Few days later,

RagSan are back in Mumbai, they are in their room. Ragini is getting ready in front of the mirror and is about to leave. Sanskar who just woke up hugs her from back whispering "Good morning" in her ears while kissing her cheek. She greets him back in the same tone and turns around. He looks at her, he brings his lips closer to her's, she smiles mischievously, pushes him lightly and turns to leave. Sanskar grabs her hand to stop her from leaving, accidentally her bangle gets broken giving her a light scratch on her hand, she hisses and cries in pain.

Sujatha who is standing near their room, hearing her cries opens the door immediately, she observes Sanskar's tight grip on Ragini's hand, a scratch on her hand where blood is about to surge, broken bangle on the floor. Sanskar leaves her hand immediately, sujatha grabs him by his ears and drags him to the hall, Ragini follows them.

Sujatha: "I knew it, that you would do something like. I shouldn't have let her get married to you", yells at him. Ramprasad and Uttara comes out hearing Sujatha yells.

Sanskar: "mom, what happened? What are you trying to say? My ears are paining, please leave it", asks his mother in requesting tone. She leaves his ears from her hold.

Sujatha: "weren't you trying to force on her? Isn't that what you been doing from the day you got married?"

Sanskar: "Force on her?"(looks at Ragini) "But I never did that", says to his mother still in confusion trying to understand what his mother is saying.

Sujatha: "Didn't you marry her for revenge just because some other girl rejected you?"

Ragini: "maa listen, it's nothing like that,....." and tries to say something but

Sujatha: "No Ragini, don't try to defend him. I know you are trying to cover for him. Sorry beta, your life is ruined because of my son".

Sanskar: "mom, stop it. It's really nothing".

Sujatha: "what nothing? On the day of your last exam didn't some girl rejected you? Isn't that why you switched off your phone and didn't come back home for two days? Who is that girl? Who rejected you?", questions him.

Sanskar: "mom, that is....."

Ragini: "Maa, it's me. I rejected him", says defended almost yelling as Sujatha never tried to listen to her all this time.

Sujatha: "you?", she looks at Ragini shocked. "Then, Is that why you married Ragini for revenge?", questions him in confusion.

Sanskar: "mom, Is that what you have been thinking all this time? I thought you have understood everything on the day of marriage", Sanskar face palms.

Ramprasad and Uttara who were controlling their laugh till now bursts into laughter.

Sujatha: "Sanskar, what are you trying to say? Ji, Uttara why are you both laughing. Don't tell you both are also involved in it with him".

Sanskar: "mom, let me explain. (Holds Ragini's hand) Me and Ragini love each other. She rejected, but not actually. I realized that late, that's why I went in search for her. Planned to stop the marriage and to get married on the same mandap".

Ramprasad: "Haan Sujatha, what Sanskar said is true".

Sujatha: "but how do you both know it?", questions her husband and Uttara.

Uttara: "Bhai, had babhi's wallpaper in his mobile for almost 2 years and do you think I wouldn't recognize her on the mandap", says smiling mischievously. Ragini lowers her head embarrassed.

Ramprasad: "and I doubted it on the day Sanskar comeback and asked permission to go to Kolkata with Gaddodia's wedding invitation as an excuse". Then he explains everyone the flashback.

Flashback:

The very next day Sanskar noticed Gaddodia's wedding invitation on the coffee table, his family members are sitting in the hall sipping their coffee's, Sanskar comes out of his room

Sujatha: "Sanskar, where were you these two days? What happened? Any problem?", asks him in worried tone.

Sanskar: "It's nothing mom. I am fine", smiles lightly assuring his mom. "Dad, as my exams are over can I go somewhere to roam around? I heard there are good places to visit around Kolkata", "and dad what is this?", asks his dad innocently while pointing the invitation on the coffee table

Ramprasad: "My best friend daughter's marriage. So he invited our family for the wedding, but why?"

Sanskar: "dad, if you want I can help them in marriage preparations, during my stay".

Ramprasad: "ok, i will inform them", nods his head still looking at his son in confusion and suspicion.

In phone call,

Shekhar: "hey man! What's up?"

Ramprasad: "Shekhar, my son left to Kolkata with the excuse of roaming around and help you in marriage preparations. Something is definitely fishy. He came back home after 2 days, I think some girl rejected him. I feel he went in search of her", says to him in worried tone.

Shekhar: "Don't worry Ram. I will keep an eye on him", he assures his friend.

Ramprasad: "Thank you and sorry in advance, i know you have lot on your plate".

Shekhar: "it's ok", then hangs up.

2 days later, on phone call,

Ramprasad: "Haan Shekhar, did you find something?", asks in worried tone.

Shekhar: "I think the girl your son loves is my daughter",

Ramprasad: "what!?", gets up from his chair in shock.

Shekhar: "I think my daughter loves him too".

Ramprasad: "then are you going to separate them or unite?",

Shekhar: "your son's behaviour decides everything", laughs and hangs up the call. Other side Ramprasad starts getting worried.
(Flashback ends)

Sanskar: "dad? That means....."

Ragini: "my dad knows everything", says completing his sentence and looks at him.

Shekhar, who is at the door listening everything, comes out,

Shekhar: "Exactly, i knew it".

Ragini: "Dad?", looks at him in shock.

Sanskar: "Uncle?", RagSan holds their hands tightly in fear of getting cought.

Shekhar: "call me papa. I am your father in law and you are my son-in-law. Remember that damad ji".

Sanskar: "ji papa, that means you accept me?",

Shekhar: "isn't that why you are standing beside my daughter, still holding her hands not caring about the elders standing in front of you?", RagSan looks at their hands and immediately takes away smiling awkwardly at their parents.

Shekhar: "damad ji, i didn't knew the fridge in my home craved your chocolates and icecreams you bring",says pointing Sanskar, "and you?", pointed towards Ragini, "you take one everyday as if it is brought only for you to eat, to the rooftop".

Sanskar: "I knew it. It's because of you we got caught. You don't even know the S of SECRET. You don't know how to keep a secret hidden", scolds Ragini while hitting her temple lightly. Ragini looks at him with cute pout while rubbing her temple. He immediately cups her face regretting his action of hitting her, "sorry, sorry", he whispers to her while rubbing her cheeks with his thumb and pecks the tip of her nose. She grins at him in return. Elders clear their throats to bring them back.

Shekhar: "Seriously! I never thought I would be guarding you both from my mother so that you could romance secretly in peace on the rooftop everyday without getting caught", nods his head in disbelief for his own actions.

"Thank you papa", RagSan say at a time smiling sheepishly for saving them from dadi.

Shekhar: "damad ji, didn't you promise my daughter that you will marry her with everyone's permission on the same mandap?", questions him in sarcastic tone.

Sanskar: "uncle, that means, you knew it from......."

Shekhar: "from the day 1 of your relationship", completes his sentence. Continues "I could have stopped the marriage before itself as you both wanted, but you made such a big promise to my daughter, so I thought to check whether you will be able to keep your promise or not. Don't you think, I have the right to check my to be son-in-law's capability? ", says while shrugging his shoulders.

Sanskar: "papa ji, that means you did it on purpose?"

Shekhar: "then what should I have done? You say, you both love each other, and we as parents should let you get married immediately?", RagSan lowers their head not finding answers to his questions. "Since, you both are together as you wished, so be happy. And don't make us regret the decision of letting you get married".

Sanskar: "ji papa, sure. We won't", says immediately nodding at him.

Just then Dadi enters, who came back from her tour to look around Sanskar's house, everyone looks at her direction in shock at the thought of dadi hearing everything.
(FYI, Dadi and Shekhar are in Mumbai for RagSan's reception.)

Dadi: "Shekhar, what are you all discussing about?", acting as if she heard nothing.

Shekhar: "nothing maa. Dadi nods and turns to leave", everyone sigh in relief. But she stops in her tracks, everyone looks at her in worry.

Dadi: "you think, you can romance in my kitchen, in my house even when I am guarding my granddaughter all the time?" , RagSan looks at her shocked.

Sanskar nods in No, yes, No, yes, not knowing what to answer just lowers his eyes. "My granddaughter's happiness is what matters the most to me. So make sure she stays happy always", Sanskar nods at her immediately. "Good", dadi says leaves to her room.

Ragini: "dad, that means dadi also knew?"

Shekhar: "yes, and we all planned it together", says in his casual tone and leaves.

Sanskar: "I thought my plan worked but they made it work", says while placing his palm on his mouth still in shock.

Sujatha: "does that mean everyone was already aware about it except me?", asks just to get verified.

Ramprasad: "Exactly"

Sujatha: "and you didn't bothered to explain it to me?", asks him in angry tone.

Ramprasad: "actually, I thought to explain but don't you think we need a real actor? Then I thought you would fit the role perfectly, so we all played along. That's it. Sujatha glares at him in return. "Arre Suji! Take it easy", says while side hugging her, sujatha twitches her lips and smiles finally.

Then everyone leaves to their rooms.

Sanskar sits on the bed sighing deeply after all the heavy drama and shocking revelations from his family members.

Sanskar: "The secret romance we had all this time was never a secret? I thought I am really good at keeping secrets, ain't I?", asks Ragini still in shock.

Ragini: "As if you are?" Rolls her eyes. "And you scold me for the same thing?", asks looking at him angrily standing infront of him.

Sanskar pulls her, she falls on his chest. He rolls on the bed along with her comes on top of her.

Sanskar: baby(kisses her cheek) sorry(kisses her other cheek) please(pecks the tip of her nose), I love you(presses his lips on her's), she blushes and reciprocates the kiss. Screen blurs on their happy faces.
