Marinette POV

What? Why did Chat call me Mari? I mean it's Ok but not even Alya or Ella call me Mari. It's usually Marinette. Only Adrien calls me that. Maybe... NO! It's impossible! How could that even happen! That's... No, I refuse to believe it. Adrien can't possibly be Chat Noir. I should just drop this topic. Good! Right on time, Alya and Ella are calling me! I need a distraction.

Marinette: Hey Al! Hey Elle Belle!

Ella: Hey Marinette! And I told you not to call me Elle Belle!

Marinette: AND I told you I wouldn't stop!

Alya: Hello Guys! We aren't here to fight about nicknames! It's the day of the HEROES GALA!

Marinette: Yeah your right! And I'm so bummed you guys won't be able to be there with me!

Alya: About that!!!!! Since I created the Ladyblog I was invited to the gala! 

Marinette: Yay you're going to be with me!

Ella: Well I-uhh hope you guys have fun there...

Alya: Oh yeah I almost forgot. I CAN INVITE PLUS ONE SO ELLA YOU ARE GETTING YOUR BUTT IN MY CAR!!

Marinette, Ella, Alya: Hahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahaahha

Marinette: Well yay! We are all going to the Gala together!

Alya: So what are you guys going to wear? What are you making Marinette?!

Marinette: Well it's really pretty and ladybug themed obviously! Let me just show you the dress since I'm not that good at explaining!

Alya and Ella: WOW!! That's beautiful!

Marinette: Well what are you guys going to wear? 

Ella: Well I bought this dress in case I actually got to go to the Gala. It's a Chat Noir-themed dress, let me show you!

Ella: You like it?

Marinette and Alya: BEAUTIFUL!!!

Ella: How about you Alya?

Alya: Well I only found out I was going to go to the Gala last night so I went shopping before the stores closed for the night. It's a Rena Rouge-themed dress.

Marinette and Ella: Yeah that's so pretty!

Alya: Oh and Kagami and Adrien asked if I could drive them to the Gala so they could escape Adriens bodyguard. Uhh, what should I answer them?!

Ella: Say yes and we expose that Kagami isn't LB!!! Alya and I will work together since she will be taking me!

Marinette: Fine but make it subtle, I will make sure Adrien knows Kagami isn't Ladybug by the end of the night.

Alya: YESS GIRL! WE ARE DOING THIS!

Marinette: Yeah we definitely will. The Gala starts soon so we better get ready.

Ella: Yeah your right! See you soon! Bye!

Alya: Bye!

Marinette: Bye!

        After I hung up I started to get ready. I put on makeup and put my hair down instead of in its go-to ponytails. I added extensions for my hair to be longer and made some light curls with a hair curler. I then put on the dress and a ladybug mask. I texted Adrien quickly for an excuse for why I left the mansion. I told him I went to go design dresses in my inspiration place, I made sure to tell him that I would be back in the mansion by the time they got home. Then I transformed and jumped from building to building for the gala.

Adrien POV

       After I visited Marinette as Chat Noir I was getting very confused. Most of the things Ladybug says she does, Kagami doesn't do. I mean Ladybug told me she was going to make her own dress and then I walk in on Marinette making her dress. I do feel guilty about walking out on Marinette, she seemed very flustered when I entered through her window... Oh! It's a text from Mari! She said she went to go design in her special spot and that she would be back by the time the Gala is over. Ok fine with me. I looked out the window and what in the world!

      Why is Ladybug going out of MARINETTE'S WINDOW!?!? Even if Kagami got into Mari's window I would have seen her come in. I need answers and I will get them at the Gala today. I'm already ready for the Gala so I'm gonna check Marinette's room. I need to see what's going on. When I walk in there is nothing out of the ordinary, It's just normal...

"Adrien! Where are you?! You have to go to the Gala NOW!"

     Great my father, I have to go but I'm definitely going to get answers at the gala. Alya is picking me and Kagami up to get a break from Gorilla. As I go down the mansion steps, I see the car and realize Ella is in the passenger seat next to Alya. I also see Kagami in the backseat. But she isn't wearing the dress Marinette was making earlier, did Marinette lie? Or did...Kagami lie?

"Hey, Alya! Where is Marinette? Wouldn't she be your plus one instead of Ella?"

(Me turn yay) "Well, Agreste is there a problem in me coming?"

"Uhh, n-no I was j-just asking."

That girl literally scares me! Just call me Adrien for god's sake!

"Hello, Adrien. How are you? Are you not going to acknowledge your girlfriend?"

"Of course I am Kagami. Hi! Hey Alya where is Marinette?"

"Oh, Adrien she didn't tell you? Me and Ella know!"

"Yeah, Agreste she didn't tell you. I thought you two lived together?  Well anyway, she is making Ladybugs dress for the Gala, and she went to give her the dress in a secret location so no one sees them."

"Yeah! And she just sent a message! She said that she's with LB right now and she can't believe Ladybug would want her to make her dress!"

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh, if she's with LB then Kagami has some explaining to do, not now though. When she comes out as Ladybug I'm going up to her and asking what's going on!

Kagami POV

Oh no Oh no!!

Adrien probably doesn't believe me anymore! And he keeps asking about Marinette! I need to do something!
