Nile is a somewhat tall, slightly muscular male. Nile's hair is pretty messy, and it's only a little past his ears in length. His eyes are an electric blue, and they sometimes lighten in color when he gets excited, which according to him that's actually in response to his super powers.
He normally wears a lot of t-shirts and flannels, and he's rarely without his jeans and his blue sneakers.

Nile is a fairly happy go lucky male, not much ever seeming to bother him.
He's a naturally kind male, and even though he tries, Nile has a hard time doing anything really bad. He's rather naive, making him an easy target for anyone who wants to trick him.
Dispite being extremely friendly, most people try to avoid Nile because of his father, but he doesn't seem to mind, often saying things like "Villains aren't supposed to have friends anyways."

Nile is an only child. Currently, he lives alone, his father being in jail and his mother hasn't been home in years, though she sends him money and letters. The letters are always from a new address though.

None, though he does have a somewhat friendly relationship with a few heroes his age. They're the ones who normally deal with his "crimes". He's also gotten a sidekick recently.

Backstory:

When Nile was three, his super powers manifested for the first time. His father was really happy, as he'd been hoping for that, however his mother reacted poorly, telling Nile to never use them.
Her worries about Nike grew when he started preferring the villains in shows over the heroes.
What neither of them were aware of what that Nile's father himself was a super villain, and a rather famous one at that. He went by the name of "Justice", and committed a wide variety of crimes, though most led to the arrest of not him, but corrupt heroes.
However, Justice also made it a point to crush new heroes before they'd get a chance to become much.
Still, Nile idolized both his father, the the villain. Nile didn't know the extent of the crimes Justice committed, largely because of his mother's extreme censoring.
So, when his father was caught and arrested, Nile still looked up to him, wanting to be just like him.
It wasn't long after this that his mother left, telling Nile to be good and that she'd be back soon.
That was when he was twelve.
Because of how strong Nile's powers are, many of the police officers in town decided to play along with Nile, as the things he did were never all that bad. Even when he'd "kidnap" others, all Nile would do is ask them to go with him. A few heroes, a group of five girls, were assigned to play along with him.
Recently, a girl named Nina decided to team up with him.

Abilities:
Nile has extremely strong, but unstable, powers over electricity. He can generate it from his body, and control it if it's around him. His powers seem to respond to his emotions, thus why everyone pays along with him to keep him calm.
