It was that church guy from afternoon.

Christmas carols and bells can be heard from far away, as it was Christmas Eve and Goa being once under Portuguese rule, the state has the beautiful churches.

Luckily this time, from the view of 3rd person's view, it looked like he was the one who is staring at me and not the other way around.

I knew he recognised me the moment our eyes locked, as I saw his beautiful eyes widening. My condition was no better than his.

Suddenly I got the feeling of someone invading my privacy but it soon got swept away because of the cool breeze, making me shiver. My hair were dancing while the air sounded like music when it reached my eyes.

I jerked when the digital watch on my wrist started ringing. Before coming here, I set the remainder of 6 pm as whenever I come here, I get soo immersed in the nature that I always lose the track of time.

It was the time for me to go back to my home. I was going to turn and run away, but instead, I faced him. Directly looking into his eyes with a friendly smile on my lips, I said with a clear voice.

"Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance."

I saw his lips stretching, giving me a contagious breathtaking wide smile and said.

"Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too, in advance."

As if on the clue, the bells of the near-by church rang adding a beautiful vocalisation to his voice.

I came out of my trance as I remembered that I should get going before I end up in trouble. Waving him a bye, which he happily reciprocated, I turned and left.

On my way back to home, I can't help but to think about that church guy. I was walking to my uncle's house when I saw that same church which I visited today in the morning, and that's when I realised something.

"I didn't asked for his name."

After sighing and scolding myself, I promised myself to ask for his name the next time we meet for sure.

Little did she knew that the next time wouldn't come soon as she was thinking.
