(video camera turns on with Lizzy in her dorm room)

Lizzy: Hello! Welcome to Day 1 of this journal. I made yesterday Day 0 because it's more of an intro of what I'm doing. Anyway, today is....(silence) What day is it? Hang on a second. (walks outside of her room and yells) Hey guys, what day is it?

Lizzy: Not the exact date! Just the day.

Jaden: (yells) Monday!

Lizzy: Thank you! Okay, today is Monday and it's evening...and I need food. (walks to kitchen to find Jaden) Dude, what are you doing?

Jaden: I'm making pasta. (points at pot on top of the stove)

Lizzy: (points camera at stove) Dude, do you know how to make pasta?

Jaden: I can try....

Lizzy: Oh dear. (points camera at Jaden) Viewers, this is Jaden. Jaden, meet people on the internet.

Jaden: (waves at the camera) Hello! I'm making food!

Lizzy: Which is pretty bizarre because he likes to eat food and I have never seen him cook before.

Jaden: Yup! (thumbs up towards the camera) Let's hope for the best!

Lizzy: (turns camera towards herself, widens her eyes, and turns camera somewhere else) Anyway...

??: (walks into living room that was part of the kitchen)

Lizzy: Yugi! (turns camera to him) Say hi to the people that are gonna watch this video!

Yugi: (looks at camera and tilts his head) Video? You're recording a video?

Lizzy: Well, yeah! I thought I told you that I was starting up a video journal of our lives. Anyway viewers, this is Yugi Muto, a.k.a. the King of Games. Say hi!

Yugi: Why did you say that I'm the King of Games?

Lizzy: Because you are! No one can beat your skills!

Jaden: Yeah, dude!

Yugi: But what about Synchros? I don't know if I can beat that.

Lizzy: Well, there's only one way to find out! You gotta duel!!!

Yugi: (laughs) That's true.

Lizzy: (turns camera to herself) Anyway, this is us! We are a bunch- wait, where's Yusei? He hasn't been seen yet! We must find him!!

Jaden: I think he went out for a bit.

Lizzy: Aww really? Well, he needs to come back!! I can't say that this is the group without Yusei!

Yugi: He was here earlier. Where did he go?

Jaden: I don't know.

Lizzy: Anyway, I think that's gonna be it for today. Thank you all for watching and hopefully I'll see you tomorrow if we don't all die of food poisoning.

Jaden: I'm not a bad cook!! Or at least I hope I'm not....

Yugi: We're screwed.
