I wake up and stare at the ceiling for a few minutes.

Today's the day.

I sit up and sigh.

Maybe being queen won't be so bad.

I hear a small knock on my door.

"Come in." Loki steps in and sits on the edge of my bed.

"I know what you're going to do. I just thought I should say this before it happens." I place my hand on top of his.

"Loki, please don't." He sighs. My heart starts to beat faster and my body suddenly goes hot.

"I love you." He says softly. He stands up and walks out before I could say anything.

I enter the throne room and see Thor standing by a window. I walk next to him and gaze outside. "Have you made your choice?" My chest feels heavy as I give him a small nod.

He turns to face me. He has a sad look. "I see. The choice you've made is one you aren't happy with." I look down and sigh.

"My duty is to Asgard, Thor." He touches my cheek. "Not anymore. Go to him. I saw him walk outside not that long ago."

I look at him confused.

"What?" He smiles.

"My brother deserves to be happy. You both do. I will find a suitable bride soon enough. Heimdall can help me out." You both laugh.

"Thank you, Thor." I kiss his cheek and run outside.

"Loki! Loki where are you?" Tears run down my cheeks. "L-loki?" I stand in the middle of the palace garden with no one in sight.

My breathing quickens. I look around and fall to my knees.

"He's gone.." I whisper to myself.

I run back into the throne room. "Thor! He's gone! H-he's gone. I can't find him." Thor runs to me as I cry out.

"Y/N breathe. Who's gone? Loki?" I nod as I try to catch my breath. Heimdall runs in.

"Is it true?" Thor asks as soon as he sees him. "Loki? Has he left Asgard?" Heimdall nods.

This is all my fault.

I pushed him away.

I pushed him to leave.

My heart aches at the thought of him leaving because of me.

"You know what that means don't you?" Thor nods. "W-what does it mean? Thor, what's he talking about? Is Loki okay? What the fuck does he mean!" Thor holds me in his arms.

"Calm down Y/N, please!" I begin to hyperventilate. "Where's Loki!" I yell in a desperate cry just before I pass out.

I wake up to the sound of explosions and falling buildings. I sit up fast from my bed.

"Loki."

I run to the throne room but no one is there. I check outside the window and see Thor and Heimdall fighting off Frost Giants.

I rush outside and use my magic to lift up three giants and throw them off of Asgard's surface.

"Will someone tell me what's going on!" I yell as you fight off giants.

"Without Loki on Asgard his father will destroy it. Loki was our form of protection from Laufey!"

I breath in heavily. "We need to find him and fast!"

"Go to the Bifrost and see where he went! It has a travel-log embedded in it! Go now! Heimdall and I got this!" Thor yells. I nod and run to the Bifrost.

I dodge and punch at anything that gets in my way.

I see the Bifrost entrance just up ahead.

I was almost there when Laufey appeared right in front of me. I look up at him and he gives me an evil smirk.

"Laufey, please, let me find your son." He laughs.

"Why would I let you do that when I WANT him gone so I can destroy Asgard once and for all!" He backhands me, sending me flying back.

I groan. "Please.." He kicks me towards the edge of the Rainbow Bridge. "P-please.." I cough.

"I hope you had a good life, Y/N. This is the end of the line." He puts his staff over my heart.

My body slowly begins to turn ice blue. I gasp for air as it becomes harder to breathe.

Loki, I love you.

A bright light shines behind Laufey. "L-loki.." I kick Laufey while he's distracted and stand up.
