It then showed him in Germany.

"The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power..." Loki stated.

"Precisely. I was...I am on the verge of acquiring everything I am owed, and when I do, it'll be because I did it. Not because it was supposed to happen. Or because you or the Time Variance Authority, or whatever it is you call yourselves, allowed me to. Honestly, you're pathetic. You're an irrelevance. A detour. A footnote to my ascent," Loki remarked.

"You finished? You're gonna start taking things seriously," Mobius told him.

Loki groaned as Mobius set the projector to a new part of Loki's life.

"If you hadn't picked up the Tesseract, you would have been taken to a cell on Asgard," Mobius informed.

Chains jingled as Loki was lead before Odin and Frigga.

"Loki," Frigga replied.

"Hello, Mother. Have I made you proud?" Loki asked.

"Please don't make this worse," Frigga pleaded.

"What is this? This is nonsense, more tricks. This never even happened," Loki insisted.

"Not to you. Not yet. Look, the TVA doesn't just know your whole past, we know your whole life, how it's all meant to be. Think of it as comforting," Mobius explained.

"This is absurd," Loki remarked.

Then Mobius changed it to where Loki and Frigga were in a cell.

"And am I not your mother?" Frigga asked.

Loki just chuckled softly at that.

"You're not," Loki answered.

Frigga chuckled and said, "Hmm. Always so perceptive about everyone but yourself."

"And then there's this woman. Look familiar?" Mobius pointed out.

Then Jamie came into view, making Loki and Jamie shocked and confused.

"How much did you hear?" Loki asked, not meeting her eyes.

"Enough. I am grateful that you would've spared me in the invasion, but Earth has more to offer than you think," Jamie answered.

"And then the Dark Elves attack the palace, and you think you send them to Thor, even when you're protecting her," Mobius told him.

"You might wanna take the stairs to the left," Loki suggested.

"But instead, you send them..." Mobius started.

Then it showed Frigga in a headlock by a Dark Elf.

"I'll never tell," Frigga remarked.

Then she was stabbed, Jamie and Loki taken back.

"Where do you have her? Where is she?" Loki asked, standing up.

"You lead them right to her," Mobius said.

"I don't believe you. You're lying. It's not true," Loki stated.

"It is true.  That's the proper flow of time, and it happens again and again and again because it's supposed to, because it has to. The TVA makes sure of it," Mobius explained.

"Where is she?" Loki demanded.

"Now why don't you tell me, do you enjoy hurting people?" Mobius asked.

"I don't believe you," Loki remarked.

"Guys. Please stop," Jamie told him, getting up.

"Do you enjoy killing?" Mobius asked.

"I'll kill you," Loki threatened.

"Like you did your mother?" Mobius said.

Then Loki attacked, but Mobius activated the device until Loki was on the ground. Jamie then went to his side.

"Sorry, the Time Twister just loops you, not the furniture," Mobius said then explained, "You weren't born to be king, Loki. You were born to cause pain and suffering and death. That's how it is, that's how it was, that's how it will be. All so that others can achieve their best versions of themselves. The only way you got to feel any regret for what you did was when you fall in love with someone immortal yet from Earth and she saw the best version of you, even through all the pain and suffering that you wanted to bring down on people."

During the speech, Loki tried not to let tears form in his eyes. In response, Jamie took his hand, to which he looked to her in thanks.

"What is this place?" Loki asked.

"Come on," Mobius replied, holding his hand out to him.

"Why don't you give him a break? I'd want one too if someone told me I was responsible for the death of a family member," Jamie snapped.

"Fine," Mobius agreed.

The door then opened to reveal the female guard from before.

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"My job. Is it yours to interrupt?" Mobius remarked.

"We have a situation," the female hunter informed.

"There's always a situation. Don't go anywhere," Mobius groaned before exiting.
