It was a hot day. The Avengers were sitting at the beach, relaxing on their day of. Thor and Peter were playing badminton, Bruce was reading a book, Natasha and Wanda were painting each other's nails and Tony was checking out girls that were way younger than him. You were laying in the sand, Loki beside you in his leather attire and you in your yellow swimsuit.

'Aren't you extremely hot?' you wondered aloud, pointing at his leather attire. He smirked.

'You don't have to point out things I already know,' he teased. You rolled your eyes and scoffed.

'I'm serious!' you stated.

'No, darling, I am a Frostgiant,' he reminded you. 'I'm cold,' he chuckled. You smiled a little. You felt the sun burn on your skin. You grabbed the sunscreen lotion and started to spread it across your arms, legs and chest.

'Hey, Loki, can you do my face and back, please?' He smiled.

'Why don't you ask someone else?' he teased. You raised one eyebrow.

'To be honest, Nat and Wanda are painting there nails, and I prefer not to have nail polish on my back or face. Peter and Thor are busy, Bruce is reading and well, I'm not asking Tony. He would only touch me in inappropriate ways,' you raised. 'Well?' You handed him the sunscreen lotion and he took it, smirking mischievously. He put some in his hand and put some on your face, smearing it. You smiled.

'What makes you think I wasn't busy?' he asked. You shrugged.

'Were you doing something?' you questioned. He laughed.

'No...'

'Well then,' you mumbled. You both laughed softly.

'Face is done, turn around,' he commanded. He got up on his knees when your back was turned to him.

He seemed to hesitate. His fingers grazed your shoulder blades, before he slid the straps of your swimsuit from your shoulders and putting the sunscreen lotion on your back and shoulders. His hands massaged your shoulders and back. Maybe a little longer than he should have. He kept his hands on your shoulders and you wondered what he was doing, but before you ask him, he slid the straps back up and placed a tender kiss on top of your head.

You turned around and faced him, smiling.

'Thank you, Loki, would you want to do something?' Loki smiled at you.

'Yes, but can we just lay here for a few mire minutes?' he asked. You nodded. He lay down and pulled you along with him. You lay on his chest, you squeezed your eyes shut and grabbed your sunglasses and put them in so you could look up at the blue sky.

'What do you want to do?' you asked him. He shrugged.

'For now, I'm quite alright. But maybe we could take a dip in the see.

'Sounds good,' you mumbled. And as he played with your hair, you fell asleep.

You woke up by water being splashed over you. Loki groaned and you screamed, taking of your sunglasses and glaring at Peter, who held a now empty bucket.

'Spider kid!' Loki hissed. You sat up and looked at Loki's clothes whose were drenched. You giggled.

'Put on some swimming trunks, Reindeer Games,' Tony said, grinning at the wet God.

'Yeah, brother, we're going in the sea! How exciting? I've never been in a Midgardian sea!' Thor boomed. Loki rolled his eyes, but magically changed into some black swimming trunks.

'You look better that way,' Tony commented. You gave Loki a smile and agreed with Tony in your head.

You stood up and and pulled Loki to his feet.

'I'm not going into the water,' he told you firmly.

'You can lay on an inflatable mattress. Peter, you brought one didn't you?' you asked the kid. He nodded.

'Yes! I did!' he said excited, grabbing the mattress and handing it to you.

You smiled and gestured for Loki to come with you. He did and you headed with Thor and Peter to the sea.

'The water is quite warm,' Peter said. You nodded and put the mattress on the water.

'Come on, Loki, get on board!' you cheered as you pushed the mattress further in the water. You were now standing in the sea, the water reaching your waist. Loki hesitantly stepped in the water and got on the inflatable mattress. Thor and Peter got in the sea as well.
You grabbed the mattress with Loki on it and swam further into the sea.

'Aah!' Thor screamed. You already had to swim, but Thor was still able to stand. 'Something touched my foot!' he screeched. You laughed.

'Watch the monsters, brother!' Loki yelled. 'I'm safe.' He laughed.

'Stop making fun of me! It could be a shark!' Thor screamed at the top of his lungs, trying to see through the water. You swam towards him.

'There are no sharks here, Thor, don't worry,' you soothed. He relaxed and began swimming. You then gelt Loki's eyes on you. You smiled and swam towards him and grabbed the mattress again, your face only a few inches from his.

'You still okay?' you asked.

'Yes, I am. This is... fun...' he carefully said. You grinned and flipped the mattress over so Loki fell into the sea. His head underwater for a few minutes before he came out of the water and spit out a fountain of salty water. 'But this isn't...' Peter and Thor both laughed, Peter almost drowning, but Thor picked him ip and sat him on his shoulder.

'Sorry, sweetheart,' you said to Loki, climbing on the mattress yourself and smirking down at him. 'But swimming is tiring. You wouldn't want me to drown, would you?' you teased. He smirked. He swam towards you and got on the mattress as well.

'No, I wouldn't want that,' he agreed. Then, out of the blue, he pressed his cold lips on yours. You could taste the salt of the sea on them. You gasped slightly as his tongue grazed your bottom lip. Without hesitation, you opened your mouth, for him dominantly exploring it.

Peter and Thor stared at you in shock, but then turned away and left you alone.

'I like you,' Loki admitted when he pulled apart to suck in a much needed breath. A smile tugged at your lips.

'I like you too, Loki,' you whispered.

'Go on a date with me,' he said. You nodded before you pressed your lips against his again.
