Lloyd's povs

Harumi has been visiting me everyday now. I have been a little tense because I keep thinking about how she and my friends will react when I tell them that my oni powers will burst out and have to leave them for a bit. I am not excited about that talk. Harumi came at 8 to come pick me up. I forced a smile when she came in. The doctor gave some info but luckily didn't tell her about the oni control. When Harumi went to the bathroom the doctor pulled me in."You have to tell her. I did a favor for you not telling her. Tell her soon or she might never want to see you again."He said. I nodded. I then said thank you for everything he did. He said that it was nothing compared to what me and my friends do.

A little after that me and Harumi left. Me and Harumi walked in silent."Lloyd? Are you alright?"She asked."Yes I am fine."I told her."Are you sure? Is there something on your mind?"She asked me."I want to tell you, but I don't know how. I promise I will tell you. Just not now."I told her. How did I fuckin get so bad at lying? She frowned."Okay as long as you tell me."She told me. I felt even more guilty. When we got back everyone pulled me in a hug and welcomed me back. It was good to be back. The rest of the night was pretty chill. We watched a movie then had lunch. I then decided to get away from everyone because I needed to think.

A little while later Nya came into my room."Okay what's up?"She asked."Nothing is up."I told her."You are lying."She said."You can talk to me."She said."Okay but you have to promise to not tell anyone. Okay?"I asked. She nodded."You know that my oni powers are on hold right? Well, after a few months my oni powers will come bursting out and it won't be easy to control. I might be......dangerous. So I am going to train with my father away from here for a while."I told her. She stood there silent."How long...?"She asked."Until I gained enough control."I replied."You need to tell the others Lloyd. They need to know."She told me."It doesn't have to be today but please tell them soon. Harumi too."She said. She then left the room. I sighed. After dinner me and Harumi decided to go to bed. We both got ready and laid down."What did you and Nya talk about?"She asked."Oh just ninja stuff."I replied."I am glad that you are here by my side again."She told me. She rested her head on my chest."I am glad to be back with you too."I said. We both fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of birds singing. Harumi was not where I found her. I went outside of my room where Harumi was."Hey Rumi."I said. I smiled at her, she frowned."I hate you."She said coldly."What?"I asked."You didn't tell me that you were going away! You are going to leave me for your father!?"Yelled Harumi."No! It's nothing like that!"I said."You are a bad brother Lloyd."Said Kai."W-I don't understand."I said. Harumi threw a blade at me. I screamed in pain."Finally, I don't get to see you ever again."She said. I started to cough up blood. All I heard was cruel evil laughter. Darkness surrounds me.....

I woke up in sweat. Harumi shot up awake too."Lloyd? What's wrong?"She asked me."I just had a nightmare."I replied."Well are you okay?"She asked. I wanted to tell her then and there."Harumi....... I don't know anymore."I replied. She looked at me."Well, let's go and eat. I am starving!"She said. She then got up and went to the kitchen. How was I going to tell her? I need to do it today, I need to.

Lloyd came out with a frown."Lloyd are you alright?"I asked again."I need to talk to you and the guys."He said. I stood there. After we ate Lloyd called a family meeting. He took a deep breath."There is something that only me, the doctor and Nya know. You all know that my oni power is going to be on hold right?"He asked. We all nodded."Well after these few months my oni powers will come back and it will be even harder to control. I might be dangerous. So I am going to train with my father to help me control it."He said calmly."How long are you going to be gone?"Asked Kai."I don't know. It may be a while."He replied. I don't know why but I burst out of the room and went to Lloyd's. Lloyd called my name. I laid on the bed. So Lloyd is just going to leave us? Why can't he stay? Does he care?
