Lockwood's POV~~~~~~

"Lets go!! Everyone up!!" I yelled from the kitchen. I sighed trudging up the stairs. Did they they really forget. Today we were going to the beach. It was a long drive so I wanted to hurry up. I was half way up the stairs when I heard Lucy call to me. " Coming." She sang back. I heard footsteps coming toward me. I grinned as I saw her. She was wearing an Aqua blue cover up dress that reached to her knees. Her hair was pulled up and she had a black pair of sunglasses on top of her head. She had plain black flip-flops and her nails matched her eyes. She looked stunning. I smiled at her. She smiled back.

" You look stunning." I said
" oh this old thing?" She said looking down.
" you look good, you should wear that color more often." I said. She blushed.
" is George really not up yet?" She asked changing the subject.
" I tried everything I could." I said.
" I got an idea. Follow me." She said. So I did. We walked up to her room. She told me to close the door. She walked over to her closet and pulled out the suit case that she had when she first joined.
" what are you doing?" I asked. She smiled at me.
" can you go grab me some duck tape from the office?"
" yeah I suppose so..." I was so confused. I ran downstairs and grabbed the tape. When I got back up stairs she took my hand and lead me to Georges room.
" Tape please!" She said. I handed her the tape. She put a can on the floor. I tried to look at it but she told me to wait. She ripped a large piece off with her teeth and handed me the role. She picked the can off the floor. It was an air horn. In two seconds flat she stretched the tape over the button on the top. It started blaring. She opened his door and chucked it in.
We heard a scream from the other side as Lucy closed the door. She took my hand and together we ran down the hallway, down the stairs and into the basement. We hid behind floating joe. My back was pressed slightly to his back. Lucy was in front of me with her hand on my chest. The airhorn stopped. I heard feet banging down the stairs. The door flew open.

" LOCKWOOD!! LUCY!! WHERE ARE YOU. WHENI FIND YOU TWO YOU ARE SO DEAD!!!" He screamed at us. We were trying so hard not to laugh. I was shaking so hard that I had to lean away from Joe so that George didn't she his shake. But when I did I pushed a little to hard sending Lucy backwards toward the floor. I grabbed her around the waist and pulled her close. I heard the door close and I toppled to the ground on top of Lucy. We started laughing so hard we couldn't stop. Her laugh was cute. Mine was little a fweaking hyena. (Yes i used the word fweaking)

When we finally stopped I realized that I was still on too of her. I wasn't like touching her but I was really close. She smirked up at me and I started to blush like a madman. She laughed and reached up and pecked me on the cheek. I smiled and stood up, holding out my hand for her. She took it and brushed herself off once she was on her feet.

" shall we go?" She said
" we shall." I returned.
And with that we left for the beach

Lucy's POV~~~~~~~

I knew that Lockwood liked me. The entire car ride here I could see him staring at me out of the corner of my eye. Sure, he was hansom in his black bathing suit shorts. Oh and by the way he didn't have a shirt on. I nearly fainted when he took it off.
" wanna go swimming Luce?" Lockwood said pulling me out of my thoughts and back to reality.
" sure!" I said. I loved swimming. I got up and took my cover up off leaving me in a blue one piece bathing suit. It was all I had that somewhat complemented my body. I looked at Lockwood. He was staring at me, mouth slightly open.
" you good?" I asked snapping him out of a trance.
" oh yeah." He said
" oh gag me." George said from behind.
" ahh shut it." I said and started toward the water with Lockwood. When we got down to the water I dipped my feet in. I was surprisingly warm. We walked out until the water was at my waist. I laid back and started to float on the water. Lockwood copied my movements. I shut my eyes. My hand wandered over to his. He grabbed my hand and now I was the one blushing. All of a sudden I was pulled under the water. I should not have closed my eyes because a wave came down on both of us but Lockwood never released me until I was above the water. We were coughing like crazy. Next thing we knew we were splashing each other. Swimming out farther and jumping waves. It was... Relaxing. Just being with him was nice.

He stopped and grabbed we by the waist, pulling me closer. My head was against his chest. His heart beat skyrocketing. I looked up and put my hand on his cheek. He blushed. In two swift movements he picked we up bridal style and threw me up and into the water. When I went under in didn't come up immediately. I stayed under for about ten seconds before I felt a hand grab mine, hoisting me up. It was Lockwood's of course.

" what were you doing?" He asked in a playful tone.
" oh nothing." I replied matching his voice. He swooped down and placed his forehead on mine. He whispered in my ear " don't scare me like that." He said seriously.
" I'm fine Anthony." I said.
" I like when you call me that." He said.
" me too" i said. And just like that we kissed. My heart felt like a bomb. He was the fuse. He lit me up like the Fourth of July. He kissed me passionately. I pulled back smirk up at him. He looked at me, confused.

" wow you really can't help yourself can you." I said. I giggled. He just looked at me.
" no, I can't." He said in a whisper. His one hand on my waist. The other on my back, pulling me closer. We kissed again.

When we finally pulled away I said to him
" wanna get some lunch?"
" sure." He said. His hand moved to mine. We walked out of the water and back to our spots

" well then you two surely made yourselfs at home didn't you." George snarled at us.
" cool it!" Lockwood said. His voice sharp. He bent down and pulled my towel closer to his. We laid down and snuggled close together. The sun was beating down on us.

" gross guys just ewwww" George said.
" go away." I said.
" and were would you like me to go?" He remarked.
I sat up looking around pretending to be in thought. My hand was on my chin.
" how about... Over there!" I said pointing to an old lady with now fashion sense at all.
" how about no!" George said.
" then shut up." I said laying back down into Lockwood's arms.
George grunted
Lockwood sighed in relief. I wasn't going to let George ruin my day.

" Hi!" I heard a female voice say. I looked up and saw a girl. She hand long wavy blonde hair. She was on the skinny side and was wearing a very revealing blue bikini.
"Hi." I said. I didn't know her.
"Why hello there!" Lockwood said. He put on his interview smile. We sat up.
" I was just wondering" she said sitting down. " who you hot friend is?" She said putting a playful smile on. Lockwood blushed.
" Im Lockwood!" He said a little to cheerful.
" Thats a nice name, but I don't care." She said.
" Are you talking about George?!?!?!" I said with my mouth open.
" is that his name." She said giggling.
Now both of are mouths were wide open.
" I heard my name?" George said peaking over his book.
" Hi!" The girl said jumping up and sashaying over to him. " my name is jade!"
My mouth was still hanging open when I glanced at Lockwood. His face resembled mine.

" Hi?" George said.
" I was just wondering if you wanted to go get some drinks?" She said. I chocked and fell back on my towel. Lockwood half laughed half coughed.
George looked at me. He looked straight at me. He smirked standing up.
" Sure!" He said
Together, hand in hand they walked to the bar.

Sorry for not updating yesterday. I had this chapter all planned out and then... Life happened. Yay. But anyway i hope you like it. Also my wattpad is not working properly. I cant see if anyone has read any of the chapters from my other book and sometimes this one. If anyone knows how to fix it that would be great. Im also not using this on my computer im using it on my phone.
