Sherina pov

Once we reach the mansion, splendorman decided that since we all wanted to hear sherina backstory on how she met me, we all would have a sleep over at the living room. I did not bring any cloth so the girl gave me some, once we all at the living room, everyone sat down and was about to hear my backstory.

Flash back

"Daughter i want you to do me a favour" my dad ask my with sadness in his eyes.

"Ok daddy"

"I want you to go into this secret passage that will lead you to the other side of the mountain and what ever you do dont look back ok. Promise" he press a button under his throne chair and a secret door open.

"Ok daddy i promise" as soon as i said that i heard explosion and inhuman screech.

"And take this with you, its a weapon to protect yourself." he gave me a small scythe that can be turn onto a pen so i could keep it in my pockets

My dad push me into the secret passage and close the door but the last thing he said was "i love you". I continue to walk the passage until i found the exit, i climb out of it and saw a forest so i start to walk into it. As i walk through the forest, i heard some rustle behind me so i quickly move faster but looks like the person was walking faster as well so i started running. I run into a open field and i wanted to take out my weapon but i dont how to use so i kept it in my pocket, soon the person came out but something tells me that this person is strong.

"archangel, the young one escape" one of the angel flew down right beside him

"I found her not to worry. Now we must capture her" the archangel said as he point his sword at me

I quickly ran as far as i can but the angel caught me and brought me to the archangel. Soon the rest of the angel army came but 3 angel were different. They must be an archangel like him

"What shall we do with her" one of the archangel ask

"We should execute her so the lich king wont be able to fight" as one of the archangel lift his sword up but before he can deliver the final blow, he was block by another archangel

"No. If we kill her, the lich king would fill with rage and will kill more human to create an army just to avenge her death. We must prison her where he cant find her" he said and all of them agreed.

I look at them with fear as they approach me, they stood in circle around me and cast a spell but one of the angel brought a small mirror. I was suck into the mirror and once i was in, the angel took me and throw into the water as i drift away into the ocean. I was only 4 years old so what could i have done so i sat down and cried.

2 years later

Its been 2 years and i havent seen any land, im now 6 years old. I was drifted into a near by land but i highly doubt that someone would notice me until a boy who look the same age as me lifted the mirror and turn it around to see my crying. He ask me "why i was crying" but once i show him my face, his expression change into horror. I thought he would throw me back into the see but he kept me in his bag and brought me back to his home. Once he reach there, he took me out and place at his table where we both look at each other.

"Why did you save me?"

"When i saw you, my expression change into horror but then sad because you were the same age. Whats your name?" He ask me

"Sherina, sherina bloodlust"

"What a nice name. Call me shadow nightmare but shadow for short, i dont like being called by my real name" he said to me

We both smile at each other and when he smile, i knew we both gonna be best friend maybe even more. Everytime he gets back from school, he would play with me and we both talk to each other. We even started to treat each other like brother and sister but it seems that brother has some issue that he does want to tell me.

8 years later

For the past 8 years i been training with my scythe since theres nothing to do when brother left for school. I feel worried for brother because there will be at some point where he came back with bruises and being scolded my his family. He would cry and tried to kill himself but lucky for him, i was able to comfort before he can do anything bad. While me and brother were chatting, i felt an old present like someone i fear the most thats when i knew who it was but it was too late. 3 archangel appeared in the room and look at us.

"It seems that the boy found her and yet he didn't throw her back into the ocean" one of them said

"W-who are you" brother ask them with fear.

"Dont be afraid boy, we are archangel. I am archangel of fate" the left archangel said

"I am archangel of wisdom" the right one said with calm

" and i am archangel of justice" the middle one said

"W-what d-do you want?" Brother ask as he move towards me.

"All we want is her" the archangel of fate pointed at me

"Why? What have she done to you?" Brother ask while holding my mirror up.

"She is the daughter of a lich king. Why must you protect her?" The archangel of wisdom ask me

"Because in my eyes, she an innocent girl and a good sister" brother told him as he held the mirror tightly

"But you wont remember a thing after this" before i knew it, the archangel of justice threw brother to the other side of the room

I scream as my brother was lying on the other side but i could not do a thing as the archangel of fate lifted my mirror up only to be tackle my brother. Brother puch as much as he could was no effective to him, the archangel push him off while i was trying to get out of this prison by slashing it with my scythe. The archangel of fate was about to thrust his sword right at my mirror but what came after was horrifying, brother got up and came infront me making the sword penetrate through his right eye. The archangel pull his sword out off brother eye and push him to the side, i saw his lifeless body hit the wall as a pool of blood form under him. I scream as i hit the barrier in anger and sadness but no prevail as i hit the barrier one last time with everything i got still it wont break. I fell onto my knees as i cried, the only human boy that i could brother was gone but as i cried i heard a crack. I look up to see the barrier cracking but was not enough to break it so i lifted my scythe up and strike it down on barrier, the barrier broke and i was thrown out of my mirror prison only to suprise the archangel. I stood up and ready my weapon as so did they, i dash towards the archangel of fate making my scythe clashing against his weapon. I kick him and turn to face the archangel of justice who was ready to fight me so i charge at him only to be kick by my side by him. As i tried to recover, the archangel of wisdom hit me at the back of my head with the handle of his weapon. I fell onto my knees again as the two archangel grab a hold of me while the archangel of justice stood in front of me with his sword.

"You only bring death to your human friend" he said as he pointed his sword at brother.

I cried because he was right i only bring death to my friend. He raise up his sword as he was about to execute me, he thrown into a wall while the two archangel let go of me and ready their weapon. I stood up to see what they were looking at but when i follow their gaze only to see brother standing up while his hand cover his right eye. When he put down his hand, his right eye that was penetrated by the archangel sword has been heal but his eye was not human eye like his left side. His eye was a monster eye but the way his aura show was not normal but different, i dont think that brother is in control of his body but something else.

"What are you child?" The archangel of justice ask him no it as he stood up

It didn't respond but its seems that it holding a dual katana and behind it, a shadow tendril came seeping out of the shadow like angry snakes. In a blink of an eye, it was in front of the archangel of fate and it katana was thrust into his side. It then turn to the archangel of wisdom and punch him sending him flying to the closet but it was not over as the shadow tendril grab his ankle lifted him up and smash him to the ground three times. The archangel of justice got swing his sword at it only to be block by its katana, he then kick its at its stomach and thrust his sword into him but it got up with his sword in it. It took out the sword and drop it to the ground while the wound heal, it look up at him and slash him across hid chest. It kick him making him flying into the two archangel and it look at me then back at them.

"Hunt her or any of our friend, you will be suffer" it told them as they disappear.

It look at me but then its aura change into normal and it collapse. I caught it but when it look at me, it was gone the monster disappear and my brother was back. He look at me with confused face and told me that he didn't remember a thing, so i told him everything but when i finish his expression was calm.

"Brother what was it that took control of you"

"Its my monster side but i usually ignored it until i let it free when i was about to die" he told me as he look himself at the mirror.

"Well now that your free, what will you do?" He ask me

"Meet my father but it will be a long journey. What about you?"

"Well now that im a monster, i train myself to control my new power and kill some people just to calm myself and my monster side" he told me

"I will meet you soon brother" i told him as i jump out of his window.

End of flashback

"Wow that must be hard" cts ask me

"Yeah but with shadow, i could trust him and he would lighten the mood up" i told her

"Now that we know your backstory which had shadow inside, now im interested in shadow backstory. How did he control his monster side and anger, why havent we seen his monster side before. So many question and yet no answers to them" E.S said and all of us agreed

"Speaking of shadow, where is he anyway" zajji told us as we look around find him but i spotted him in the kitchen eating hearts with his two skeleton.

"Why is there and not here?" Zoe question

"If i talk about my past, it would make him remember his past and all those hatred and anger would flood into his mind. His protecting us from his monster side but who knows what made him gain all those anger and hatred that would create a monster that strong" i told them
