Hello everyone, I'm here to say thank you for checking out my novel's summary and reading this important note before you start your journey into Mashillia. And I thank you for putting this book into your library. I hope you have fun while reading the story.

If you're new to this then hi! I'm Yasmin! and I'm an owl who writes stories with her big and wild imagination!

So, before you turn to the next chapter, I gotta say a few important things so you won't get me wrong or misunderstand me. I've been getting this a lot that I felt I was being insulted.

First! This is a fantasy story, so everything you read is totally, and absolutely, and 100% fictional. And I'm writing this to reflect about some people.

Second! When I mention a character having a completely black fur as his skin, a character having white skin, a character acting their religious beliefs, anything! Please don't mistake me, don't misunderstand and immediately write your comment without thinking this through.

I have to tell you that my chronicles don't go against any people from any kind, Black, White, Christian, Muslim, Jew, anything! What I'm trying to say, when I describe a character by saying "he has a black skin and he was evil", "he killed them" etc. etc. etc. I am not being racist to everything, what I'm doing is I'm reflecting our real world into a fantasy world.

I'm making aware of something, I'm not insulting nor being racist nor being offensive to anyone. So please this is just a story about the people.

Third! I don't know if you read my bio but I'm going to say it here, this is my first start of the chronicles called LOD. And if some things don't make sense to you well it's because English is my SECOND language, now you know. So please understand.

Forth! I wrote a story to tell, so I don't care much about grammar and the writing of the words. So don't tell me to change a few things because I really REALLY worked HARD on this novel. So I appreciate your help, but still I don't need to re-write it again.

And lastly, I want to thank someone special who helped me with writing the story in better descriptions and taught me better about English language.

She's kind and funny and really helps you understand a lot of things about life and English lessons. It's my English teacher Ms. Stephanie, I can't thank you enough for the help and tips that you gave me as well for the support, I wish I could do something so you can deserve something more than just a thank you. You're the only English teacher that made me understand the lessons you taught

Oh! I almost forgot! I have to warn you that there might be major violence, strong language, including blood and gore! And also a small mention of suicide and self-harm! You have been WARNED ⚠️⚠️⚠️
