Chapter 14 : Best of Friends.

Virgil kicked the sand sadly, Roman was off with his friends again and he felt nothing but sadness as he was left alone.

"Virgil? Why are you sad?" Asked Remus, granted Virgil hadn't tamed to Remus much so it was weird to him.

The small boy in purple sniffed and wiped his eyes, "R-Roman is playing with h-his friends and I-I'm all alo-o-one!"

Remus frowned, he knew his brother was a jerk at times and so offered out his hand, "you can play with me and my friend!"

Virgil took his hand and was pulled over to Dee a male with a birth mark up his face,.

Dee saw the new guy and pouted. He knew Virgil well enough to know he'd be mean to him like how Roman was 'accidentally' rude to him for his birth mark.

"Dee! This is Virgie! Virgie this is Dee!"

Virgil also knew who Dee was, in fact he stood up to Roman for making fun in Dee's birthmark.

Virgil sat next to Dee, "your hat'th cool!"

Dee smiled a bit before frowning, "thanks... I like your shirt."

"Purple ith'nt girly?"

"Of course not!" Dee giggled and faced Virgil.

Remus sat in between them and grinned, "you can hang out with us!" Remus smiled, "and we'll be friends forever!"

"You mean that...?" Virgil asked in surprise.

"Of course!" Remus smiled as Dee nodded, now liking Virgil a lot more then before.

"T-that'll be great!" Virgil smiled shyly and happily.

Finally, he had his own friends for ever!
