This is a continuation of interests. A month later.

You and Loki loved being together under the "couple status". You couldn't help but smile every time you saw him. Well you smiled everytime before, but you just couldn't help but feel so happy.

Today Thor and Sif were coming to the tower so their daughter Serena could spend time with her uncle Loki. Tonight Thor and Sif were going on their anniversary date so you and Loki volunteered to spend quality time with his favorite niece.

Serena was adorable, and Loki was so sweet and protective of her. You only had seen her a few times. Each time it had only been in passing. You hoped she would approve of your relationship with her uncle.

You held Loki's hand in anticipation. Loki squeezed your hand, and you looked to him.

"Darling, Serena will love you. I promise. Today is going to be fantastic." He smiled rubbing his free thumb across your cheek.

Then you heard the ding of the elevator, and you both directed your attention to the elevator doors. Once the doors opened you saw the cute little blonde girl waiting. Her eyes lit up as she began to run to Loki.

"Uncle Loki!" She squealed as he picked her up with his free arm. You released your hand from his own so he could hug her and rub her back.

"Hello little angel." Loki whispered as he looked sweetly to her.

Then her gaze shifted over to you. She smiled as she looked back to Loki. "Uncle Loki, is this y/n?"

"This is y/n." He nodded.

She extended her hands to you, and you took her in your arms. She hugged you with her tiny arms.

"Brother, y/n, Serena has been so excited to spend time with you both." Thor beamed as he and Sif walked to you both.

Sif handed Loki Serena's bag, "Thank you so much for letting Serena come to spend time with you both."

"Of course." Loki nodded. "Now you both go on."

Thor and Sif kissed their daughter and told her goodbye. Then you all watched Thor and Sif leave.

Loki turned to you both and Serena extended her hands to him, and he held her. You didn't mind since she didn't really know you.

"So little angel, what do you want to do?" Loki asked.

"Well, I see that your nail polish is coming off so, I think I wanna paint your nails. Can I paint yours too?" She looked to you.

"Sure you can." You smiled as she clapped her hands.

Loki put her down, and Serena held one of Loki's hands and she held your hand in the other. You looked to Loki and he nodded. You both picked up Serena and swung her back and forth before putting her back on the ground.

"That was so much fun." Serena giggled. "Can... Can you both swing me again please?"

With that you both gently swung her, stopping to walk with her sometimes to give her arms a rest. You and Loki continued the process until you all made it to the living room. You laid a blanket on the floor for you all to sit on. Serena sat down looking up excitedly to Loki and you.

Loki also laughed as he put down Serena's bag. She already was opening her bag as you and Loki sat down together. "So, what colors should I paint your nails?" She looked to the both of you.

"I dunno little angel. What colors do you like?" Loki asked.

"Hmmm... I like black, blue, gold, silver, and red. Y/n, what do you like?" She motioned to the colors.

"Well, I think I like the gold, but it doesn't matter to me."

"Okay. I think I'll paint Loki's nails black and your nails gold."

She put the other polishes in her bag, but before she began to paint your nails, she pulled out her goldfish snacking on a few. "Do either of you want some?"

"No, thank you though." You both replied.

She began to paint Loki's nails first, and just like the last time, they both were so adorable with each other. Loki would try to tickle her, but she would scold him to not move. She said it in a cute manner though, and each time you had to keep yourself from giggling.

You discovered that Serena was actually good at painting nails, not that you doubted her.

"Mommy always says paint in the lines and never to get paint on the skin." Serena talked as she painted your nails.

"There. They look so awesome." Serena giggled. You looked to your nails loving how pretty they looked.

While you and Loki waited for your nails to dry, Serena told you all her intricate stories she had made up. You could tell a lot of her stories were inspired by her father, mother, and uncle.

After your nails dried, you and Loki made her favorite lunch, which were those little chicken nuggets shaped liked dinosaurs with apple slices. After she ate her dinner, you put her on the bed Thor and Sif brought for when she came over. She must've been tired because she fell asleep quickly.

You and Loki stayed in the next room incase Serena woke up and needed either of you. You both sat together listening to the classical music you both put on for Serena to fall asleep to.

Eventually Serena woke up just in time for Thor and Sif to come back. Serena was in your arms still sleepy from her nap.

"Hey sweetie." Sif took Serena from your arms kissing her daughter's forehead. "Did you have fun today?"

"Uh-huh. I can't wait to come back." She giggled.

"Well we're glad you had a good time, but it's time to say goodbye." Thor spoke.

She looked to you both smiling, "Thanks for having me. Bye Uncle Loki. Bye Aunty y/n."

Your eyes went wide, and you didn't even realize Thor, Sif, and Serena had left.

"Darling?" Loki walked in front of you.

You finally stopped thinking and looked to Loki. A smile formed on your face, and you're eyes lit up. "Serena called me her aunt. I... I can't believe it."

Loki grabbed your hands squeezing them. "I know. I told you she'd love you darling. Even though we aren't married, I think Serena would love to have an aunt, and I think you're the only one that can hold that title."

"Thank you." You whispered.

"There is no need to thank me. You earned that title for being yourself." Loki nodded his head.

"Yeah. I guess I did didn't I?"

"Indeed you did y/n. Would you like to  help me find a present for Serena? Her birthday is coming up soon, and I thought we could get her a gift together." Loki blushed.

"I'd like that." You giggled, "We can even put from the best Uncle and Aunt ever."

Loki's blush deepened, and you just shook your head as you kissed his cheek. "Come on let's go find your niece the best present ever."

"Yes. Let's go." Loki's blush faded away as a smile reappeared on his face.

Oh how you loved your precious Loki.
