"Ok uh...your room is on the right, the bathroom is at the end of the hall, the fridge doesn't have much food in it but there are cookies, chips and cereal in the cabinets, the wifi only works between 3am and 11pm, TV has cable and that's it really..." He explains.

I look back at him and smile, "thank you Jason, I'm truly grateful." I say honestly grateful for him letting me stay here. All he knows is I'm broke and need somewhere to stay. He said he'd pay for everything too which is amazing.

He looks at me with no emotion but looks tired, "anytime..." He trails off then looks at the boxes on the floor containing my belongings, "Do you need help unpacking?" He asks.

I shake my head, "no thank you, I can manage." I turn down his offer politely.

He nods, "ok then, I'll leave you to unpack. You can do what you want, the only rule is stay out of my room." He says then disappears into his room and I start to unpack.

So far all I know about my new hot housemate is his name is Jason Todd, he's 19, has green eyes and dark hair with a white streak in it. Normally I'd look into these types of things but I'm just grateful he gave me a place to stay. And for free. As far as I care he's the nicest guy I've ever met.

So I'm writing another Jason Todd fanfic...

Most of them get deleted but I have a good feeling about this one so fingers crossed I don't delete it or leave it.
