Alcohol

I read somewhere that alcohol actually makes you more anxious. I don't know if that's true or not. I guess it's different for each person. Everyone is affected by alcohol differently.

I mean I can get drunk off of water if I'm tired enough, but I didn't even feel buzzed yesterday after drinking two wine coolers.

Granted, I sipped them in the span of three hours, ate snacks and drank water all the while. But I've seen my dad and brother get buzzed after drinking two wine coolers in ten minutes.

Yeah, I shouldn't compare my experience with theirs because they chug everything they drink.

Anyway, drinking irresponsibly is not a good thing. Drink water to rehydrate yourself and eat snacks when you drink anything alcoholic.

I'm not going to be a hypocrite and say don't drink underage, but be responsible about where you are and who you are with.

I'm not driving under the influence, I'm not getting drunk, and I have a parent watching over me.

Plus, I was writing while drinking a wine cooler. I think I'm good. Though I was a little (*cough* lot *cough*) hyperactive, was all over theplace and was singing like a crazy person. Yeah, that's all normal for me, especially since I was exhausted yesterday.

Point is, alcohol could spike anxiety; be responsible.
