Sooo... there's going to be 3 more chapters... technically 2 but the 3rd's like, "hey here's a prologue to the next book type thing." IT'S GOING TO BE SO ADORABLE!!!

Btw, sorry if the chapters are so long... only 1500 words. I don't feel like separating them into 2 chapters. >. < enjoy!

Jane took Loki to her house where five other cats ran about. He picked one up and played with its paws while Jane watched with disbelief. A God who was trying to take over the world only two years ago, was now sitting in her living room playing with her cats.

"He likes you." Jane smiled grabbing her phone.

Loki looked up, "I suppose so."

"That's actually the kittens brother." Loki watched as the black and white cat jumped off his lap and bounded over to what he presumed was his siblings. "So why did Thor give the kitten to you?"

Jane got up and Loki followed until they were outside. "I don't know really." Loki was cautious getting inside the mortals vehicle but did so anyways. "I guess he decided that I, of all people, could care for it."

"You did though? Right?" Jane began to drive around the town, both keeping an eye out for the black cat.

"At first I didn't, but she changed me." Loki seemed to smile at the thoughts of Adara and turned to Jane, who was driving. "What made you give her away and why to Thor?"

Jane sighed heading towards the next town. "She was the runt of the litter. I saw that she was being picked on by her siblings and decided that it would've been best if she found a new home." Loki glared. "Don't get me wrong, I didn't want to get rid of her, I just.... you could say I saved her life."

Loki looked out the window as the scenery passed by. Odin once said to him, that his birth right was to die on that cold, forsaken planet possibly that was Adaras fate as well. This brought his mind to Frigga and how much he regret treating her the day she died. (Her death is different than the movie lines. Not really following that.) He has saved her life more so than him.

Adara woke up to many different voices. They were loud and made her sick.

Looking up she noticed a lot of strange people. Thankfully they hadn't noticed her yet.

Adara's perspective

I stood up on shaky legs getting ready to escape but the strangers conversation stopped me.

"It's Miss Foster, she sent us a message that Loki is with her about five minutes ago."

"How did he escape and why is he here?"

'Loki's really here? He's safe.' Changing plans, I inched closer trying to find out everything I could.

"I knew we shouldn't have allowed him to go with Thor. We should've kept him here in solitary cofinement."

"Would you wait before you start an all out war." Adara's ears pirked up, this person was defending Loki. "Do you even know why he's here? Maybe he's just lost."

"Yeah he's just here taking a tour. Why else would he be here?"

"Don't get your stripes in a knot Cap."
I finally was able to piece the face with the voice. The person defending Loki had brown hair and a soft blue light emitting from his chest.

"I suggest you tell us what you're hiding" A dark human threatened who appeared to have one eye.

"He's searching for his cat." Quickly I ran out of the room and into a hall way.

'Loki is out there, and he's looking for me. I should've trusted myself that day. He was right in front of me.'

I ran harder turing every direction in hopes to find a way out. I heard people chasing after me but I was faster. Ahead of me was a door way someone was coming in through. Quickly I darted between his legs and out side.

I wasn't prepared for the winds smacking me around. They pulled at my fur harshly almost lifting me off the ground.

"Here kitty kitty." I looked behind me. There, four people stood looking almost afraid.

"No! I must find him!" I ran best I could towards the edge, the humans behind me shouting in protest and I found out why. When I reached the edge, there was nothing but air. We were in the sky thousands of miles above the ground.

Loki and Jane were driving when a giant black ship apeared in the sky. Loki looked with annoyance. "It seems that humans can't be trusted."

Jane snapped. "Well what did you expect. After everything you did, how could I-anyone trust you?" It stung but Loki didn't show it. Janes phone rang. Angry, she picked it up. "Hello."

Loki continued to watch the ship heading towards him. 'It was only a matter of time.'

"Oh my God." Jane gasped. Loki looked over to her scared face. "I think they found her." Jane drove a little faster as Loki's heart sped up.

"Where?"

"The Heli -" Jane stopped suddenly her face mortified. Quickly she looked up to the sky as did Loki. It was difficult to see, but it was a small black speck falling from the Hellicarrier.

"Drive!" Loki yelled, slamming his hand down on the dash as Jane stepped on the gas. Loki didn't need anyone to tell him just what was falling. It wouldn't have been the first time Adara has done something stupid that threatened her life, but this time, Loki might not be able to save her. "Hurry!" He snapped and Jane tried to go as fast as her car allowed her.

They inched closer to where Adara was falling but deep down Loki knew he wouldn't make it.

He remembered receiving the small creature only the size of his hand and how she grew from that fiesty runt into a playful cat which he had. She would always be behind Loki's heels and watch over him when ever he slept. Loki remembered their playing and most of all, how she risked everything to save him. (Take your time to reflect on the best memories of Loki and Adara.)

Loki, not wanting to let someone he cared about die again, especially without him doing anything to stop it, mustered up his power. He felt it surge through him, empowering his entire being. He jumped out of the car, hitting the ground in a cloud of dust, got up and ran with all his might.

"ADARA!!!!" He yelled. His kitten grew dangerously close to the ground. Throwing all thoughts out the widow, his magic surged around him and like that he disappeared only to appear next to Adara. Grabbing her in his arms all the while, 30,000 volts of electricity coursed through his body.

Jane watch with horror as Loki fell to the ground, unmoving.

She pulled the car into a stop and jumped out unsure what to do. Iron Man and Capatin America showed up along with Fury and some other SHEILD agents.

Jane looked over to them with a mixture of emotions, a few of the agents walked up towards the God but Jane stepped in. "You've got to be joking." A few tears fell from her face.

"It is my job to keep the world at piece." Fury growled.

"Did you not just see what he did? How can you believe he's a bad person when he just did that?!" Jane roared with anger tears streaming down her face.

Tony walked over slowly to the still body of the God. Loki was laying on his left side, his right arm protecting the still feline while his left arm was away from his body. Tony bent down to retrieve the braclet, angry with him self for even putting it on him.

If he hadn't, then maybe this wouldn't have happened.

Suddenly the sky erupted and smashed onto the ground. Loki dissappeared within the light leaving to group dumbstrucked.

Fury frowned, annoyed that his suspect was taken yet again to Asguard.

"Where'd she go?"

Nick looked around and noted that Miss Foster has dissappeared as well. "Damn it." He frowned pulling out his phone.

WAIT DON'T KILL ME!!!!!!!!! *hides behind my chair....* next chapter, just stick with me please.... like until this book's done.
