If you're an admin of a Watty Award(s), I'm sorry if you feel however offended. Anyways, back to the topic: Watty Awards.

Now, I'm not saying that I'm a professional in handling that account, I just want to point out that..

>How can you let an award go on when you clearly have not enough entries?
This shows no justice to authors who work very hard on their stories and stories which are truly good.

>How can you announce some authors as the winner when they are the only participant of the category? Or if there are less than 3 participants?
Same point as the first. It just isn't fair. What if that story isn't even decent to read? How can they get the first place? Okay, I understand that when you start new or when that category isn't popular, you'll receive less entries. At least have 3 entries even though some of them aren't good. At least the decent one will get first place. If there isn't enough entries, then enter them in a back up category. It really isn't that troublesome.

>Why give a sticker/ribbon as a prize if you can't even make a decent looking one?
I'm not saying all, I'm not saying mine looks nice either, but at least look presentable. Some Watty accounts have TERRIBLE stickers as prizes to the point that I cringe everytime I see it. I can't. I just can't.

>If you can't commit efficiently, don't even start a Watty Award account.
I can't emphasise this enough. I completely understand how we all have lives of our own, I don't mind if you're late for a few days or even a week. But a few months is utterly unacceptable. It's not only the delaying of the event, it's the announcement of winners and so on as well as giving out prizes. Prizes which include following, voting for the story and the stickers/ribbons. There are even accounts which stopped the award half way, like wtf. At least announce the winners before you go inactive like wtf. Seriously. Worst part is, IT STOPPED UNANNOUNCED.

I'm allergic to irresponsible people you know. I'm late sometimes but at least I don't delay that long. I don't even delay until a week. I feel bad honestly, because it's a responsibility even though I don't get paid for it. That admin may or may not hold more than one Watty Award account, but that is not an excuse for not doing your responsibility properly.

Mhmm. That is all I have to say I guess..? I'm just really annoyed you know. I can't stand irresponsibility. I want to point out something though:

The amount of accounts you manage doesn't prove that you're responsible or capable.
