So beautiful.

Harumi closed her eyes as she felt her hair fly through the wind, her arms being carried by the wind. It was perfect. She never knew that the monastery could be this...Amazing. She couldn't believe that she wanted to blow it up only 6 months ago. No, she couldn't believe it was able to be fixed in 6 months and feel this perfect. It was as if nothing tragic had happened to it, like it was perfectly fine.

And she loved it.

She loved the fact that she was living here, even with her greatest enemies that she had caused nothing but pain. She loved the fact that she could call it her own. Maybe not out loud, but in her mind it was perfect. It was so perfect because it reminded her of her own home. Not the crappy palace that she was forced to live in for most of her childhood, but her home before that. The home that made her feel so much joy and happiness. It had that same feeling. It was a bit more luxurious than her own home, but again it just felt so....

Perfect.

FSM, how many times would she have to say that word?

But she didn't care. She never thought in her wildest dreams would things ever be perfect for her, but it was. And it finally made her see what she truly wanted. It wasn't revenge or thrust for revenge, it was a place to call home.

Okay, okay, that did sound cheesy. Maybe too cheesy. But it was the truth. Well.....Not the full truth. There was one more thing she wanted that was yet out of her reach....

"Rumi."

She turned her head around and smiled sweetly. All of her smiles ever since her parents died had been fake, but ever since she started to smile. Really smile. It did feel weird at first, but with time it felt like she was truly living again. Like the little girl of her that had died all those years ago, had finally returned to her.

"Hello, Lloyd."She said, still smiling. She notices that his cheeks and ears start to turn pink when she has said his name. Or maybe it was when she turned around and smiled at him."Did you come out for something or did you just come out here to stare at me like a creep?"She says, only half teases him. Hearing her say this, he becomes more pink and embarrassed."Um....I came here because....Because..."He sighs."I wanted to ask you something...?"He says, scratching behind his neck. She smiled and tilted her head."And that is?"

Lloyd closed his eyes and took a deep breathe"Uh....Um....I was thinking....You like to go out to eat...And I like going out to eat...So would you ever considering going out...To a place to eat...With me?"He opened one of his eyes, really nervously. He had expected one of the three reactions from her. 

One was:

"Go out? With you?! Are you mad? Not in a million years!"

Two was:

"Go out? Hahaha! That's hilarious! Oh my FSM! That's...That's funny!"

Three was:

"Lloyd...You are a great guy...But I see ourselves like friends...Sorry."

But in reality not one of those happened. What had really happened was something he would have never expected the girl who took over Ninjago two times in the last 6 years.

"Sure. I mean, if you want to. It's better not because you feel sorry for me."She replied. Lloyd wanted to ask her why he would take her out because he felt sorry for her, if anyone would go out for a person just because they felt sorry for them would be him. But he decided to keep his mouth shut because he was afraid she would change her mind if he did.

"Yes, I want to! 5:00 sounds good?"He asked her."Yes. It does."She said nodding while still smiling."Okay...Guess it is a date!"He says nervously."See you then."She says waving as he quickly runs off. She smiles. 

"Yes! Thank you, FSM!"She giggles when she hears Lloyd cry out. 

Yes, tonight would be perfect.

5:00 pm had finally arrived when Harumi was just about done with her outfit. She was wearing a green blouse with small red flowers all over it, with black pants, along with some green high heels that Skylor had bought her as a gift a few months back. She wasn't wearing any makeup because wearing makeup felt like wearing a mask, and that was worse than death. What you see is what you get.

She opened the door to see Lloyd waiting for her, and for the second time tonight, his cheeks became pink when he saw her. She smiled at him as she studied him. And she was surprised to see him wearing a grey hoodie, but it wasn't just any grey hoodie, but it was the same one that he wore(stole) from their first date. He was also wearing blue jeans along with it. She smiled again for the hundredth time."You look nice....For a thief."She commented with a smirk."Hey! Let's not forget who's idea it was to steal those poor people's clothes?"He pointed out. She rolls her eyes playfully."Whatever. I've done worse and so have you. Now, are we going to sit here and argue or are we going to get going?"She asked him, holding out her hand. He slowly took her hand as they left the monastery with the ninjas watching them.

"He better not get kidnap!"

"She better not break his heart!"

"They better bring us leftovers!"

Everyone stared at Cole."Really?"Nya asked, raising her eyebrow."What? I'm hungry! And we are all out of food!"Cole complained."Hey...Should we spy on them?"Kai suggested."Spy on them? Kai, are you too single to have a life?"Jay asked."Hey! I have a life! What about you sis?"Kai asked."Nah."

"Nah? So you want them to hook up? Think about it....The Quiet One and our little brother...Making out? Doesn't that make your skin crawl? Don't you want to strangle her?"Kai asked, trying to get a reaction."I don't like it....But who am I? Kai? Besides, I trust Lloyd enough."She replies."Okay...Hey, while we are on that topic...What are the chances that Lloyd will get Harumi pregnant?"Kai asked, still not giving up."Kai Smith....You have exactly 2 seconds before I go over there and murder you in your sleep and shave your head."

With Lloyd and Harumi......

It took Lloyd and Harumi about 10 minutes to get to the restaurant, they were seated without a few stares and glares."Sorry. I didn't think there were going to be this many people here."He says."I don't mind."She says. He smiles."That's really mature of you, Harumi."He says."Why thank you."She says while nodding. A few seconds later, a woman comes up to them."Hello, are you the waiter?"Lloyd asks her. The girl giggles at him, Harumi silently rolled her eyes. What was even funny about that? What does this girl have? A mental illness?

"My name's Ava. I'm not the waiter but I just want to personally say thank you for everything you have done for the city."She says, touching his arm. Harumi was glaring at the girl and at this point she was already blowing up this girl in her mind. With her guts flying all over the place, and her screaming in agony.

 Okay....Maybe that was a bit...

Nope, totally necessary.

Lloyd moved away from her, done feeling helpless in the situation."Uh...Thanks...I'm actually on a date though...So if you wouldn't mind going back-"You! You are the quiet one!"She shouts. Harumi glares at her as she looks at her face."Hi."She said with annoyance."You killed my father! The green ninja doesn't deserve to be with someone like you."She snaps."Are you sure I killed your father? Are you sure he didn't kill himself so he didn't have to look at your ugly face?"She asks her sweetly. Lloyd's eyes widened at her while the girl named Ava stood there in shock."Go to hell!"She shouts."Okay. I'll be sure to tell your dad that his daughter is still a bitch."She smirks. The girl stares at her before storming off."Bye bye!"Harumi waves. 

Lloyd stares at her."What? She was hitting on you, what was I supposed to do? Give you my blessing?"Harumi exclaimed. He chuckled."You are crazy, Harumi Jade. Why do I find that so attractive?"He asked her. She smirks."Because that's what makes the world interesting. Crazy bitches!"She exclaimed. They both laugh.

After the real waiter came, they ordered, and the waiter walked off to the kitchen to make their orders. They chatted and laughed while waiting for their orders, once they came, they dug in. After they finished, Lloyd went to pay the check, but Harumi took it from him."What are you doing?"He asked her."Paying."She replied."Why? This is my treat."Lloyd said."Well, you let me live with you despite everything, so this is the least I can do...So, okay?"She said."Do you even have any money?"He asked. She glared at him."Of course I do. I'm not broke...Well, not anymore."She said. Lloyd opened his mouth to say something but closed his mouth because he decided he did not want to know why she wasn't broke.

After Harumi paid, they both went out of the restaurant, they both made their way to the canal, walking along the same bridge they walked on all those years ago when they first met. They stopped and stared at the stars."Wow. This is beautiful."Harumi admitted."Yeah."He said. She glanced over him, realizing he wasn't talking about the stars, making her cheeks suddenly feel really hot. She then glanced back at the stars, and not only a second later, she felt something warm touch her hand. Her eyes slowly made their way down to see that Lloyd had wrapped his hand around hers gently. She smiled.

"Tonight was amazing. Crazy...But pretty amazing."Lloyd said."Yeah."She agreed, smiling widely. She then felt his hand slowly drift from hers. He sighed."Harumi. I have to tell you something."He said. She looked at him, waiting for him to go on."I....Like you. Like.. Like like."He said. She smiled again. How her face was not hurting from smiling was beyond her."I like you too...To be honest. And we for sure have feelings for each other that are confusing to say the least. But....Maybe we can try to you know..."She said."Date?"He asked her. She nodded."Well, in that case...Harumi Jade, will you be my girlfriend?"He asked, getting on one knee as if he was proposing.

She pulled him up, wrapped her hands around his neck, making him come closer before pressing her lips against his. His eyes widened before he felt himself get lost in the kiss, he then put his hands on her waist as he leaned in, wanting more.

Yes. This night was perfect.

Absolutely perfect.

A/N: First off Happy Late Valentine's Day! Hope everyone had a Valentine's day filled with love! Second off, sorry if Harumi felt out of character, I just wanted to make a oneshot of my fav couple, and while writing this I wasn't too sure if I was writing the character of Harumi Jade. But I don't think it was too bad like she was  a completely different character. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed this one shot!
