that happens in your life up until this point."

"The name's Boing. Uncle Boing. I'm three years older than you."

"You're three years older than me in this too?" She asked.

"Just because it's your fantasy doesn't mean everything can become reality." Lollie said, "And he's a billionaire."

"Don't matter!" Maya shouted, "'Cause we're the power couple of the world, and there's nothing that could ever tear us apart."

She bent Noah down and leaned in towards him to kiss him.

Farkle then shouted, "The Purple Cat!"

"The Purple Cat!" Smackle said.

"The Purple Cat!" Zay said.

"Purple Cat!" Maya said.

She let go of Noah and he fell to the floor.

"Ow."

Riley and Lucas had finally came into the picture.

"All right, nobody move. I got a little something to say." Riley said, "This isn't how it would be!"

Maya was sitting on the floor in front of Lollie, whose arm was resting on top of Maya's head.

She hands her broken leg on top of Farkle's lap and her back resting against Lucas's arm.

"You're just jealous that our lives together would be action and adventure and Noah and I would save the world." Maya said.

"That does sound cool." Noah said.

Riley rolled her eyes, "You'd tear each other into pieces."

"I mean- couples fight right?" Noah asked.

Maya looked around the room, "What are y'all looking at?"

"You." Lucas said.

"We've been watching this thing for the past two years." Smackle said.

"Kinda wanna see how it ends." Lollie said.

Lollie felt the couch dip from behind.

"What?" Fran asked, "Kinda wanna see who Noah ends up with too."

"You think we'd tear each other to pieces?" Maya asked.

Noah shrugged, "I mean-"

Maya grabbed him by the shirt.

"This doesn't need any help. I know you two. I know how this ends." Riley said, "I'm gonna make the story better by getting those two back together." She whispered the last bit.

"Really?" Lollie asked.

Riley nodded.

"Then tell us."

"Well, you two are new to my establishment." Riley said.

"Noah Bond and The Bomb." Farkle said.

"Trust me, I know what "The Bomb" is, and you ain't it. And I got a feeling that your name isn't Noah." Riley said.

"It's actually Noah."

"It's actually Noah." Maya mocked.

"I don't sound like that." Noah defended.

"I durr sar fooeey garducky!"

"You're a couple?" Riley asked.

"We're gonna save the world, sister." Maya said.

"Tell me, Noah, if this ol' world was gentler and kinder and didn't need savin', what would you do in it?" Riley asked.

"Well, I've never told anybody this before, but I've kind of always wanted to be a nurse practitioner."

Lollie, Mariah, and Lucas laughed.

"A nurse practitioner?" Lollie questioned, "That's what you want to be?"

Noah sighed, "At least I'm not a nanny."

"You hear that, Violet? We got ourselves a doctor!" Riley said.

She was speaking to her you cat.

"You've actually got yourself a nurse practitioner." Lollie said.

"More importantly, she does know that that's a stuffed cat, right?" Zay asked.

Riley took out a toy gun and shot Zay.

"Okay."

Noah looked over at Maya, who was standing at the curtain, "Hey, Maya, what are you doin'?"

"You know what I'm gonna do." She said.

"Why?" He asked, "They got one rule here. All you gotta do is not break one rule."

"This is how I live my life, Noah. You're either with me or you're not!" Maya shouted.

She ripped the curtain down and they showed a bomb.

"Now that's a bomb." Riley said.

"Opening the curtain started the timer." Noah said.

Lollie smiled, "All you gotta do is cut the red wire."

"You knew what I was like from the day you met me." Maya said.

"Yeah and I really liked you. I didn't think you would destroy the world." Noah said.

"Hey, if you're not gonna destroy the world, why do anything?" Maya asked.

"All you gotta do is cut the red wire." Josh said.

"In five seconds, your world will end and my world will begin. I will do my evil laugh now." Riley said.

"Wait," Maya said, "Did you say liked."

Riley turned around and started to giggle, "Oh, and before I forget."

She snapped her fingers.

Almost instantly Lollie and Lucas snapped into almost a different realm.

Though they were still in the same room as the others.

Lucas approached Lollie, "Let's enjoy the five seconds we have left."

"Let's." Lollie said.

Lucas grabbed ahold of Lollie's hand and pulled her close and before he could even process the thought of kissing her, the bomb exploded.

Lollie almost looked disgusted, "What was that ending?"

"Doesn't matter." Noah said, "Maya, we'd rather argue with each other than save the world."

"Wah-wah." Maya said.

"Well, there's a new world now. My world. And it's fabulous." Riley said.

"Yeah? What's it look like?" Noah asked.

"Hopefully it has a better ending." Lollie said.

"Well, here I am. Just a boy in a big ol' city. Wherever will I find a kind, loving soul who'd enjoy my stories?" Noah said.

He sat down on the bench outside the café.

"I'm Riley." She said appearing from the steps.

Noah smiled, "Jumpin' Jehoshaphat!"

In the corner stood, Lollie, Lucas, and Mariah dressed as angels.

"This isn't how I imagine her story." Lollie said.

"You should have." Lucas said.

As Riley was walking down the steps she tripped and fell to the bottom.

"Sorry. I'm so quirky and clumsy. Boys hate that." She said.

Riley ran over and sat in the boys' lap.

"I'm Noah."

"I love it." Riley said, "We should just say goodbye while we love each other so, so much."

"Goodbye."

They both got up and walked away.

"Is this it?" Mariah asked.

"Can't be. It's Riley." Lucas said.

The two of them ran back to each other and held their hands.

"I can't live without you." Noah said.

"What a horrible two seconds that was." She said.

The two of them sat back down and Riley sat in Noah's lap.

"Noah?"

"Riley?"

"Is it just me, or has our love made the entire world a better place?" Riley asked.

"This can't get any worse." Lollie said.

"But it can, because it's Riley." Lucas said.

"Quite, angels. Look! There's Auggie as cupid because we had to get him in." She said.

"You're right, Riley. Look at everybody. Everyone is together. The world is at peace. Everyone is in love." Noah said.

"How can you tell?" She asked.

"I'm that tall."

"Well," Mariah started, "These two right here have been broken up for quite some time now and aren't in love and I just broke up with Thor. So we aren't in love."

"It's not your time to shine." Riley said. "Get back down here and kiss me."

The two of them leaned in but Riley stopped.

"Wait a minute." Riley said.

"What?" Noah said.

His "what" made it seemed like he wanted to kiss Riley.

"Where is she? You know that she'd never let us kiss each other." Riley whispered.

"I have your results." Maya said.

The two of them looked at Maya and Josh, who were dressed as doctors.

"It's the worst possible news." Josh added.

"Do your findings concur with mine?" Maya asked.

"You mean that it's the worst possible news?" Josh asked.

"Yes, those findings." Maya said.

"So wait, what do you three do?" Riley asked.

"We can say we are just your guardian angels, but that would be a lie." Lollie said.

"If you die, we help you out and stuff." Mariah said.

"But, that's a big if." Lucas added, "We are here to keep you safe and hopefully not die. But, once again, that's a big if."

Lollie smiled, "And if we can't sorry."

"What bad could possibly happen? Everyone is in love. The world is happy." She said.

"Everyone is not in love we just established that." Mariah said.

"What could you have possibly come up with?" Riley asked Maya.

"Oh, nothing. Except everybody's gonna be dead." She said.

"That's how the first story ended." Lollie pouted.

"Why does everybody always have to be dead?" Riley asked.

"I will show you." She said.

Riley laid across her bed as if she was in a hospital bed.

"Dr. Boing and I have been working with each other, next to each other, every single day. Tell them our research, Boing." Maya said.

"Unfortunately, we are still unable to make you not three years younger than me." He joked.

Mariah hit his shoulder.

Maya sighed, "The other research."

"You all have gooey sap disease." Josh said.

"G.S.D." Maya said.

"You're all feeling things too much." Josh said, "It's melting you from the inside. You all caught it from Patient Zero."

"Guess who's Patient Zero?" Maya asked.

Riley raised her hand, "I am! But I just want everybody to be in love. I feel it so much that it..."

"Hurts?" Maya asked, "Yes, and now you've hurt everybody else, Riley, because not everybody's like you."

Riley looked over at her three angels.

Lollie shrugged, "We can't really help you with this one."

"Give it a few minutes and we'll see what we can do." Lucas said.

"Why not?" Riley asked.

"Lucas and Lollie are not in love." Mariah said, "I would also like to add I'm also not in love."

Josh pushed her softly.

Riley ignore Mariah, "But your something right?"

"Yeah, we're something, but it's our business to figure it out." Lucas said.

"Not everybody can handle so much-" Maya said.

Riley cut her off, "Wonderful emotion."

"Gooey Sap." Maya said.

"Yeah, same." Lollie said.

"Well, I don't believe you. The world is better for it. What bad could possibly happen?" Riley asked.

The angels snapped their fingers and Josh, Maya, and Auggie the Cupid all dropped dead.

"Okay, well, that's just them. Noah and I are still alive." Riley said.

Lollie shook her head.

"What do you mean no?" Riley asked.

"Well, since you asked." Lollie said, "Since Lucas and I are no longer in love-"

Mariah grabbed her shoulder.

Lollie pushed her back and Mariah fell on top of a dead Josh.

"Along with Mariah, if she let me finish my sentence. You have put a lot of false hope into the world. Now we have a dead Riley scene coming up."

"We can push it back but not by much." Lucas said.

"I wanna be in it!" Riley cheered, "Oh."

Riley laid in her death bed, emotionally dead, not physically. Like Lucas said, they are giving her time.

"Noah. Please go. I don't want you to see me like this." Riley pleaded.

He was about to leave when Riley dragged him back down.

"Where are you going? I'm dying!" She said.

"Riley, please don't leave me. There isn't anybody else in this world." He said.

"Cause we're the perfect couple?" She asked.

"No, because there isn't anybody else in this world." Noah said, "If my mama isn't here I might as well die too."

"At least we know he has a heart." Lollie said.

"Except for her." Noah said pointing to Josh and Maya, "And she's with him."

"Hey, no, no, she's not with me. I'm older than her. I'm also seeing someone." Josh said.

"You are?" Maya asked.

"Yes, Maya. I'm seeing someone."

"Wait a minute, so you're saying when we get back to real life, all I gotta do is get rid of everybody else?" Maya asked.

"Maya, it's about them now." He said.

"Wait a minute. Seriously, all I have to do is get rid of everybody else?" She asked.

Josh knew she wouldn't change her mind, "Yeah, that's it. That's all you gotta do."

Noah faced Riley again, "I really like you, Riley."

"You do?"

"You like her?" Maya asked.

Lollie gagged, "It's the end of the world."

"Way to go." Lucas said.

"That can't happen in my world, 'cause I know that true love will always keep us alive." Riley said.

The flatline started to beep on Riley's machine and she died.

"Wait. Before I forget." Maya said.

Maya snapped her fingers and Lucas and Lollie were put back into their trance.

"You're so cute." Lucas cooed.

"No, you're so cute."

"This is how Riley sees them?" Mariah asked.

"Apparently." Josh said.

As the two cooed at each other Riley sat back up.

"Wait a minute! I wasn't even plugged into anything!" Riley said.

Maya faced the girl and shot her with a toy gun.

Riley gasped, "Maya!"

Riley flopped back on her bed and was finally dead.

Lollie and Lucas looked at each other.

"I didn't like that ending either." Lollie said.

"Doesn't matter. None of that is what's going to happen." Riley said.

"We do. So, I hope you guys aren't looking for some big fight..." Riley said.

Mariah cut Riley off, "'Cause I have one."

"What?" Maya questioned.

"I want to share my story it's sounds fun."

Mariah and Josh held hands as they walked into the small café.

"Awhhh, this is cute, bubba." Mariah said.

The two smiled at each other as they passed two teens sitting in a booth.

"You know what, I'm in love with you Lollie." Farkle started, "You are not only the most beautiful, most intelligent, you are the literally light of my life. I love you, please oh please go out with me."

The girl nodded, "That's cute, but-"

"But?" Farkle asked sadly.

"But, didn't you hear? Lucas Frair is planning on getting back together with her." Smackle said.

Zay walked inside with Lucas by his side.

"She's all I can think about, day and night. Maybe it's too soon-"

"Two years is too soon for you?" Zay asked.

"But I think I love her. I think I love Winter Parker."

"But didn't you hear? Maya Hart is gonna try and get with her."

Two girls walked inside the café and saw on the barstools.

The three teens faced Riley, "What?!"

The now sad and distressed teens all sat with each other.

"Who could have killed her?" Lucas asked, "She was the love of my life."

"The love of your life?" Farkle questioned, "You have to be joking. She was the love of my life you could see how close we were."

"I guess I'll have to go back to Uncle Boing."

"No!" Noah shouted, "My sister is dead. We have to figure out who killed her."

Riley nodded, "Here, this is what a secret agent gave me."

"Secret agent?" Zay questioned.

Auggie and Smackle walked inside, "Those two are working on the case." Riley said.

Riley pulled out three pictures, "Here are the suspects."

Noah held up a picture.

"The ex, Charlie Gardener. He was, if you can say, almost in love with this girl." Auggie said.

"Why is everyone in love with this girl?" Smackle asked.

"She's different." Lucas said, "Different from everyone else I've ever met."

Noah held up another picture, "The Texan, William McMillan, the almost-boyfriend, he's been in New York for a week a hasn't told a soul."

Noah held up the last picture and made a face, "The nanny. She's was once working in a bridal shop in Flushing-" Smackle said.

"We know." The group said.

"Sorry for doing my part of the story."

"Anyways," Auggie said, "we are gonna rule out the nanny. We think she was a little too close to the victim to murder her."

"Well, Yeah, it's my Nona. I would think she didn't kill my sister." Noah said.

"So it was either the ex-lover or the almost ex-lover." Smackle said.

"That's crazy." Zay said, "She has three lovers in this entire story and I can't even get one."

Everyone all looked at Zay.

"May she Rest In Peace."

Lucas stood up, "We need to find out who murdered her."

The group stood around Charlie as he was being interrogated.

"I didn't do it!" Charlie spat.

"How do we know you're not lying?" Farkle asked.

"She was my girlfriend for Pete's sake. Why would I want to kill her?"

"She left you that's why! You were mad because she moved on and she loved another!" Smackle exclaimed.

"That's not true!"

"Then what is?" Riley asked.

"I. Didn't. Murder. Her." He hissed.

"Yee." Maya muttered.

"Tell me something, Gardener." Auggie started, "Do you actually garden?"

"No."

"He's telling the truth." Auggie said.

"What? How does that tell you anything?" Maya asked.

"Trust me, I've killed fish before." Auggie said.

The teens then huddle around Will.

"Why didn't you tell anyone you were in town?" Noah asked.

"It wasn't important."

"You were my best friend in Texas. Why wouldn't you tell me you were here?"

"It was just a quick trip for school. Didn't think you lived in the area."

"Why you lying to me, McMillan?"

"I'm not!"

"Why'd you murder, Lollie?"

"Can we stop saying murder?" Auggie asked, "It's kinda bringing me down."

"Then what do we say?" Zay asked.

"Hurt."

Noah sighed, "Fine. Why'd you hurt, Lollie?"

"I didn't. I didn't even know she was mur- hurt."

"He's clear." Auggie said, "Bring in the nanny."

"No." The group said.

"Stop talking." The class said.

Lollie folded her arms and sat still.

Lucas, Maya, and Farkle all paced around the room.

"If none of the suspects hurt Lollie... then who did?" Lucas asked.

"If we knew we wouldn't be here, now would we?" Auggie questioned.

"Where's Smackle?" Riley asked.

The group looked around the room and saw she wasn't there.

They heard a loud scream from downstairs and rushed to see what had happened.

Once down, they all saw Smackle with face to face with someone.

"Who is it, Smackle?" Zay asked.

Smackle moved out the way and they all saw Lollie, who smiled and waved.

"Hey."

"We thought you were dead." Lucas said.

"Why would I be dead?" She asked.

"It's what I heard from, Zay." Lucas said.

Zay sighed, "I heard it from, Smackle."

Smackle faced the others, "I heard it from, Riley."

Riley looked down at the floor, "I heard it from the nanny."

Lollie looked over at her Nona.

The group also looked back at the lady.

"Oh," She said and put her fork down, which had cake on it, "I thought you said "you're gonna die.""

Lollie shook her head, "I said I'm going to Guy's. The new restaurant downtown. You all thought I was dead?"

"No." They muttered.

"I'm okay, I promise."

"Lollie," Lucas said, "I have to tell you something."

"No. I have to tell you something." Farkle said.

"Would you two shut up, I have to tell her something." Maya said.

Suddenly the story came to a stop.

"Is that it?" Zay asked.

"Yep, a great mystery is always left in suspense." Mariah said.

"No fight?" He asked.

"No fight."

"But we wanted one!" He said.

"They already said there isn't gonna be one." Farkle said.

"But I wanted one!" Zay said.

Farkle gently moved Lollie's leg and stood up, "You wanna have one?"

"Yeah!"

"No."

Zay sighed, "Boy, that was a quick one."

Once that whole fiasco was over
everyone left beside Riley, Maya, Noah, Lucas, Darby, Yogi, and Lollie.

"Maybe, my dad was right. Maybe we can't decide this. Maybe only nature can, because nature is what's stronger than us." Riley said.

"So our lives are just gonna depend on whatever nature decides to do with us?" Noah asked, "That's dumb."

"Aren't we smart enough to know what to do?" Maya asked.

"I believe we are." Riley said.

"You know what?" Noah questioned, "She's right. No matter what we decide, this is our world and it's only the right decision if we stay friends."

"We can control that, right?" Maya asked.

Mr. Matthews walked behind the kids, "Actually, this brings up an interesting question. Who is in control of your life?"

"I am! Now go to bed." Topanga said.

"Lesson over." Mr. Matthews said.

"Yeah, it's a good thing you invited me here." Josh said.

He, along with Mariah, pulled Darby and Yogi apart.

"Lollie, you want help up the stairs?" Maya asked.

Lollie sighed, "Not really tired."

Lollie faced her mom, "Mom? Is it okay if I stay awake for a bit?"

"Just a bit." She said.

Finn hugged Lollie and went upstairs.

Bailey kissed the top of Lollie's head and went upstairs.

"Come on, Lollie. You really think nature is just gonna have an answer blow in with the wind?" Maya asked.

"Maybe she's right." Lollie said, "I just want to look at the sky a while."

Maya hugged her and went upstairs.

Lollie hobbled towards the bay window and sat down and watched the sky.

Someone came in and sat behind the desk, Lollie continued to stare out the window.

She heard footsteps come towards her and she looked over at him.

"Thought you could use this." He said.

He had hot chocolate in his hands.

"Oh, thanks, but I was just looking at the sky a while."

"Okay, but could you take one of these anyway?" He asked, "Because hot."

She smiled and grabbed the drink and took a sip.

"You here with the New York group?"

"Yeah."

"That's why you like the sky."

"Why?"

"Well, because you can't really see it in New York."

Lollie smiled, "Too much ambient light. This is where they keep all the stars?"

"Yeah. I'll tell you a secret. When everyone else has gone upstairs, I sit right where you are and I'll watch this sky too."

"It's amazing, isn't it?"

"Yeah. And it goes all night."
