23 ⦻ Snap And Kill
(Y/N) ducked as another knife flew over her head. She sneered in anger, as this one was a lot closer to pinning her then the previous one that'd been thrown.
"Cut it out, Jeff! You're going to get one of us killed!"
"I'm trying to hit Jane, not you (Y/N)! Why don't you move your big head!"
(Y/N) dodged just in time as another knife passed by, and this time she got up from her place at the table and charged at Jeff. "I said stop!" (Y/N) growled, pinning Jeff down on the ground, making him drop his knives.
"(Y/N)! Get off of me you bitch!" He hissed, trying to push her off of him, but the proxy kept a firm grip on his shoulders. "I said stop throwing those damn knives, then I'll get off!"
"I was trying to hit Jane not you!"
"I don't care Jeff!"
Jeff sighed and gave up trying to struggle beneath (Y/N). He looked away with an annoyed, defeated look, "Fine."
"You sure?"
"I said fine!"
(Y/N) scoffed and got off of Jeff. Jeff glared at her before picking up his knives off the ground and taking a seat in his chair at the table.
"Well thank you for that (Y/N). He was really beginning to piss me off," Jane sighed from across the table. She was trying to finish her breakfast when Jeff had begun throwing his knives at her just to get a reaction.
Jeff stuck out his tongue at Jane before going back to what he was doing before he started bothering her; sharpening his knives under the table.
(Y/N) noticed that over the past few days, Jeff and Jane had been going at each other more than usual. Over her time at the mansion, (Y/N) had learned about Jeff and Jane's rivalry and the story of how each of them had ended up at the mansion. At first, she thought their fights were funny, and they were tolerable. But now, for the past week, they would start quarreling with each other every two minutes or so.
"Don't you dare, Jeff," Zero growled from her spot beside Jeff at the table. It seemed Jeff had a knife raised, ready to throw at Jane again. (Y/N) looked up and saw Jeff in a readying stance, and she was about to get at him again when Jane held up her hand.
"No, (Y/N), don't worry about it. I've got this," She said, standing up from her chair. Jeff smirked, widening his smile and threw the knife in Jane's direction. Jane raised her hand and quickly caught it just before it hit her, without her even flinching.
"Woo Jane, that was awesome! Do it again!" Toby exclaimed, standing from his seat at the table as he had witnessed her quick reflex. "Sit down, Rogers!" Masky mumbled, grabbing Toby by the back of his hoodie and pulling him back down into his seat.
"Now Freak-smile, if you want to keep the rest of your knives and your head, I suggest you stop irritating me, before I make you regret it," Jane growled through clenched teeth, lowering the knife to her side. Jeff scoffed laughter and shook his head at her, "Jane Jane Jane, you must really be a complete idiot if you really think I'm going to just give up on bothering you just like that."
Jane slammed her fist on the table, causing the knife to lodge through the wood. "I'm warning you Jeff!"
"You'll have to keep making warnings then because I'm not gonna stop."
"SHUT UP JEFF!"
"Both of you SHUT UP!" Jason The Toymaker yelled, standing up from the table and glaring at both Jeff and Jane. "Thank you!" Masky exclaimed, throwing his hands up in the air and then sitting back in his chair.
Both Jeff and Jane stared at each other a bit more before both simultaneously getting up from the table and storming off, both knocking over their chairs.
"These fights are seriously getting ridiculous," Sighed Hoodie, watching as the two disappeared to their rooms upstairs, "they're just lucky Slender hasn't caught them in one yet."
"Yet" Homicidal Liu muttered, "But knowing the way things go around here, Slender is going to catch them in a fight, sure enough."
Everyone else agreed with this and (Y/N) watched Jane's chair on the floor a bit before slowly going back to eating. "I wonder how she handles dealing with Jeff..." She muttered to quietly herself.

"Jeff, if you throw one more knife I swear!"
"Swear what?"
"That I'll kick your ass!"
(Y/N) sighed and groaned as Jane and Jeff had began squabbling again, this time louder and more annoying than before. She was trying to watch the TV, but their yelling was obnoxious.
"Can you guys take this somewhere else? I'm trying to hear the TV..." She sighed, glaring at them helplessly. As expected, neither of them heard her and they kept on going, now beginning to throw things at each other.
As if things weren't already bad enough, (Y/N) saw Slenderman walk into the living room from his hall, reading a newspaper. One of Jeff's throws, which was a vase, easily missed Jane and went straight for Slenderman.
(Y/N) jumped up from the couch and backed away with widened eyes as she watched the vase smash into Slender's face and fell into bits and pieces on the ground.
Slenderman slowly lowered his newspaper to the ground and faced Jeff and Jane. "Well. Shit," Jeff muttered.
(Y/N) bolted out of the living room just before Slender began shouting in a furious rage at the two. She did not want to get caught up in the mess they caused. Their rivalry seemed to be getting a bit out of control, and she'd rather stay out of it.

(Y/N) was in her room peacefully reading her book when the door suddenly slammed open. She looked up to see Jeff storming into the room, and she quickly hid her face behind her book, not wanting to deal with him.
"(Y/N)—"
"No Jeff. Whatever it is, no."
Jeff grabbed the book she was reading and threw it aside, making (Y/N) get up. "What do you want?!"
"I need your help! Jane's trying to kill me!"
(Y/N) glared at Jeff with an unamused look. "And that's supposed to be my problem? Jane's been trying to kill you for a while now, you should be used to it."
"No, woman! She's trying to kill me—FOR REAL this time!"
"Jeff, why are you coming to me for help?! And doesn't Jane already know she's not allowed to kill you?"
"She doesn't care—I think this time I pushed her over the edge."
(Y/N) sighed and muttered, "Well that's your fault for being a nonstop ass to her. Now you're going to face the consequences."
"(Y/N), please! I really need your help."
"Once again, why are you coming to me, and why can't you help yourself?"
"Because you're on of the Creepypastas that Jane would actually listen to. Just get her to leave me alone and I'll...I'll pay you back somehow..."
Grumbling under her breath, (Y/N) walked over to her tossed book and picked it up, setting it on the bed, then she turned back to Jeff. "Fine, I'll help you, but only this one time. What can I do?"
"The last time I was out there, she resorted to yelling at me until she just snapped. She then proceeded to stab me a couple times only because I was initially shocked by her reaction, so then from there I ran here."
"You're an idiot."
"Just shut the fuck up and get her off my back already!"
(Y/N) shrugged and walked to the door, opening it and stepping out of her room with Jeff close behind. She looked down the hall to see if Jane would be there, but there was no sign of her. "Janes' nowhere, Jeff," (Y/N) growled. "Then look for her!" Jeff snapped.
(Y/N) decided to just head to Jane's room, and see if she would be in there. She knocked lightly on the black-haired female's door, waiting to see if she would answer. Instead of an answer, she heard what sounded like a knife being sharpened. "Jane...?" (Y/N) murmured and she slowly turned the knob, pushing open the door.
Jane was seated on her bed, sharpening her knives aggressively. She looked pissed, and (Y/N) had no place in mind to bother her. What disturbed (Y/N) the most though was that Jane was singing a song—a song that really proved Jeff had driven her to the last straw.
Jane's Song:

After hearing the song, (Y/N) knew it was time to head out. She quickly closed the door and backed away, making Jeff look at her in confusion. "What's up? What is she doing, what's going on?"
"What did you do to get her to this point?"
"We were only having a minor argument!"
"It surely wasn't minor if she wants to kill you for real!"
Suddenly, the door to Jane's room swung open and the female herself slowly stepped out, her knife clenched tightly in hand and a dark shadow casted over her face. An unsettling grin was plastered on her face, which made (Y/N) even more concerned.
"Oh Jeff~" She sneered, "it's Been so long since I've ever felt the extreme urge to take your life. But now, I don't care if it's against Slender's will that I kill you—this time, I'm going to put you down."
"Try me, bitch. Bring it on," Jeff scoffed arrogantly, "you weren't able to kill me for years, what makes you think you can now?"
Without another word, Jane sprung past (Y/N) and lunged at Jeff with her knife raised. Jeff quickly jumped back and pulled out his knife, quickly striking for her head. "Jane, Jeff, Stop!" (Y/N) hissed, trying to grab ahold of Jane's arm and pull her back, but the angered killer freed herself from the grasp and dashed again at Jeff.
"You're not helping, ass!" Jeff yelled, his words targeted to (Y/N) as Jane plummets her fist into his chest. Jeff falls back and Jane jams her other fist into his shoulder, holding him down. "You're dead, just like I've always wanted," Jane cooed, raising her knife over the psychopaths head. (Y/N) ran to Jane and pulled her back by her hair, making her yelp and lean backwards off of Jeff. Jeff quickly jumped up and backed away, his knife held tightly against him.
"Jane, snap out of it! Jeff's an idiot, you can't take him seriously!" (Y/N) exclaimed. "He's an idiot that Im about to put out of his misery!" Jane scowled, getting up from the floor and facing Jeff with a dark sneer.
"Jane," (Y/N) sighed, "we all have to deal with Jeff and his notorious ways, but none of us have means to kill him no matter what. Despite everything, you managed to deal with him all these years without needing to kill him. You may not think of it and it sounds surprising but you'll be hurting a lot of others if you did end up killing him."
Jane remained silent and glared a bit at Jeff, then turned to (Y/N), taking a deep breath. "I can't stand him," she uttered, "I know you're right (Y/N), but he's just...I hate his guts."
She lowered her knife and took another breath, then turned back to Jeff. "I'm going to let you go this time freak-smile, but you set me off again next time and you're good as Dead. Not even (Y/N) will be able to save your sorry ass."
With that, the female killer turned and stalked off for her room, her knife swinging angrily in hand. (Y/N) looked over at Jeff and crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow and huffed. "You're Lucky I got you out of that one, Jeffrey."
"I could've done it myself," He spat, sliding his knife into his hoodie and glaring at (Y/N). "Jeff, you owe me or I'll give Jane reasons why she should kill you! And you better say thank you!"
".........Ugh, Fine. Thanks (Y/N)."
"Yeah, you're welcome Jeff. I'm sure you'd know better than to mess with Jane from now on, am I right?"
"Tch, ill just give her some time to cool off and then I'll try getting her again."
"...You're hopeless."
