Loki - It's snowing!

Hi again!

As you can see, I am not dead. I'm sorry for not updating frequently. School wouldn't let me and I was very anxious for some reason.

I hope you enjoy reading this oneshot, because I loved writing it.

xx

It snowed and Loki was sitting at the kitchen table, sipping his hot chocolate Thor had made him. His brother - in his red apron - took his freshly baked cookies out of the oven and placed them on the table.

"Here they are, brother!" Thor marveled. Loki smiled and downed his hot chocolate and held out the cup to Thor. His brother gave him a funny look.

"Can I have some more, please?" Loki questioned with big, innocent eyes. Thor nodded, taking the mug from him and preparing some hot chocolate for him.

Loki stared out of the window. The snow looked like soemthing from a fairy tale and he sighed. Footsteps awakened him from his daydream and he tilted his head towards the noise.

You walked in, wrapped up in a coat and a hat. You carried a dozen of scarfs with you and placed them on the table in front of the God. Loki gave you a questioning look and you pushed the hat back to you could see again.

"I'ts snowing!" you sang. "Who's coming with me? I'm going to make a snowman!" You threw a green scarf at Loki, who caught it and wrapped it around his neck. His stomach twisted and his heart fluttered.

"Oh, what a pity, Lady Y/N!" Thor announced. "I'm just making Loki a hot chocolate! Do you want some?" You shook your head.

"No, maybe when I come back inside. Loki? You coming?" He shook his head, his finger tracing his lips. He cleared his throat.

"Uhm, no, I need to - need to drink the hot chocolate," he apologized. You giggled and shrugged.

"Alright, no problem. Leave some for me," you joked as you hopped to the door. Loki watched you until you were out of sight and a light smile adorned his features. Thor brought him his mug, which Loki took gratefully. He looked up at his brother with a uneasy smile.

"What's wrong?" Thor asked. Loki took a deep breath, taking a sip from the cup, but quickly placing it back down as it was too hot. He bit his lip and gazed into Thor's eyes with a pleading look. "Loki, you're scaring me."

"I need to talk to you," he said. Thor raised an eyebrow, crossing his hands over his chest.

"Who did you stab?" Thor inquired with a glare. Loki bend his head and played with the fabric of his trousers.

"No, it's not that. But if you must know - Stark. I stabbed Stark, but he's alive, don't worry." Thor rolled his eyes, but dropped the subject.

"Now, what is it then?" Thor insisted, nudging Loki's arm.

"Okay, but don't judge me... I never... I mean-" Loki cleared his voice and looked away from his brother.

"Come on. Use that silver tongue of yours. Spit it out." Thor took a mug of hot chocolate himself and downed the Midgardian liquid and spew some of it back in the cup. "Fuck that's hot." Loki rolled his eyes. His hands trembled.

" I really... really like... I need your advice on women." Thor chocked on another sip and Loki supportively patted his back, pressing his lips together as his face flushed.

"Odin's beard!" Thor exclaimed. "Have I heard that right?"

"I'm afraid you did," Loki murmered, lowering his hand once Thor stopped coughing.

"Oh dear." Thor grinned. "Who is it?" Loki's fingers fiddgeted with the scarf and Thor's eyes widened. "Y/N!"

"Shhhhh!" Loki hissed. "I don't need anyone else to know! Just tell me what to do!" He ran an anxious hand through his greasy hair and huffed, letting his head drop onto the table.

"Ooh, tell me what you feel," Thor said while nudging Loki's arm. Loki shrugged.

"Happy. I feel happy when I think about her. When she smiles at me, my stomach does that weird thing and I forget to breath. My head starts spinning when she looks at me for just a second and I can't stand it, Thor! Help me!" Loki wailed. Thor patted Loki's head and smirked.

"Do you know what I think, you think you, should do right now?" Loki raised an eyebrow.

"I beg you pardon?"

"Put on your coat and built a snowman with her!" Thor boomed as he took a cookie from the tray, quickly placing it back down. "Why is everything so fucking hot!"

"Language, Thor."

"Oh shut up. You spend way to many times with Steve."

"I do not. I'm going to spend time with Y/N. Now, if you excuse me, brother-" Loki said while getting up. He put on his coat and headed for the door.

"I support you, Loki! Go for it!" Loki's cheeks turned a crimson red as he opened the door.

The cold embraced his body as he turned around the corner, his feet sinking away a few inches into the snow. He spotted you rolling a large snowball, trying to lift it onto the other, but it was too heavy. He chuckled and bend down, making a small snowball and aiming it towards your back. It hit your shoulder and you stumbled forward a bit. Your head snapped toward him. You pushed your hat back and flashed him a smile.

"Hi!" you yelled from the other side of the garden. Loki jogged towards you and brushed the remaining snow from your shoulder.

"Sorry, that was a little harder than intended," he apologized. The corners of your mouth twitched and he mirrored the gesture. You laughed.

"That's okay. I'm glad you came," you said, staring up into his eyes. His stomach churned and his breath hitched, so he looked down at the large snowball laying there.

"Do you - do I need to help you?" You sighed, looking at the snowball too.

"Yes, if you don't mind. That thing is so heavy," you complained. He chuckled and lifted the snowball without a fight.

"Where does it needs to go?" he wondered. You pointed at the even larger snowball you could barely push forward before. He placed it on top of it and you squeaked, enthusiastically clapping your hands.

"Just one more," you squealled, beginning to roll another one.

Once it became once again to heavy for you, Loki took over and placed the head on the snowman's body. You smiled and gazed up into Loki's eyes, handing him a scarf.

"What's this for?" He asked you. Your eyes widened and his heart started beating faster. Had he said something wrong? Were you angry at him for-

"You have to put it around its neck," you laughed. "Is this the first time you're making a snowman?" He nodded, taking the scarf and placing it around the snowman's neck. You took you hat and gave it to Loki, who put it on the head. "Great! Now the nose!"

Loki handed you the carrot.

"I can't reach," you whined as you tried to put in the nose. Loki chuckled and grabbed your hips, and lifted you up. The sudden proximity made him breathless. His heart thrummed against his chest as he breathed in your scent.

You violently put the slammed the carrot in the snowman's face and Loki put you down, much to your disappointment. You liked being in his arms.

"What do we do now?" he wondered. You smirked and bend down, gathering some snow in your hand and launching it at him. It hit his chest and Loki grinned at you.

"Oh, you're getting that one back," he said in a menacing way that send a chill down your spine. He kneeled down and made snowball the size of a watermelon. You shrieked as one almost hit you.

"That's not fair!' you screamed as one hit your back. You threw one back the size of a ping-pongball, which he chuckled at.

You gave up on making snowballs when he chased you, trying to avoid the snowballs. You sliped away, but Loki caught you by the waist. You squirmed away from him by letting yourself drop on the snow and Loki laughed and stooped at you side. You grabbed a handful of snow and pushed it in his face. He shook of the snow, shivering.

He gazed into your eyes and smiled. You stiffed a laugh. Your eyes averted to his lips and he noticed, breath hitching. As he already stood bend over you, you wrapped your hands around his neck and pulled him down. He leaned in, his heart leaping out, and let his lips brush against yours. Your warm breath fanned his face and he got intoxicated by your scent. In his drunken haze, he let his lips touch yours. The fluttering in his stomach didn't stop, only increased and his head began to swin as your lips moved perfectly against each other's.

Your hands tangled in his hair, while his slid over your upperarms. His breathing picked up and suddenly he forgot about the icy snow drenching though his clothes. Your tongue slipped out to lick his bottom lip and he let out a small whimper.

He slowly pulled away, lips tingling in the aftermath. His eyes quickly fluttered open and he smiled.

It was quiet for awhile and you both gazed into each other's eyes until you broke the silence with a whisper.

"Loki, I'm getting cold." You were still laying on the snowy ground and the cold was getting in your clothes. Loki nodded, offering you a hand and pulling you onto your feet. You smiled at him, touching your lips with your mittens.

"Let's go back inside," he rasped, still high from the kiss you had shared. You nodded and took his gloved hand. His heart jumped and he coudn't stop grinning.

Loki opened the door for you and you both got inside the warmth hugging your bodies. You walked inside, leaving a path of melted snow behind you before Thor came rushing in, waving his hands in a dismissive way.

"Stop! Not a step further!" he boomed. "I just cleaned this!" He was still wearing his red apron and he held a mop. "Both of you, strip. Now." Loki was taken aback by the forceful tone his brother was using. "Go on, I have your pyjamas right here in front of the fireplace. Threy should be warm." You both discarded your shoes and coats as you began stripping and putting on your matching pyjamas Thor someway got you. Loki smiled at the little Christmas trees it had on them.

"I need to use the bathroom, be right back!" you chirped, running out with a skip in your step. Thor turned to his brother, a knowing smirk on his face.

"How was it? Any progress?" He let his eyebrows dance up and down. Loki chuckled and rubbed his neck.

"We kissed," he whispered. Thor's eyes went big and he dropped the mop. He pulled his brother in a tight hug, squeezing the life out of him.

"I'm so proud of you, little one," Thor mused, ruffling Loki's hair. Loki smiled, wrapping his arms around his brother.

You tiptoed back to the living room and spotted the Odinson brother hugging each other. You melted at the spot as Loki quickly freed himself from Thor's embrace.

"Now, why don't you two watch a romantic film in front of the fireplace?" Thor said with a wink at Loki. Loki facepalmed. You chuckled and took his hand, leading Loki to the couch in the glow of the fireplace.

Thor trotted around like a lunatic, grabbing a blanket and sprawling it out over the both of you. Loki blushed and so did you before you eased into it and let your head rest on the shoulder of the God of Mischief.
