Lee's P.O.V.

"I don't have any idea about who did the murders," he said before wrapping his arms around my shoulders and looking into my eyes. "but," he put his body on mine, "I have an idea about how cute you are." He began to lean towards me for a kiss. I would lean too, but something about him seemed off. His aura felt ominous. I sadly pushed him away due to my suspicions... "Nervous, eh? Don't worry, I'll be gentle." He commented.

I began to back up as my legs shook. The dark feeling got stronger and stronger the closer he was to me. Tears began to form in my eye sockets. "You're not Midnight..." I said. "What are you talking about? I've always been the person closest to you. In my opinion, we should be happy about the murders because no one can get in the way of our love for each other." he replied. I clutched my fist tightly and began to yell, "WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I BE HAPPY ABOUT THE MURDERS?! THEY HAVE ME WORRIED SICK THAT ONE OF US IS GONNA BE NEXT! I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MY BEST FRIEND SINCE THE DAY WE WERE BORN! I ALREADY LOST MY PARENTS TO THEM!"

I was breathing heavily and crying maniacally. "L-Lee..." Midnight began to approach me. "No." I said then took another step back. "No?" he replied. I sighed and turned away from him. "Just leave me alone." I sighed. Midnight wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed my cheek. I quickly got out of his grasp and began to run.

"Lee!" Midnight started to run after me. "LEE! COME BACK!"
