Kurt had taken quite the liking to Logan. Logan made sure he drank lots of water, and helped him sleep, and best of all, he never hurt or yelled at Kurt. Kurt didn't understand most of what Logan said to him, and he definitely didn't understand why Logan kept helping the other big blue man change the bag of fluid that was attached to Kurt's arm when the old one was empty, but he trusted Logan anyway. 

"Good morning Nightcrawler." Logan greeted as he came into Kurt's room with his cup filled with water and Ice. Kurt perked up immediately, crawling to the end of the bed and leaned into Logan's touch when the man ran his hands through Kurt's hair. "Do you wanna try going to the bathroom?" 

Logan knew Kurt wasn't going to answer him, but he lifted Kurt down from the bed anyway. Logan had been taking Kurt outside to go to the bathroom. He absolutely hated doing it, and it made him feel sick everytime, and he only felt worse when Kurt would then cry when Logan would clean him up so he wouldn't get a rash or something, but Kurt absolutely refused to do his business in the bathroom, and that was just even more unhealthy. But Logan wanted to work on helping Kurt feel better. 

So Logan took Kurt into the bathroom, and lifted him so that he was sitting on the toilet. Kurt looked scared, and started crying, looking up at Logan with pleading eyes, but Logan just spoke to him softly, and ran his fingers gently through Kurt's hair, helping the man relax. Kurt began to squirm, and Logan knew that he wasn't going to be able to hold it in much longer, and that was making Kurt more upset. Logan didn't like making Kurt upset, and he was almost tempted to just take Kurt outside again, just so the man wouldn't have to be scared anymore, but Logan knew that Kurt would be better off in the long run if Logan could help him push through his trauma and behave like a human. 

Eventually Kurt couldn't hold it in anymore, and he peed in the toilet, and began crying harder. He coward away from Logan a bit, but he relaxed a little when Logan just praised him, and gently scratched the spot behind his ear that Kurt loved. Logan got Kurt cleaned up, and then took him back into the hospital room, and he went to a mini fridge in the corner and pulled out Kurt's cup, but instead of water, it was filled with orange juice. 

Logan sat on Kurt's bed, and Kurt climbed up with him, having regained a lot of his strength, so he didn't need to be lifted up onto the bed anymore. Logan held the cup out to Kurt, and he sniffed it curiously before taking a tentative drink. When Kurt realized that the bright orange liquid was sweet, and delicious, his eyes lit up and he was quick to drink more. Logan chuckled, rubbing Kurt's back gently as he downed the juice. 

Logan had been giving Kurt lots of water, because his stomach wasn't able to handle much more than that for a while, but after Kurt's stomach became stronger, and the IV was helping replenish his vitamins and stuff, Hank told Logan that he could start giving Kurt other liquids too. Logan was pretty sure Kurt would love juices and stuff, because he thought Kurt would enjoy having something sweet to drink, and he was glad to find out that he was right.

It wasn't long before Kurt was allowed to leave the med bay, and Logan was happy to be the one to help him around. One of the first places Logan took Kurt was to his room, figuring it would be good to introduce him to where he would be sleeping first. Kurt sniffed around the room, finding that everything smelt like Logan, which he found comforting. Logan sat down on the foot of his bed and let Kurt explore the room as he pleased, but Kurt soon quite sniffing around when he saw Logan on the bed. 

Logan watched curiously as Kurt's face seemed to fall, and he crawled onto the bed slowly. Kurt looked up at Logan almost hopefully, and seemed to be waiting for Logan to do something. Logan just watched Kurt confused, not understanding why Kurt got sad all of a sudden, and Kurt sighed in defeat, crawling up the bed, and laying down on his stomach with his legs spread. Logan didn't know what was wrong, but did try to comfort Kurt when he started crying. 

"What's wrong?" Logan asked softly, knowing he wouldn't get a response, as he shifted so he was sitting closer to Kurt's head. Kurt flinched when Logan gently touched his hair, but relaxed eventually when he found that Logan wasn't going to hurt him. Kurt pulled his legs up and curled himself closer into a ball, and relaxed into Logan's touch, glad that the man hadn't betrayed his trust. 

When Logan felt that Kurt was calm enough again, he got Kurt a shirt out of his closet. Logan would have liked to at least put boxers on Kurt, but he figured it wouldn't be the best thing in the world to try and wrestle them on Kurt while he cried and fought, because Kurt was very protective of his swimsuit area. But a shirt would probably be ok. 

Logan let Kurt smell the shirt, figuring that if Kurt knew from the start that the shirt belonged to Logan, he would be more willing to wear it. Kurt didn't seem upset by the shirt at all, so then logan bunched it up and slipped it over Kurt's head. Kurt was fine, and was actually doing very well with the shirt until Logan started to actually put his hands in the sleeves. At that point, Kurt started crying, and squirming, doing whatever he could to get away from Logan, even going as far as to bite Logan again, something he hadn't done in a while. 

Logan managed to get the shirt on Kurt after a bit of a fight, and Kurt continued to sob profusely. Logan sat down on the bed, trying to ignore how Kurt flinched away from him, and reached out for the man, easily pulling him into his lap. Kurt continued to cry, and squirm in fear, but Logan just pulled Kurt into a gentle, but comforting hug. Kurt acted on instinct and bit Logan's shoulder, making the man bleed, but Logan didn't get mad, he just rubbed Kurt's back gently, and spoke to him softly. 

Eventually, Kurt calmed down. He quit biting Logan, and instead turned his head to rest it on Logan's shoulder. Kurt relaxed into Logan's hold, curling up and tucking himself further into Logan's arms. He was confused by Logan, not understanding why the man insisted on putting clothes on him, even though Kurt knew that he wasn't supposed to wear clothes, and never once did he get mad and hurt Kurt. 

Kurt thought Logan was stange, but he felt safe with the man.
